3 INTRODUCTION A VLF-EM survey was completed on the IXL mineral claim ( property ) owned by Acropolis Precious Metals Inc. The purpose of the analysis was to fulfill the assessment requirements for Event No and to determine the potential structural controls for economic mineral zones on the property. Based on historical development and/or production of copper/gold/silver minerals from this area, the geology of the area is conducive to the location of economic structurally controlled mineral zones Information for this report was obtained from sources as cited under Selected References and from the writers' completion of the VLF-EM survey as reported on herein. SUMMARY The IXL mineral claim is comprised of a 20-cell claim block with an area of approximately 475 acres located in southwestern British Columbia, 25 miles northwest of Merritt and within three miles south of Mineral Hill, where from 1916 to ,494 ounces of gold, 252,939 ounces of silver, 40,822 pounds of copper, 2,206,555 pounds of lead, and 357,869 pounds of zinc were recovered from 77,605 tons mined from the Enterprise, King William, Tubal Claim, and the Joshua workings. The geology of the IXL property area is of a north trending belt of Upper Triassic intermediate volcanic, volcaniclastic and sedimentary rocks belonging to the Nicola Group that are invaded by granitic and granodiorite intrusions. A north plunging axis of a syncline passes through the property and Mineral Hill to the north where mineralized zones were explored to a down-dip depth of 900 feet. Mineralization appears to be controlled by the regional northeast trending Quilchena and Stump Lake faults and numerous secondary smaller faults that form a complex system of structures. Andesite rocks are bleached, pervasively silicified, pyritic and brecciated. Mineralization occurs within numerous quartz, and less commonly calcite, veins which strike generally to the north and dip steeply eastward. The IXL property includes two formerly explored mineral zones, the Raven & the IXL, where shafts were previously sunk to explore polymetallic quartz veins. At the Raven mineral showing mineral values of up to 2.35 ounces of silver across a 19 inch vein are reported. At the IXL mineral showings dump samples of up to 4.24 ounces of silver are reported. The 2007 VLF-EM survey indicated that the Raven No 2 mineral showing is indicated to be controlled with a structurally indicated north-south trending anomaly. A second mineral showing proximal to the southeastern survey 500 metres south, which may be the IXL No 6 mineral showing, is indicated to be associated with a topographically indicated east-west structure. The area of the indicated intersecting structures should be explored for potentially economic Enterprise mineral zones as on the formerly productive mineral zones of the Stump Lake Camp mineral zones. 5 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION, LOCATION & ACCESS The property consists of an eight cell claim covering an area of approximately hectares. Particulars are as follows: Claim Name Cells Tenure No. Expiry Date IXL June 21, 2008* * Upon approval of the Statement of Work (Event ) for which this report is a part thereof. The property is located in southwestern British Columbia, Canada, northeast of Merritt, south of Kamloops, and within two miles of Mineral Hill, where historic production from the Stump Lake Mining Camp occurred. Access is from either Merritt, 40 kilometres to the southwest or from Kamloops 40 kilometres to the north, via the Merritt-Kamloops Highway No. 5 to within three kilometres of the property. A secondary road, the Peter Hope Lake road, junctions off to the east within three kilometres south of Stump Lake and provides access to, and through the property. PHYSIOGRAPHY, CLIMATE, AND VEGETATION The property is situated at the western edge of the Douglas Plateau, which is within the physiographic area designated as the Interior Plateau of British Columbia The property area is one of open rolling range land in the lower elevations to gentle forested slopes in the higher elevations. Generally, gentle to moderate slopes prevail with relief in the order of some 650 feet. The region is situated within the dry belt of British Columbia with yearly rainfall between 10 and 12 inches. Temperatures during the summer months could reach a high of 35 C with an average of 20 C The winter temperatures could reach a low of -28 C. On the property, snow cover on the ground could be from December to April and would not hamper a year-round exploration and/or development program. There are adequate sites on and/or peripheral to the property for potential tailings storage areas, waste disposal areas and processing plant sites. The mine-mill operation would be subject to approved environmental impact studies and government regulation. Page 4 of 15

