8 Greetings, John & I would like to propose that Hemet Library hold an annual Arts & Crafts Fair upstairs where there are plenty of tables and chairs for general use. The cost per table should be $10.00, because it will only be a one day event. I imagine we would be the Crafters' Liason and people could contact us at baslevi@hotmail.com for applications forms to come to the Fair to sell their handmade arts & crafts. Proposed Dates: Sat. Nov.~, 2018 or Sat. Nov. ~h, 2018 or Sat. Nov. ~h, If it is felt that it would be better in December, it would have to be on the Saturdays prior to Christmas. If you have any questions, please feel free to discuss any questions with us. Sincerely Yours, j /) /,/, -.. -i~~~l~- Judith & John Kingsbury r-. s, i {fa!\, 0 1~,-,~ ~,p&;)jy'.. ~ ' (7 f~ r7m.lfl ;j~
