The space boasts elegant and beautifully finished neo-classical décor throughout, creating a luxurious atmosphere for entertaining. Offering a wealth of versatility, Plaisterers Hall boasts a number of different spaces which can combine to create your perfect day. Raise a toast beneath the glittering chandeliers of the Great Hall, or thank your guests from the subtle sophistication of the adjacent Livery Hall. The Mott Room and Humber Room allow huge flexibility, and can be transformed into reception spaces, dancing locations or even changing rooms. This stunning venue offers a spacious haven for civil ceremonies and receptions in the heart of the capital, where an intimate atmosphere is complemented by the grandeur of elegant architecture and breathtaking neo-classical design.

5 T H E L I V E R Y H A L L The Livery Hall can accommodate from 30 to 220 guests for welcome drinks or entertainment, and could event set the scene for the ceremony itself, seating up to 110 with a central isle. This space adjoins the Great Hall so could also be incorporated into your wedding reception should you wish.

It was situated at the corner of Addle Street and Philip Lane and destroyed in the Great Fire of London in 1666.

8 H i s t o r y Opened in 1972 and situated in the heart of the City of London, it reflects the grandeur of a bygone era in an ultra modern setting. The Company s first hall was bequeathed to the Company by William Elder, Citizen and Plaisterer in It was situated at the corner of Addle Street and Philip Lane and destroyed in the Great Fire of London in The second hall was built in 1669 from the design if Sir Christopher Wren, but this was also destroyed by fire in1882. The present hall, which opened in November 1972, has décor throughout of the neo-classical style created by Robert Adam in the 18 th century. His various designs have been faithfully reproduced in great detail both on plaster and wood, some being taken from his original moulds. The hall also backs onto the original London Wall, dating back to the 2 nd or 3 rd century which can be accessed, if desired, for photographs or even drinks receptions. T:
