2 entlemen: June 24 elcome to Pittsburgh. I have been fortunate enough during the past two years to be introduced to and build relationships with a number of key businessmen and public officials, all of whom are long-term residents, stakeholders, and innovators in the economic growth of Pittsburgh. I thought it was the right time to convene this meeting to present to each of you an exposure to what arren ipnis and I have evidenced as the renaissance and transition of Pittsburgh from its early growth and reliance upon a teel Industry based economy. uring the next two days we will afford you a first hand opportunity to meet many of those individuals, with whom we have built relationships, and hopefully also have the opportunity to see development and investment opportunities and why I believe it is a most opportune time to enter, invest, or develop in Pittsburgh. ranswestern s esearch & I specialists prepared this brochure, to provide you with factual data to support hy Pittsburgh - hy Pittsburgh ow. It also contains the latest analysis of how Pittsburgh is viewed by other economic organizations. obert Bagguley hief Innovation fficer obert.bagguley@transwestern.com
