6 Rupert Resources Ltd Surf Claim Group Event SUMMARY The eight claim, 873 hectare Surf Claim Group ( Property ) is located near the head of Surf Inlet on Princess Royal Island, 650 km north-northwest of Vancouver and 168 kilometres south of Prince Rupert. The property includes the Surf Inlet ( Surf ) mine from which past production was 921,245 tons averaging 13.5 g/t gold (0.42 opt. A large, complex fault zone, traced for about 4.5 kilometres in a north-south direction, hosts the ore zones of the Surf and Pugsley mines. In the mine area the fault zone is convex toward the west and consists of several shear zones up to nine metres thick and 45 to 60 metres apart with average dips of 45 degrees west. Mineralized quartz veins parallel or subparallel the shear zones. The veins, 30 to 50 metres apart and up to 12 metres wide, contain mainly auriferous pyrite with minor chalcopyrite, silver, chalcocite, bornite, covellite and molybdenite. The structural analysis of Tenure of the Surf Claim Group identified two crossstructures that are on a northeasterly trending structure within 300 metres north of the Surf Mine. The significance of the cross-structures is in the resultant extensive area of brecciation and thus the potential for a more extensive mineralized zone that might be exploited by open-pit and/or underground blockcaving methods. Should the cross-structural location A zone, which is at an elevation of 493 metres, manifest positive surficial geological indications to any peripheral mineralized zone, the zone could possibly be tested at depth by diamond drilling from the Surf Mine 900 portal (?) level which is at an elevation of 300 metres. With a vertical AB structure, the horizontal distance to location A from the 250 metre mark of the 900 level is 250 metres. The dips of the drill hole and the AB structure would determine the distance to the structural intersection. In the drilling to target the location A structure, other gold-bearing structures may be intersected. Thus, the potential for the development of new gold reserves at the formerly productive Surf Mine could stem from locations A & B. An exploration program recommended to explore for additional gold reserves on the Surf Claim Group would be to explore location A for any surficial geological indicators of a potential gold resource at depth and if warranted, test the cross-structure to depth by a diamond drill hole from level 900 of the Surf mine workings. INTRODUCTION In October 2014 a Structural Analysis was completed on Tenure of the eight claim, 873 hectare, Surf Claim Group ( Property ). The purpose of the program was to delineate crossstructures which may be integral in geological controls to potentially economic mineral zones that may occur on Tenure or other claims of the Property. For additional information on the Property, the reader is referred to the pertinent publications as cited in the Reference section. Sookochoff Consultants Inc. November 10, 2014 page 4 of 22

8 Rupert Resources Ltd Surf Claim Group Event ACCESSIBILITY, CLIMATE, LOCAL RESOURCES, INFRASTRUCTURE AND PHYSIOGRAPHY Access Access is by float equipped aircraft either from Prince Rupert or Port Hardy to either the head of Surf Inlet or to the east shore of Bear Lake where a road leads to the mine workings on the Property. Climate The climate is moderate with limited snowfall in winter. It is possible to work on the property on a year round basis however, winter weather conditions can limit both marine and float plane transport. Local Resources and Infrastructure The closest commercial supply and accommodation location is at Prince Rupert or Port Hardy which are both served daily by a commercial airline from Vancouver and where float plane service can be arranged to the Surf Property Physiography The topography on Tenure , the subject claim of structural analysis, is of forested lower and barren rugged alpine slopes. Elevations are from 50 metres within Paradise Creek valley to 949 metres on a mountain peak in the northwest. HISTORY: PROPERTY AREA The history on the more significant mineral MINFILE reported showing peripheral to the Surf Claim Group is reported (Minfile records) as follows. The distance is relative to the Surf Claim Group. WELLS showing (Au quartz veins) MINFILE 103H 026 One hundred metres west The property is located on the steep side of the precipitous mountain which stands just north of the point where Paradise Creek enters Bear Lake, at about 610 metres elevation. The property was originally staked by Mr. Wells in During the years 1920 and 1921, work by Mr. Wells mainly involved the driving of a drift adit for over 90 metres, just below the surface showing. He also did some surface stripping. HISTORY: PROPERTY The history on some of the more significant mineral MINFILE reported showings, prospects, and past producers on the Surf Claim Group are reported as follows. SURF INLET Past Producer (Au quartz veins) MINFILE 103H 027 Within Tenure The Surf Inlet mine is located on Princess Royal Island near the head of Surf Inlet southeast of Prince Rupert. The property straddles a deeply entrenched creek; the Surf Inlet group (D.L.S. group and La Cuivre group) of claims lying to the north, and the Pugsley group (Princess Royal and Homestake groups) of claims lying to the south. Exploration and development work began in about The Princess Royal group of 3 claims was owned by Messrs. Wilson, Irving, & Rithet; the Homestake group of 5 claims, adjoining and south of the Princess Royal group was owned by Messrs. McMillan, Howden, Cliff, and Nowell; the D.L.S. group was owned by Messrs. Cleveland and Kelly Sookochoff Consultants Inc. November 10, 2014 page 6 of 22

