2 The implementation status of the project is moderately satisfactory. In the first three months following effectiveness, MoLSS and ISKUR worked on getting access to procurement and disbursement systems of the World Bank and completing documentation in this regard. Immediate next steps for the months of July and August are ensuring PIUs are fully staffed, priority tenders are in process, and ISKUR monitoring systems are ready before project roll-out in September.
