2 Summary: West Timmins Mining Inc. (fonnerly Sydney Resource Corporation) completed an NQ diamond drill hole designated NS06-2, between January 20 and January 25, 2006 on staked mining claim in Bristol Township, Ontario. Contiguous mining claims and comprise part of an option agreement between West Timmins Mining Inc. and the vendor Explorers Alliance Corporation. Drill hole NS06-2 was drilled to a final depth of metres. Casing was recovered from the hole. Claims and are located approximately 17 km west of Timmins, Ontario. They are accessed from Hwy 101 along bush roads and trails that extend northward offhwy 101 both east and west of Thunder Creek. Field work was supervised by the author. My residence is at 441 Hart Street, Timmins ON P4N 6X3. Previous Work - History of Exploration: The Northshore Property and surrounding area has been the subject of continuous exploration over the last 94 years. Little work has been carried out on the area currently covered by the Northshore claims. Gold mineralization was originally discovered in 1911 southeast of and adjacent to the current property, on the present Lake Shore Gold Timmins West Property. A review of annual reports of the Ontario Department of Mines (O.D.M., 1926; O.D.M., 1957) notes that claims PI1385, 11388, and were staked by Harry Goldstein on the present claim P Outcrop on these claims was reported as schistose Keewatin greenstone rocks. Several quartzcalcite veins were present in the greenstone as drag-fold features, and were up to 6" (15 em) wide. Fine stringers were also present, and pyrite and galena were seen with the quartz. In 1925 trenches were dug on some of the veins. A 1937 assessment report by McIntyre Mines (O.G.S., West Timmins Mining Inc. -2-

3 T-760, Bristol Twp.) shows claims covering current claim P , but no work was reported on those claims. No further work was reported from the Ontario Department of Mines up to 1957 on claims covering the current Northshore claims. In 1985 work was carried out by Chevron (O.G.8., T-1941, Bristol Twp.) which covered current claims P and P (past claims to ). This work included a horizontal loop EM geophysical survey. No anomalies were noted on the area covered by the current Northshore Property. In 2000 three diamond drill holes totalling 413 m were completed by Prospector's Alliance Corporation (O.G.S., T-4481, Bristol Twp.) on the PAL Tanager Option (then claim P , currently staked as P ) and PAL Laforest Option (then claim , currently staked as P ). These holes encountered felsic and intermediate tuffs and small quartz carbonate veins. No significant Au values were reported from core samples. In 2000 an airborne magnetometer and MegaTEM (electromagnetic) survey were carried out on claims P to P by Falconbridge Limited (O.G.S., T-4587). No significant anomalies were noted on the current Northshore Property, however a weak anomaly was identified in the MegaTem survey on claim No additional exploration has been conducted on the Northshore Property since 2000, however, the Northshore Property lies directly north and northwest of the Timmins West Property of Lake Shore Gold Corp., where extensive work has been carried out by various owners since Review of the south bounding Lakeshore Property: The original gold discovery in this part of Bristol Township, on the current Lake Shore Timmins West Property, was made by two prospectors - McAuley and Bridge. Between 1911 and 1925 they sank two exploration shafts in the area of the main showing. These pits are reported to be 15 metres in depth. Between 1925 and 1937, various companies, including Hollinger and McIntyre Mines, carried out trenching south and east of the western shaft. Limited diamond drilling was also conducted at that time. 4 Between 1938 and 1959 Orpit Gold Mines acquired these claims and that company and its successors drilled 13,800 metres of EX and AX core. Based on this drilling the main mineralized zone had a strike of 080, dipped steeply to the north, and had a shallow plunge to the west. Between 1959 and 1963 these claims were acquired by Holmer Gold. In 1964 these claims were optioned by United Buffadisson Mines Ltd. and a road was constructed from Highway 101 to the site. Ten holes were drilled totalling 2,116 m. Holmer Gold became the operator in 1968 and over the following 13 years drilled 45 steeply inclined to vertical holes for a total of 10,512 metres. Holmer Gold optioned the property to Noranda in 1984 and an airborne EM and magnetometer survey was completed with follow-up ground geophysical surveys. Four NQ holes were drilled for a total of 1,465 metres. In 1987 Holmer Gold optioned the property to Chevron Minerals Ltd.. Chevron conducted a comprehensive exploration program. Line cutting, ground geophysics (magnetic, EM and IP), and geological mapping were conducted over the entire property. A large area was stripped, mapped in detail and channel sampled. A total of 29 BQ diamond drillholes tested the mineralization. Known mineralization was extended to a depth of 369 m below surface. From May 1996 to April 1997 Holmer Gold carried out surface geophysical surveys and completed 66 diamond drill holes totalling 25,380 metres. Humus sampling was completed in October samples were collected. These produced a series of gold-arsenic anomalies. The results of a National Instrument compliant resource calculation audit by Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited were released in September It reported an indicated resource of 1,369,000 tonnes at an uncut grade of grams per tonne gold or 724,000 ounces gold in four zones of mineralization. On December 31 st, 2004 Lake Shore Gold acquired all the issued shares of Holmer Gold. As a result, Lake Shore currently owns directly and indirectly 100% of the Timmins West Property. Drilling by Lake Shore continues down dip of the currently reported resource and in 2007 regulatory permission was given for underground testing to begin. West Timmins Mining Inc. -4-

Little variation within the sequence as "flow breccia" structures predominate throughout. Fine to very fine-grained groundmass. Weakly foliated with a generally massive overall appearance. Flow fragments range up to cm. Minor 1-2% quartz as small patches and veintets under 1 cm. 3-5% white calcite irregularly scattered throughout. Where crude banded structuring is present core angles are consistently at 60 degrees to the core axis as at 42.7 m. The ground mass will occasionally display small coarse clusters of poorly formed feldspar in 1-2 mm size range, these give a "blotchy" texture to the volcanic. Nonmagnetic. Nil to trace pyrite as rare weak disseminations usually related to the darker selvage-like material. Lower contact indistinct over cm Mafic Volcanic Darker green to grey-green colour than previous unit. Lacks distinctive flow-breccia structure. Fine-grained, exhibiting a mottled colouring to the groundmass. Foliated to crudely banded - more a textural variability than a stuctural one. Minor local calcite veining as at an irregular, cm-scale form unrelated to a planar structure. NonmagnetiC. Lower contact gradational. Quartz-carbonate veining is sub-cm scale where present. Unit also exhibits a weak buffish sericitization locally - very minor effect overall. Unit lacks the larger, blockier type of flow breccia-fragment forms found in the section. Exhibits a more planar structuring : Return to a coarser flow structure - gradational, with colour variations between pale buff-green and pale green in the flow fragments Similar to with distinct flow-breccia continuously displayed throughout the interval. Pale green to buff-green colours with dark green selvage-like component. No mineralization of note, no significant veining. Nonmagnetic. Unaltered. Lower contact gradational with appearance of pyrrhotite-bearing selvages Similar to etc. but with darker green colouring and dark blackish green selvage material (chlorite). Exhibits a flow-breccia structure, less coarse than previous section. 1-3% semimassive pyrrhotite with traces of chalcopyrite overall as scattered occurrences through the section : heaviest section of pyrrhotite, trace chalcopyrite at 2-3% overall and up to 10-15% locally over cm intervals. Sulphides occur as heavily disseminated to semimassive pyrrhotite stringers in chloritic selvages. Volcanic host is a darker green colour than usual. Intervening material between the bulbous flow-breccia section have a strong planar structure - almost banded at cm-scale. Lower contact gradational Pyrrhotite 1-3% pyrrhotite Pyrrhotite 5% pyrrhotite Pyrrhotite 10-15% pyrrhotite, trace chalcopyrite Paler green, very fine-grained. Exhibits a more open fragmental structure - almost agglomerate style with rounded to oblong "fragments" floating in a darker coloured groundmass. Fragments range from <1 cm up to 20 cm. Fine breccia fragments in contact silicification. Nil sulphides Chlorltlc Tuff Dark green, crudely layered. Fine-grained foliated texture but massively competent - no shear fabric.. Carries 3-5% irregularly scattered grey-white quartz veins up to 15 cm wide. 80% are concordant to the foliation.. Unmineralized, nonmagnetic Mafic Volcanic Flow Breccia Similar to previous flow-breccia sections. Also contains small rounded pillow forms with dark green chloritic selvages tend to be intermittent cm in size. Uniform. unmineralized, unaltered, non-veined flow interval. Nonmagnetic Mafic Volcanic Tuff Breccia Fine-grained matrix of weakly foliated tuff hosting subrounded volcanic clasts up to 10 cm in thickness - average is 2-4 cm, in an open packed relationship. Fragments are paler in colour than the hosting matrix. Unmineralized, unaltered. No significant veining. NonmagnetiC. A uniform section. Lower contact indistinct. Lower contact is gradational Mafic Volcanic/Hyaloclastite Resembles previous units displaying isolated subrounded to rounded volcanic fragments in a finer breccia host - in this case the finer host has shard-like appearance of a hyaloclastic deposit. Massively structured to quasi-banded. Nonmagnetic. unmineralized and unaltered. Lower contact is gradational Lacks the coarse, locally pillowed-appearing structures in previous units. Much of section is evenly textured, homogeneous flow rock with short intervals of flow-top breccia em in thickness. Foliated locally - especially from Elsewhere the unit is virtually massive. Minor quartz and quartz-carbonate veinlets at 1-2%. Unit is unmineralized and unaltered. Nonmagnetic.