9 Rupert Resources Ltd Surf Claim Group Event History: Property (cont d) Surf Inlet past producer (cont d) Additional claims in the Bluff group were staked in 1901 adjoining the D.L.S. group and were subsequently included in it. The Princess Royal and Homestake groups were bonded to Mr. J. Findlay and Associates in 1902; the Princess Royal claim (Lot 7, R 4) was Crown-granted to Messrs. Wilson and Rithet in All groups were apparently idle from about 1903 until Figure 2. Claim Location (base map from MapPlace & Google Earth) Figure 3. 10 Rupert Resources Ltd Surf Claim Group Event History: Property (cont d) Surf Inlet past producer (cont d) Surf Inlet Gold Mines Limited was formed in 1910 to develop the D.L.S. group of 9 claims; however, very little work was done by the company. The Tonopah-Belmont Development Company optioned the property in 1915 and Belmont Canadian Mines Limited was formed to carry on development work. The following year the Princess Royal group was optioned from Princess Royal Gold Mines Limited; this group had previously been held by Princess Royal Island Mining Company Limited, which was incorporated in June Belmont Canadian Mines Limited was reorganized under the name Belmont-Surf Inlet Mines Limited in 1917 with Surf Inlet Mines Limited retaining a 20 per cent interest in the new company. A 270 tonne mill was put into operation in Development of the Princess Royal group under the option agreement continued until 1921 when the purchase of the property was completed. The company operated continuously until June 1926 when operations were suspended. Princess Royal Gold Mines Limited, incorporated in May 1933, acquired the Surf Inlet and Pugsley groups and exploration and development work was begun. The old mill was reconditioned to handle 63 tonnes per day. The company name was changed in 1935 to Surf Inlet Consolidated Gold Mines Limited. Operations were continuous until November 1942 when the mine closed for the duration of the war. Work was resumed in April 1946 and suspended again the following December. During the year some 152 metres of underground development work was completed and 2320 metres of diamond drilling was done from the surface. Underground development work totals some 15,240 metres of drifts, cross-cuts, and raises. During the period some 20,420 metres of diamond drilling were completed. The company name was changed to Surf Inlet Consolidated lines Limited in 1955 and to Western Surf Inlet Mines Limited in Matachewan Consolidated Mines, Limited acquired the assets of the company in Reserves on the Pugsley group were estimated in 1961 at tonnes. In 1981, the occurrence was optioned by Cominco Limited and Placer Development Limited. They diamond drilled 10 holes totalling 1526 metres along a shear zone strike length of 1950 metres; results ruled out a large tonnage low-grade potential. The option was terminated in June 1984 with Matchewan retaining 100 per cent interest in 21 patented Crown leases. Surf Inlet Mines Limited began work on the property in Sampling programs, surveys and metallurgical test work were done to evaluate the tonnage and grade of the stockpiles and tailings on the Surf Inlet property. During 1988 work was begun on rehabilitation of the 900 level of the Surf Mine, in preparation for drill testing. During 1991 the company contracted Rem Exploration to carry out a sampling program of the Surf and Pugsley Mine dumps. In 1997, Rupert Resources Limited drilled the downdip extension of the Surf orebody. This extension occurs on the former Wells property (103H 026). In 2010, two drill holes were performed on the same sites as the 1997 drilling program. INDEPENDENCE showing (Au quartz veins) MINFILE 103H 045 Within Tenure The Independence showings are located in the southern part of the north-south trending shear system, about 1800 metres south of the Surf Inlet Mine (103H 027) and just east of the Pugsley Mine. GEOLOGY: REGIONAL The Surf Inlet Project is situated within the Coast Belt Tectonic province in western British Columbia. Gold mineralization is localized along an extensive shear system that cuts predominantly intrusive and lesser mixed inclusions of gneissic volcanics and sediments of the extensive Coast Range Batholith. The gneiss unit consists of coarse grained moderately well bonded, quark biotite feldspar gneiss and plagioclase, hornblende, biotite gneiss. Accessory minerals include apatite and augite. Complex folding is common. The contact between the gneiss unit and diorite is rarely a well-defined, sharp boundary. Instead, a type of an assimilation zone from 5 to 100 metres wide exists. This unit is characterized by variably oriented gneiss fragments in diorite and irregular diorite dykes or injections in the bordering gneisses. GEOLOGY: PROPERTY AREA The major unit on the property is diorite with minor associated quartz diorite. In the unaltered state, this unit is medium to coarse grained, granular to weakly foliated. Major constituents include plagioclase, hornblende, biotite with lessor quartz, and accessory augite, sphene and magnesite. The geology on the more significant mineral MINFILE reported showing peripheral to the Surf Claim Group is reported (Minfile records) as follows. The distance is relative to the Surf Claim Group. 