7 INFRASTRUCTURE Kamloops, an historic mining centre, would be a source of experienced and reliable exploration and mining personnel and a supply for most mining related equipment. Kamloops is serviced daily by commercial airline and is a hub for road and rail transportation. Vancouver, a port city on the southwest corner of, and the largest city in the Province of British Columbia, is four hours distant by road and less than one hour by air from Kamloops. Merritt, is a commercial hub and a tourist stop. Its major industry is logging and it also serves as a base for mineral exploration companies working the Aspen Grove copper-gold camp. Merritt can provide basic supplies and services for a small mining operation. It is 257 kilometres from Vancouver. WATER AND POWER Sufficient water for all phases of the exploration program could be available from the many lakes and creeks that are located within the confines of the property. Electrical power may be available from a high voltage transmission line that is within five miles east of the property. Diesel-electrical power would be required in the initial stages of development and production. HISTORY The history of the Stump Lake Mining Camp stems from the staking of the original claims, the Enterprise, Planet, Tubal Cain and King William, in the northern portion of the Camp between 1882 and 1885 which were initially explored prior to 1890; whereas the Jenny Long and the Azela in the southern portion of the Camp were explored subsequent to The Camp eventually covered an area extending up to five miles long and up to two miles wide. Production figures for the Camp, as reported by the British Columbia Department of Mines total 77,605 tons mined yielding 8,494 ounces of gold, 252,939 ounces of silver, 40,822 pounds of copper, 2,206,555 pounds of lead, and 357,869 pounds of zinc. This represents a recovered ore grade of oz/ton gold, 3.26 oz/ton silver, 0.026% copper, 1.42% lead, and 0.34% zinc. This production was in the period from 1916 to 1944 and came entirely from the Enterprise, King William, Tubal Cain, and the Joshua workings. The ground covered by the IXL is within 2,000 feet north of the Jenny Long where a 35-ton per day mill was operated for a short time by the Kootenay Nevada Company. There are no production figures available. The IXL claim covers some of the Crown Granted mineral claims that were part of the Stump Lake Mining Camp. The mineralized zones on these claims, namely the IXL No 6 (Lot 5111) and the Raven No 2 (Lot 5079) were explored by shafts. There is no reported production from the ground covered by the IXL mineral claim. Page 5 of 15

8 REGIONAL GEOLOGY The regional geology of the district has been mapped by W.E. Cockfield of the Geological Survey of Canada on a scale of 1:250,000 and published as G.S.C. Memoir249 (1947). Cockfield reports that, In the Stump Lake area the geological framework is basically composed of an underlay of Nicola Volcanic rocks of Upper Triassic Age. The Nicola Group is composed of a succession of volcanic flows and pyroclastics with minor sedimentary sections. Nicola Volcanics are dominantly of intermediate composition but variations from basalts to rhyolites do occur. Regionally, the Nicola Group is underlain by the Cache Creek Group of Carboniferous to Permian Age. The Cache Creek is a sedimentary Group in which argillite predominates. Minor volcanics are interbedded in certain areas and substantial sections of limestone occur in areas to the north and as occasional windows to the south. Extensive intrusive bodies cut the older rocks. These bodies are of batholithic size and are assigned to the Coast Intrusives of Jurassic or later age. Granodiorites and related phases predominate. Structurally, the Stump Lake Area lies in a synclinal package of Nicola rocks compressed between Cache Creek sediments and the Penask Batholith on the east and the Nicola Batholith on the west. Miocene flows of the Kamloops Group overlie the older units. Examples of these largely basaltic volcanics are found just to the north of Stump Lake. Controls for vein quartz and mineralization are not at all clear from the data at hand. It would seem from the distribution of stoped area in the northern workings that the structures tended to make ore on the north-northwesterly rather than northerly trending vein segments, Examples of this include the southern Enterprise-King William