7 $77,500 omerset ommunity ollege gift-in-kind valued at $77,500 from Bruce hestnut was given to omerset ommunity ollege. he gift includes a hampion win ngine ancer ne, two ycoming -541 engines, two ycoming turbo units and fuel systems, and miscellaneous ycoming parts. his equipment will be used by the aviation maintenance technology program to train their students. $75,000 enderson ommunity ollege gift of $75,000 from arrell West was given to the ollege oundation, nc. (the foundation for enderson ommunity ollege) to support the enderson otary lub olonels-2-ollege cholarship ndowment. he income from the endowment will be used for graduates of public high school in enderson ounty. tudents must enroll in the program at the beginning of their freshman year in high school and must obtain a of 2.5. he scholarships are to be used as a last dollar benefit for participants. 5