14 Rupert Resources Ltd. Surf Claim Group Event WELLS showing (Au quartz veins) MINFILE 103H 026 One hundred metres west In 1942, drilling near the Wells property intersected 3 metres of 6.5 grams per tonne gold, and one metre of 21.6 grams per tonne gold (George Cross Newsletter Number 108). In 1997 Rupert Resources drilled the down dip extension of the Surf orebody (103H 027). This extension occurs on the Wells property. In 2010, two drill holes were performed on the same sites as the 1997 drilling program. Drill hole intersected a 2.5 metre wide mineralized zone including a 1.1 metre interval grading 0.60 gram per tonne gold, 0.8 gram per tonne silver and 138 parts per million copper. Two additional mineralized stringers were intersected further down hole at to metres and to metres. The first mineralized stringer returned 0.4 metres grading 4.9 grams per tonne gold, 158 grams per tonne silver and 9.32 per cent copper. The second mineralized ringer returned 0.15 metres grading grams per tonne gold, 16.0 grams per tonne silver and 3.33 per cent copper. Drill hole intersected a 7.1 metre wide zone on quartz and brecciated metasediments including a 1.1 metre section which assayed 1.1 grams per tonne gold, 2.2 grams per tonne silver and 814 parts per million copper (Assessment Report 26704). The veins, 30 to 50 metres apart and up to 12 metres wide, contain mainly auriferous pyrite with minor chalcopyrite, silver, chalcocite, bornite, covellite and molybdenite. Gangue minerals include quartz, ankerite and minor calcite. Sericite and chlorite alteration are common near the veins. Distribution of ore shoots within the veins depends on late-stage fault adjustments and flexures during which veins along certain shear surfaces and zones were fractured and mineralized (Assessment Report 15377). Drill hole intersected a 2.5 metre wide mineralized zone including a 1.1 metre interval grading 0.60 grams per tonne gold, 0.8 grams per tonne silver and 138 parts per million copper. 20 Rupert Resources Ltd. Surf Claim Group Event Figure 7. Map Showing Surf Mine and Pugsley Mine Workings (Map from AR 26,704) INTERPRETATION and CONCLUSIONS Based on the geological controls to the mineral zones of the past productive Surf Inlet and other mineralized zones on a convex fault zone as shown on Figure 7, the two cross as determined from the structural analysis appear to be on a common separate northeasterly trending structure. However, if the Surf structural 023 trend is projected northward from the Surf Inlet Mine (Figure 6), location B could be on the same structure as the Surf Mine. If so, then location B would be at the intersection of three major structures. Location A is indicated at 300 metres north-northwest of the Surf Mine portal and is at the intersection of three prime structures. The significance of the cross-structures is in the resultant extensive area of brecciation and thus the potential for a more extensive mineralized zone that might be exploited by open-pit and/or underground block-caving methods. The Surf structure had been previously tested for a potential bulk tonnage resource with discouraging results, however, with the increase in gold prices and the ideal location, the cross-structural locations would be prime areas to explore for that potential. Sookochoff Consultants Inc. November 10, 2014 Page 18 of 22

21 Rupert Resources Ltd. Surf Claim Group Event Interpretation and Conclusions (cont d) Should the cross-structural location A zone, which is at an elevation of 493 metres, zone manifest positive surficial geological indications to any peripheral mineralized zone, the zone could possibly be tested at depth by diamond drilling from the Surf Mine 900 portal (?) level which is at an elevation of 300 metres. If the AB structure is vertical, the horizontal distance to Location A from the 250 metre mark of the 900 level is approximately 250 metres. The dips of the drill hole and the AB structure would determine the distance to the structural intersection. Thus, the potential for the development of new gold reserves at the formerly productive Surf Mine could stem from locations A & B. RECOMMENDATIONS Initially explore location A for any surficial geological indicators of a potential gold resource at depth; Should the geological indicators warrant follow-up exploration, a diamond drill hole from the 900 level of the Surf Mine workings should be completed to test the A structural zone at depth. Should the geological indicators at location B warrant follow-up exploration, an exploration program would have to be designed to test the structural zone at depth.
