That the minutes be accepted. 2. President s Report Julie Pond That the President s Report be accepted. 3. Treasurer s Report Imam Wayhudi Financial Statement for the year ending 30 June 2017, and Schedule 1 Declaration, was forwarded 21 days prior to the meeting. That the Treasurer s Report and declaration be accepted, and that the Annual Statement be approved and lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria. 4. Schedule of Fees No change is proposed, but we confirm the schedule each year. That the schedule of fees be confirmed until the next Annual General Meeting: Full Membership $50 Associate Member partner $25 Associate Member Corporate $200 Associate Member 1957 $10 (one-off fee) 5. General Resolution 5.1 Management of the Club - This is a formality that we need to do annually to facilitate maximum member participation in the management of the Club. That in addition to the 4 positions required by the Rules of Association: (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary): 10 additional positions are created for the next year to include 5 General Members, Website & Communication, Classic Rider Organizer, Bendigo Area Organizer, Gippsland Area Organizer, and Geelong Area Organiser. Mover Recess & Election of the new Committee The President stands down from the Chair.