section where the north-northwesterly trending King William vein was stoped while the northerly trending Enterprise was not. Similarly on the Tubal Cain system the northerly trending (western) splay is a largely barren shear while the north-northwesterly trending branch to the east makes some ore. This ore distribution suggests that the main regional shear structure may have a northerly trend and a sinistral movement causing areas of low pressure and vein formation on related tensional structures. The host rock sequence originally interpreted by Cockfield and others has recently been reinterpreted by Moore (1989). The wallrocks and veins are transected in places by hornblendeporphyritic dikes of intermediate to mafic composition (Hedley, 1936). Brittle faulting has broken the succession into a number of rotated blocks. Movement on the faults is variable; historical descriptions of underground workings indicate that most vein off-sets were rarely more than a few meters. The large ore zone in the northern part of the Enterprise workings would also fit this structural picture. Page 6 of 15

9

10 REGIONAL GEOLOGY (C0NT D) Here the ore is localized on an arcuate section of vein which would tend to open with northsouth strike slip movement to form a wider, mineralized section. Attitudes of tuff horizons and sedimentary bedding suggest that a north plunging axis of a syncline passes through Mineral Hill. Both west and northeast of Stump Lake. The Nicola Croup volcanics are intruded by Lower Jurassic granitic batholiths. Scattered granodiorite outcrops have been mapped in the vicinity of the Camp. Secondary to the north-northeast trending Quilchina and Stump Lake regional faults are numerous smaller faults which form a complex fracture pattern and appear to control alteration and mineralization. Andesitic rocks are bleached, pervasively silicified, pyritic and brecciated. Mineralization occurs in numerous quartz, and less commonly calcite veins which strike generally to the north and dip steeply eastward. Alteration adjacent to most veins is typically a carbonate-pyrite+/- mica assemblage. Near the Enterprise adit, sericite......and weak chlorite alteration penetrative foliation, apparently associated with localized shears, since this fabric is not widespread in the area. Veins exposed near the Joshua Shaft strike north-northeast and dip about 50 to the east; Alteration here is iron carbonate with abundant green mica. At some localities multiple veins 5 to 10 centimetres wide are oriented parallel to prominent north and northwest trending fracture and joints. Similarly oriented veins with associated iron carbonate and green mica alteration are exposed near the Planet workings. Early in the development of the camp the Enterprise, No Surrender and King William veins were recognized to be controlled by the same northerly trending structure (Cockfield, 1948). As suggested by Moore (1989), the orientation of these and other veins in the camp is subparallel, or conjugate to prominent fractures and faults, such as the early Tertiary Quilchena fault, which suggests that they formed during, or soon after, regional brittle faulting in an extensional tectonic environment... The area is dominated by Tertiary faults with the major north-northeast trending Quilchena- Stump Lake fault system defining in part the eastern limit of the Nicola batholith with the Nicola Group. The Stump Lake fault trends through the northeastern portion of Stump Lake and centrally through the Stump Lake camp. The major northwest trending Cherry Creek fault 14 miles north of Stump Lake, truncates the Quilchena fault system. Secondary or associated structures in the area trend northerly to northwesterly. The geology in the general vicinity of the property is generally described as consisting of finegrained lavas together with tuffs and breccias and narrow bands of sediments. Large bodies of granitic rocks, chiefly granodiorite, intrude the Nicola to the west and to the southeast. Page 7 of 15

