2 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project implementation is progressing smoothly. A disbursement rate of 55% was achieved in FY15 reaching a cumulative level of 89% (as of end January 2016). Based on current implementation status and implementation schedule, all significant planned activities are expected to be completed before the current closing date of June 30, However, there are close to US$4 million in funds that have not been allocated and which could be put toward sector reform.
