6 1.0 INTRODUCTION The Echo Gold located 3 kilometres east of Echo Lake, approximately 50 kilometres east of Vernon, BC. The property is found within the Vernon Mining Division, and is located on NTS 082L02E mapsheet. The Property consists of 4 MTO claims that together cover an area of approximately 82.8 hectares. This report describes the prospecting site visits during the spring and summer of Property Location and Description The Echo Gold property is located 50 km east of Vernon, B.C. on the NTS map 082L02E and BCGS map 082L027 as shown on Figure 1. The access is seasonal, by way of Creighton Valley Road 1 minute east past the small town of Lumby, BC. The property is found on the Cherryville side of Creighton Valley road. The property is comprised of 4 MTO mineral claims covering a total area of approximately 82.8 hectares, as shown on the Figure 2 and listed in Table 1. Follow highway 6 for 27 kilometres and turn right onto Creighton Valley Rd. Follow Creighton Valley Rd for 15 kilometres until the large power line access road at m E m N. Taking a right at this power line for half a kilometre is used to access the eastern border of the claim. Alternatively there is a logging road at 17 kilometres on Creighton Valley Rd that can be used to access the property from the northern boundary. The property is found 10 minutes from Cherryville, where food and fuel can be found. Limited services, including room, board and fuel, are available in Lumby, BC (population < 2000). Vernon, with a population of about 40,000 in the city and immediate surrounding area, is a more major supply centre, located 30 km west of Lumby on Highway 6. Most services needed for exploration are available in Vernon. The closest full-service airports are located in Kelowna or Kamloops. The majority of the property is flat with elevations hovering around m. The southern section of the property is fairly steep with a rapid elevation gain to 1050m as seen in the satellite terrain map Figure 3. Here the elevation gains 200m over 300 m. The vegetation is typical of interior douglas-fir biogeoclimatic zone. The climate in the summer is moist and warm. The north facing slopes are damper and cooler and fall into the interior cedarhemlock. The property slopes are heavily treed with thick cedar bushes. Snow is on a order of 1m and typically free by May. 1

7 Outcrop on the property is fairly poor. Best chances of locating outcrop are the fresh cutblocks, logging roads and blown down trees. Figure 1 - Location map 2

10 3.0 HISTORY 3.1 History of Exploration and Development Echo Gold Cherryville BC was founded in the 1860 by miners who discovered gold in Cherry creek. Since the first strike, gold has been found in Monashee Creek, Yeoward Creek, Barnes Creek and Marsh Creek several of which can be found as Minfiles in the inventory. The most significant historic hard rock mines are found 15 kilometres east, south east of the Echo Gold property. These are the Morgan (082LSE022) and St. Paul (082LSE010) underground past producers. Recorded production between totals 392 tones producing 5630 grams of gold, 112,406 grams of silver, 3720 kilograms of lead and 1258 kilograms of zinc mined between these two producers. The Bonne 1(082LSE068), Echo II (082LSE066), Pita 2 (082LSE060), Old Joe (082LSE034), Midnight Nails 1-2 (082LSE063) and the Unicorn (082LSE026) mineral occurrences are found within a 7 kilometer radius of the Echo Gold Property. These were all located and explored in the 1980, except for the Unicorn that was located in The largest current exploration program in the region is Eagle Plains Resources Donna project located 15 kilometers east of Echo Gold. The Donna property is intrusion related gold property that is being explored by recent trenching and drilling. The Cherry Silver mineral occurrence (082LSE074) found on the property was discovered in 1990 by John Harvey in a logging road cut. Several prospecting programs have been carried out on the property. In 2007, Chris Knudsen carried out a trenching program on a gossanous zone. The last reported work was noted to be a 2008 rock/chip sampling program. There is a report of a much older mineshaft in the northwest quadrant of the property roughly 300 m northwest of the Cherry silver minfile coordinates. Little is known about this mineshaft. It was not located during this program. 3.0 GEOLOGY & MINERALIZATION 3.1 Regional Geology The property lies within the Paleozoic to Mesozoic Harper Ranch and Nicola Groups sedimentary rocks. These are predominately mudstone, siltstone, shale fine clastic sedimentary rocks including Argillite, phyllite, volcanic sandstone. This unit is often cut by Harper Ranch Group volcanics, as seen South of the property. To the north of the property, Mesozoic sedimentary rocks of the Nicola Group are found. These mostly consist of mudstones, siltstones, shale and fine clastic sedimentary rocks. Further south Mesozoic granodioritic intrusive rocks occur. These include granodiorite, quartz diorite, diorite and quartz monzonite. Basaltic volcanic rocks of the Chilcotin Group are found south west of the property. These consist of Cenezic olivine basalt flows and minor tuffs. 5

