2 Luan: The progress at Luan remains satisfactory. Sub-PMO contracted all bidding packages out. One civil works contract is almost completed. Three civil works and one goods contract are under implementation. One civil works contract is in the bidding process. Huaibei: Three civil works contracts have been completed. One civil works contract is under implementation. And one goods contract is in the bidding process. Two civil works component is under design process. Anqing: One civil works and one goods contracts are completed. One goods and one civil works contracts are under implementation. One civil works contract will begin the implementation after the flood season. And three civil works and one goods components are in the design process. Wuhu: The Bank has issued NOL for Wuhu's procurement plan. Three goods contracts are in the bidding document preparation phase. PMO will initial the bidding process soon. The corridor improvement and bus parking facility development are in the design process. The current disbursement rate has remained 14.26% since August The disbursement is expected to be improved after Wuhu starts the implementation because over 50% of loan is allocated at City of Wuhu. The project is likely to achieve the PDO if PMO can expedite the implementation.
