Introduction This summarizes two day prospecting activity on mineral licence 20850M, near Brigus on September 22th & October 8th, The focus of the exploration was on the are of the contact of the Cambrian aged Adeyton Group sediments and the Harbour Main volcanics. During the field work a vertical fault >80 m was observed on the west side of the licence and a significant grey limestone unit was identified to contain very fine disseminated chalcocite, similar to that seen in Marysvale to the south, was seen adjacent to the fault. 8 5. Regional & Local Geology Regional Geology The Red Rock Pond property is part of the Avalon Zone of Eastern Newfoundland. This zone occupies the northern most portion of the Appalachian Avalonian Belt, a succession of late Proterozoic age volcanic, plutonic & volcanic sedimentary rocks, extending from the Avalon Peninsula, through the Atlantic provinces to the Carolinas and Northern Georgia, a distance of 3000 km (Williams, 1979). Local Geology: The geology of the property is comprised of the sedimentary Conception Group in contact with the Harbour Main Volcanics and overlain by the Cambrian Adeytown Group: Conception Group: Drook Formation: blue / gray / green siliceous siltstone & sandstone; silicified tuff. Harbour Main Group: Hhb member: Green to purple basaltic flows and pyroclastic rocks, clastic sedimentary rocksand gabbro. Adeyton Group: Chamberlains Brook formation: green and red shale or slate and thin limestone beds; manganiferous bed near base; spilitic cherty pillow lava. Brigus Formation: red, pink and green shale or slate and thin limestone beds; basal conglomerate where formation rests directly on Precambrian rocks. 7

9 6. Exploration Program During September and October, 2013, there were two days spent on the property. The first field day, September 22nd, was a general reconnaissance of the valley between the ridge east of Red Rock Pond and the ridge containing the noted manganese deposit. General field observations from this location give a vertical cliff of over 80 m; this cliff shows sedimentary features such as crossbedding in the predominantly sandstone unit underling the limestone and manganese beds. The area was accessed through a trail from Frog Marsh, with a switchback trail on the north end of the ridge leading to the valley. On the trail the limestone / mudstone at the top appears to dip west, is stromatolitic and grey in colour, with some malachite staining. Photo of west ridge from top of Mn ridge (top of outcrop) On October 8th, an attempt to locate the manganese workings on the east side of the valley was made. The actual bed was located on top of the ridge, measured by GPS at 50 m elevation; the workings were not found, though a local resident of the area had said the workings and old tramway were located to the north by 50 to 100 m. Here some samples of psilomelane were collected from outcrop at the top of the ridge. Location 335,716 E, 5,266,555 N, Elevation 52, +/- 5 m. 10 The grey limestone unit exposed at tide level on the southern end of the valley was noted to be in contact with the overlying red magniferous limestone / sandstone unit. This a portion of this unit was seen to be stromatolitic limestone, with wispy chalcocite mineralization in between and very fine disseminated chalcocite in the pink limestone. Also, a 10 cm wide vertical dipping transparent, well crystallized, pink maganocalcite vein traced for 3 m at the bottom and across the photo below. Conclusion and Recommendations In this area further exploration is needed to determine the nature of the fault and newly discovered copper mineralization in addition to the known manganese deposit. The findings of this licence seem to mirror the manganese / copper / silver prospects from the English Cove / Marysvale area to the south, giving the region significant potential for large sedimentary hosted deposits. The following activities are recommended for the property: 1.) Continue a general exploration program, 2.) Conduct a geochemical survey of the copper bearing limestone and the manganese units, 3.) Attempt to further map and define the manganese deposit, 4.) Access the area by boat to observe outcrop.