11 Figure 3-Regional Geology 3.2 Property Geology and Mineralization The Echo Gold property has never had a detailed geological mapping program carried out on it. With the low-moderate outcrop exposed it is a challenge to precisely judge the geological setting. 6

12 The property geology is mainly based on the regional geology and previous assessment reports. The property lies within the Paleozoic to Mesozoic Harper Ranch and Nicola Groups sedimentary rocks. These are predominately mudstone, siltstone, shale fine clastic sedimentary rocks including Argillite, phyllite, volcanic sandstone During the site visit dark argillic rocks and dark grey mudstones were noted. The Cherry Silver MINFILE describes the mineralization to occur in thin sheeted quartz-carbonate veins hosted in highly metamorphosed rocks. At the Cherry silver showing, the reported mineralized zone measures from 15 to 25 centimetres in width, strikes east-southeast and dips approximately 70 degrees south-southwest. The attitude of the mineralized zone is similar to that of the hosting phyllite-argillite sequence. Quartz gangue contains patches of brightly coloured, porous limonite and localized white to flesh-coloured calcite. Within the limonitic areas, localized remnant grains of chalcopyrite and/or pyrite were observed. Minor galena was also observed within the quartz zone. Irregular patches of a dark brown to sooty grey amorphous mineral, possibly tetrahedrite, occur within the quartz. Locally, this dark mineral is associated with an amorphous, olive green alteration mineral (MINFILE 082LSE074) WORK PROGRAM The aim of the 2017 work program was to follow up on the historical high grade gold and silver samples collected during the 2007 trenching program. The old reports identified numerous high grade samples from site 2. Therefore the priority was to confirm and try to duplicate the results. Figure 4 shows the historical sample map. 7

13 Figure 4- Historical sample location During the first site visit the coordinates for sample site 2 were the priority. No trenches or workings were found the the coordinates. Possible GPS accuracy is to blame due te very poor precisions on the steep treed slope. Some trenches were located 20m to the south east and are believed to be the main trenches described in the 2007 report, however the specific site coordinates need to be rectified. During the first visit 4 samples were collected from the trenches and one sample from a recent logging pit. The samples were sent to Kamloops Actlabs for gold and multi element analysis by means of 4-Acid Near Total Digestion + Total Determinations of Resistive Elements by INAA. The the objective of the second site visit was to explore the other two logging roads on the property. Another trench was located on the wester road, but no samples were collected. There was very limited outcrop found during this traverse. The traverses and sample locations are mapped on Figure 5 below. Sample descriptions and assay results are shown in Table 2. 8

Chip sample across. Table 2- Echo Gold 2017 samples The 2017 sample results returned weak silver and weak gold anomalies. The highest gold assay is from sample 6376, a chip sample of rusty rock cross cut by quartz calcite stringers. The sample returned values of gpt Au and 1.4 gpt Ag. The strongest silver number is 7.2 gpt Ag form sample 6374 of 2-15 cm quartz carbonate vein. 6.0 CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS The 2017 work program successfully located the trenches completed in The first few rock samples collected returned weak anomalous values for gold and silver. It is possible that the material sampled during the 2017 program was not the structure described in the old reports. Therefore, a thorough rock sampling program is recommended in the vicinity of the current located trenches to try and replicated the values obtained during the 2007 program. Due to the difference of coordinate points described in the report and found on ground, sample site 2 could be any one of the located trenches. A detailed sampling survey is the only way to rectify the location. 10
