2 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project was approved by the World Bank's Board of Executive Directors on September 28, 2017, and the agreement was counter-signed by the United Republic of Tanzania on November 8, The project is expected to become effective no later than February 8, 2018, the signing of one subsidiary agreement is still pending and is expected before said date.