11 PROPERTY GEOLOGY The IXL claim is indicated to be underlain by two differentiated lithological sequences of the Upper Triassic Nicola Group. The northerly trending Stump Lake Fault is the fault contact between the eastern volcanic assemblage of basaltic volcanic rocks (utrne) and an assemblage of sedimentary rocks that includes mudstone, sandstone, shale, and fine clastic sedimentary rocks (utrnsf). The IXL 6 showing consists of a caved-in shaft and several open cuts which expose a quartz vein striking 350 degrees and dipping 55 degrees east. The Raven showing consists of an old shaft and trenches in andesites which expose a quartz vein 10 to 45 centimetres wide. The vein dips 65 degrees east near the surface and flattens with depth. REGIONAL MINERALIZATION Most of the major veins in the camp are northerly trending, steeply east dipping and less than a metre in average width, although vein widths of 2 or 3 metres (six to nine feet) have been reported (Dodd, 1887; Thompson, 1917)......They have been followed along strike for up to 500 metres (1,500 feet) and down dip for 300 meters (900 feet)....the veins at Stump Lake consist of polymetallic quartz-sulphide and quartz-carbonate-sulphide assemblages that are mesothermal to epithermal in character. The most abundant metallic minerals are pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite and tetrahedrite, with small amounts of bomite, scheelite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite and native gold. Quartz is massive and may include crudely developed sulphide-rich bands of layers hosted and/or parallel to veins. PROPERTY MINERALIZATION At the Raven showing the mineralization reportedly consists of pyrite, galena, tetrahedrite, and chalcopyrite with grab samples from a 19 inch wide quartz vein assayed up to 0.68 grams per tonne (0.02 ounces per ton) gold, grams per tonne (2.35 ounces per ton) silver, 0.09 per cent lead, 0.31 per cent zinc, and 0.04 per cent copper (MINFILE 092ISE114). At the IXL showing the mineralization reportedly consists of galena, sphalerite, pyrite, tetrahedrite, malachite, and azurite with a dump sample assaying 0.68 grams per tonne (0.02 ounces per ton) gold, grams per tonne (4.24 ounces per ton) silver, 0.84 per cent lead, 0.01 per cent copper, and 0.03 per cent zinc (MINFILE 092ISE184). 12 2007 Geophysical (VLF-EM) Survey A Sabre Model 27 VLF-EM receiver manufactured by Sabre Electronics of Vancouver was utilized in the VLF-EM survey. The primary transmission utilized was from Seattle, broadcasting at a frequency of 18.6 Khz. The VLF-EM receiver measures the amount of distortion produced in the primary transmitted field and a secondary magnetic field, which may be induced by a conductive mass such as a sulphide body. The VLF-EM unit, due to its relatively high frequency, can detect low conductive zones such as fault or shear zones, carbonaceous sediments, or lithological contacts and has the added disadvantage of indicating anomalous conditions from unwanted sources such as swamp edges, creeks and topographical highs. A VLF-EM survey on the IXL mineral claim was completed for the purpose of confirming any of the indicated structures from the 2006 lineament array analysis that may be verified as potential structural controls within the known mineralized zones. An area of 500 metres by 450 metres including the Raven No 2 showing was selected for the VLF-EM survey. This area was selected to determine any potential structural controls that may be indicated for increased mineralization in the area. VLF-EM readings at 25 metre intervals were taken along six 450 metre long east-west lines at 100 metre intervals from a 500 metre long north-south base line. The grid location with the raw readings is indicated in Figure 4. The raw readings were subjected to a fraser filter process whereby the VLF-EM anomalies are more apparent. The contoured fraser filtered data with the indicated anomalies is shown in Figure 5. The anomaly correlates with the indicated structure of the topographical depression including the southerly flowing creek. The Raven No 2 showing located on the western edge of the anomaly and the indicated structure. Thus, the results of the VLF-EM survey are indicated to be associated with the controlling structure to the Raven No 2 mineral showing. According to the UTM coordinates of the IXL showing as reported on MINFILE, it is located along the eastern edge of the anomaly. There is also a two metre deep shaft exploring a quartz-carbonate zone within 50 metres south of the survey area proximal to the western edge of the anomaly as shown on Figure 5 which may be the location of the IXL No 6 mineral showing. Page 9 of 15

15 CONCLUSIONS The mineralization of the Raven No 2 showing is controlled by the indicated north-south trending structure indicated by the VLF-EM survey. A shaft exploring a zone of mineralization hosted by quartz-carbonate veins, which may be the IXL No 6 showing, is associated with an east-west trending topographically indicated structure proximal to the south western survey area. The area of the indicated intersecting structures south of 500S 200E should be explored for potentially economic mineral zones. Respectfully submitted Sookochoff Consultants Inc.
