6 SUMMARY During the summer of 2007 (August and September), prospectors Dan Kobi, Jim Evans and myself made 3 trips onto the L Bracket, R Bracket and West X mineral properties. Daylong prospecting grids and helicopter traverses by were undertaken on these occasions in order to determine the geology and mineral potential. A fair amount of helicopter time was used to do mapping and ariel photography (374 image ), as most of the terrain is formidable and inaccessible to ordinary prospecting methods. Galena and sphalerite were found in two separate carbonate beds along 15 to 20 meter wide horizons. The mineralized carbonate trends were followed and mapped by helicopter along the lengths of the properties. Due to the nature of the mapping and the mineral values of the galena in the accessible carbonate horizons encountered on these properties, further work is warranted as will be detailed in the body of this report. INTRODUCTION Location: The properties consisting of three tenures with a total of 59 cells, lie to the west of the Rocky Mountain Trench in the Purcell Mountain Range. The mineral tenures are located approximately 10 km east of Bugaboo Park. The geographical coordinates for the center of the tenures are 50 43'14N '42W. The terrain consists of very steep slopes at the top of the height of land on a series of ridges running north south. The elevation of the properties have extreme ranges as the tenures parallels the lie of the valleys at altitudes ranging up to 3000 meters ASL. The main water sources originate in glacial ice and year round snow on north facing surfaces. The ground cover is sparse to none as the mineralized areas lie on steep cliff faces. Access: Access is by way of a series of good country gravel roads departing from the highway at Brisco. This route is somewhat circuitous in nature but gets within 5 kilometers of the claims. However the property is very steep (6000 ft to 9000 ft ASL) and very high so the only practical access is by helicopter from either Golden, Invermere or Revelstoke. History and previous work: Original discovery work took place around 1901 with some trenching, tunneling and several shipments from adits scattered along the trend, taking place into the late 1920's. However very little work has taken place since that time and all the old workings have collapsed. 6

8 GEOLOGY Property: On the three claims the predominant geology is the north, south trending limestone and carbonate bedding dips at 60 degrees to the west with several marble horizons scattered throughout. Mineralization: The mineralized carbonate beds vary from 30 to 60 meters at the surface and are traceable on the surface for over 3 thousand meters. They travel from the southern edge of the properties toward the north, trending slightly to the east as they move north. Several surface grab samples assayed from along the mineralized trend showed high values of lead (30%) and silver (900 gm/ton) (see enclosed assay reports). Conclusion There are zones of carbonate containing potentially commercial galena that are possibly "Manto" style deposits. This mineralized carbonate, flanked by dolomite and argillite runs through the properties as identifiable north south horizons. Previously covered by glacier ice and year round snow the mineralized trends are now exposed in many locations on the properties. These exposures are however located at extreme altitude (above 3000 meters) and on the surface of very steep (60 degree plus) and precipitous slopes. During our exploration activities, we found evidence of old workings along the southern end but the nature of the workings and all the old reports indicate that no one realized the likelihood that this was one large mineralized formation. As it moves toward the north through our property and through the Steele claims belonging to Gordon Latimer, the formation starts to dip toward the west while the strike remains fairly constant. As we were not equipped or experienced with extreme mountain climbing gear to sample the cliff face exposures on the northern extension and it was not possible to land near the locations, we found it necessary to do our mapping by helicopter. Because of the commercial potential, an extensive series of exploration channels should be excavated along the galena carbonate trend. This could be accomplished with an experienced team of mountaineer geologists. Once results are obtained, drill locations could be determined to further define the potential. 8
