3 ~~f'!:i_~-'y Report!()~!~f:!FaIl2006 Diamond Drill Program, Mishi Property 1 Introduction This report documents the results of a diamond drilling program conducted on the Mishi Property of Trelawney Resources Inc. (formerly Terex Resources Ltd.). A total of 18 holes (MC to 53) totalling 2,929 m were drilling during the period of August 1 to September 30, All drilling was conducted on the Dorset Zone as follow up to previous work completed by both Noranda and by Murgor in 1998 and Property Location and Access The Mishi Property is located 50 km west ofwawa, Ontario, and approximately 300 km east of Thunder Bay, within NTS Block 42C/03SW. The property is accessible via Paint Lake road, an all weather gravel road which links Trans Canada Highway 17 to the Eagle River Mine. An A TV -Skidder trail which begins at the 62 km mark, provides direct access to the property and leads to the Dorset Zone. The property consists of 49 unpatented mining claims located in the Sault Ste. Marie Mining Division on the Mishibishu Lake Map Sheet (0-3772), David Lakes Map Sheet (0-3765), Abbie Lake Map Sheet (0-3762) and thepointisacor Map Sheet (G-3778). 48 ofthe claims are contiguous, one claim ( ) is non contiguous, located north of the main block. 9 History Of Previous Work Previous exploration work on and around the Mishi Property has been well summarized in previous reports including Eveleigh, A.,1998 (Murgor Resources Inc.) and R. Kusins, 1999 (Battle Mountain Canada.). 1954: Aylen Mines: Trenching and limited diamond drilling. 1972: Asarco: Airborne geophysical surveying : Dominion Explorer: Airborne VLF - EM, followed by geological mapping, trenching, soil geochemistry and sampling. 7 holes totalling 453 m were drilled. Hole 3-86 was collared in the area of the Dorset Zone, but appears to have been stopped short of the zone : Noranda Exploration: Geological mapping prospecting, soil geochem, and geophysical surveying, followed by trenching and diamond drilling. 33 holes drilled totalling 3,404 m : Flanagan McAdam: Airborne geophysical surveying, and geology. Drilled 7 holes totalling 798m : Murgor Resources Ltd. Geophysics, prospecting, trenching, geological mapping and sampling in and around the Dorset Zone. Drilled 14 holes totalling 1,496 m, and confirmed the presence of significant gold mineralization. Best values from hole MC which assayed 3.75 g/t Au over a true width of21.53 m : Battle Mountain: Optioned the property from Murgor, and completed 20 holes totalling 4,817 m. Holes MC-98-22, 27 and 28 returned the most significant assays of 3.02 glt over 5.92 m, 5.23 glt over 3.7 m, and 5.05 glt over 7.45 m respectively).

13 11 The Dorset Deformation Zone was intersected in all holes, with the exception of MC which encountered a diabase dike. Dorset Zone mineralization consists of pyrite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite and occasional sphalerite within strongly silicified, albite and fe carbonate altered zones, hosted within a broad shear-deformation zone. This zone occurs in close proximity to a mafic volcanic-sediment contact. Some of the more significant results for this fall drill program are summarized in a table included in Appendix A.
