SERVICE CHARGE An additional taxable service charge applies to all food, beverage and audio visual items. TAXES Food and beverage is taxable at 8.25% Meeting room rental is taxable at 6% Guest rooms are taxable at 15% ATTENDANT/CARVER FEES All carving stations and actions stations require an attendant/carver. The attendant/carver fee is $100 for two hours. Additional hours at $15 per attendant per hour. One attendant per 100 guests is required. Additional attendants may be recommended based on the specified action station. SERVER FEES Bartender fee is $100 for two hours Cashier fee is $100 for two hours Additional hours at $15 per bartender per hour For hosted bars, one bartender is needed per seventy five guests. For cash bars one bartender and one cashier will be needed per one hundred guests. HOTEL POLICY A guarantee of attendance is due 72 hours prior to your event. If not given, the estimated number of attendees will become the billable guarantee. Outside food and beverage is not permitted in public spaces unless approved in the sales agreement.
