8 SABIN WORK HISTORY UMEX explored the Sabin claims and surrounding area. Regional TDEM surveys identified several conductors including 2 weak picks in the Marchington Zone where a surface discovery was made UMEX focussed most of its drilling on Marchington Zone to delineate near surface resources for feed to its milling operations in Pickle Lake (most holes <100 m in length) Noranda completed IP-mag over the Marchington Area and drilled three ~300 m holes east of the bulk of the Marchington drilling. Drilling discovered several isolated mineralized horizons that remain open and an off-hole conductor that has not be followed up Commander Resources completed a soil survey on the Property No modern deep penetrating EM or detailed MAG has been flown. 8

9 SABIN MAG INTERPRETATION Alteration and mineralization occurs within a regional anticlinal fold structure Mineralized zones appear to be fold duplicated and fold noses show significant structural thickening; these have not been targeted by drilling 9

10 SABIN VMS TARGETS Extensive Al-Si-Py footwall style alteration Four main target areas including the Marchington Zone Marchington drilled to <100 m depth, 350 m strike length and open along strike and to depth All zones under-explored; Kash (1 DDHs), S23 (6 DDHs) and Golsil (2 DDHs) only tested by widely spaced and shallow drilling Zones are low to moderate conductivity 10
