Introduction Burton Consulting Inc. undertook an exploration program for Wild West Gold Corp. to investigate reported mineralization on their large claim block in the Similkameen Mining Division of British Columbia. Two areas, Knob Hill and the CEE area were investigated. The Knob Hill area was reported to have an intrusive body similar to the Copper Mountain Mine types. After extensive traverses no intrusive rocks were found. It is concluded that there is no exposed intrusive rocks on Knob Hill even though they were reported in the Min File Reports. The CEE area in the northeast corner of the claim block has a copper porphyry intrusive in the Bromley Batholith with poor access which was ignored until now. The copper porphyry mineralization in the CEE is worthy of exploration. The Princeton Copper-Gold district is a world class copper-silver-gold mining region hosting porphyry style mineralization. The district hosts the Copper Mountain mine which operated from 1972 to 1996 and produced 1.74 billion pounds of copper, 9.1 million ounces of silver and 730,000 ounces of gold. Copper Mountain Mining Corporation has restarted the mine. The Copper Mountain mine project, located 15 kilometres southwest of Princeton, B.C. Current measured and indicated resources are million tons of 0.31% Cu containing 3.2 billion pounds of copper with gold and silver credits. The project is 75 per cent owned by Copper Mountain Mining and 25 per cent owned by Mitsubishi Materials Corp. 1

Property Tenure Listing The property consists of 55 claims totalling 380 units covering hectares. The claims are listed in the following table. Table 1: Tenure Listing 4

Claim Map Illustration 3: Vermillion Forks Property Claim Map 5

Location, Access and Description This large claim block is centered at Latitude North, and Longitude West in British Columbia, CANADA. The property is 12 Km SE from the town of Princeton, BC. To the west of the property the Similkameen River flows northerly to Princeton, then turns and flows easterly along the north boundary of the claims. Road access from the provincial highway system is good as Highway 3 follows the Similkameen River. There are two main roads to the claims going south from Highway 3 east of Princeton. The first road is at the RCMP Police Station just east of Princeton, and the second is a little further east at the Golf Course. The first road is the access to the Copper Mountain Mine and then turn off east to the Knob Hill area on the August Lake Road. The main property and the CEE area are best accessed from the Golf Course road with a turn off to the east on the Mt. Darcy road. From these two roads there are many old logging, mining, and farming roads in various states of repair. The CEE area is centered on claims , and Illustration 4: Vermillion Fork Property (Showing Individual Tenure Numbers) 6

Field Notes from GPS readings set on NAD 83 show the CEE copper mineralized area to extend from E to E and N to N. The Volcanic Neck area is centered at E and N. This is 466 metres west of the CEE mineralization and is where an outcrop with similar host rock and mineralization was previously discovered but never explored. If these two zones are connected that means the CEE porphyry type copper mineralization could extend at least 766 metres in an east-west direction. Obviously further exploration is required to outline the eventual total extent of this copper mineralization. The Knob Hill area covers claims , and The bare ridge of Knob Hill is roughly centered at N and E. Old assessment reports in this area extend from E to E, and N to N Physiography: The property lies at the southern end of the Thompson Plateau 1 (Holland. 1964) and is part of a transitional belt between the Interior Plateau to the north and the Cascade Mountains to the south. The landforms on the claims range from rolling hill country with open valleys to steep areas are found on the flanks of the Similkameen River slopes and along deeply incised glacial drainage routes. The claims are mostly covered with coniferous trees on the higher slopes, and scrub deciduous trees and shrubs along valleys with some grasslands. Elevations vary from 725 metres a.s.l. on Silmilkameen river along northern boundary of the property, to 1,200 metres a.s.l. on Mount D'Arcy. The property is in the area climatic conditions Central Interior with hot summers and cold winters. Snow cover is usually moderate but heavy snowfalls can occur. Exploration work can be carried out all year with the exception of during periods of heavy snowfall or fire peril. Annual clearing of windfalls from dead trees may be required on the less developed roads each spring. Rattlesnakes are found further east, but in the Spring, ticks can be dangerous as some have been reported to carry Lyme Disease. 1 Holland, Stuart S. (1964): Landforms of British Columbia, B.C. Dept. of Mines & Pet. Res., Bull

Work Program Physical Work Exploration work on the property required no physical work, so Notice of Work or Rehabilitation Bond was not required work was completed on the property. Foot traverses were done over portions of the claims, primarily to map with accurate GPS coordinates the mineralization and to record the location of sample sites and traverses. Recorded GPS tracks were kept of all traverses and way points of individual sites along with field notes are presented. Road access could be improved with the annual removal of windfall trees. ATV's and 4X4 vehicles then could access most places. Traverses on the Knob Hill and on the CEE zone were detailed enough to satisfy the original purpose of the geological mapping and sampling program. Details are discussed in the later sections of this report. Geological Studies The property is located within the southern portion of the Intermontane Tectonic Belt of British Columbia that is Quesnel Terrane (Quesnellia). Quesnellia is a northwesterly trending belt of Upper Triassic to Lower Jurassic submarine and sub-aerial alkali and calc-alkali volcanic rocks, related sedimentary rocks and comagmatic intrusive rocks. In the southern part of the Province, this assemblage of volcanocplutonic arc rocks is known as the Nicola Group. Throughout the Intermontane Tectonic Belt, these rocks are noted for their mineral deposits; principally, their alkalic copper-gold-silver porphyry deposits, and copper and gold skarns. On the basis of the physical and chemical differences of the rock assemblages, the central part of the Nicola Group between Merritt and Princeton has been subdivided into three subparallel structural belts, referred to as the Western, Central and Eastern Belt. The Eastern Belt rocks consist of an assemblage of westerly facing volcanic rock siltstone, 8

sandstone and conglomerate, tuff, laharic deposits, and distinctly alkaline trachybasalt flows. These Eastern Belt rocks have been intruded by numerous stocks of micromonzonite porphyry that have associated alkalic copper-gold porphyry style mineralizaion. The Central Belt rocks are dominated by massive pyroxene and plagioclase-rich andesite and basaltic flows of alkalic and calc-alkalic composition, breccia and lahar deposits, and subordinate amounts of conglomerate and finer grained pyroclastics and sedimentary rocks. Comagmatic intrusive rocks are mostly diorite with subordinate syenite. They occur mostly along the major faults in the eastern half of the Belt, and may contain alkalic copper-gold-silver porphyry deposits. The Western belt rocks include andesite and rhyolite flows of distinctly calc-alkalic composition and tuff, which are interbedded with Lower to Middle-Norian age limestone, volcanic conglomerate, and sandstone. On the Tulameen Project property, the Upper Triassic Nicola Group rocks are overlain by the Tertiary Princeton Group sedimentary and volcanic rocks. The formations are off-set by northerly trending regional faults. The large northerly trending fault systems - such as the Allison, Summers Creek, Whipsaw and Boundary systems - are believed to represent deep-seated crustal features. These crustal features dominated the geology of the region in the Late Triassic time and caused volcanic centres to be aligned in a northerly direction. This resulted in the production of a central zone of dominantly volcanic and intrusive rocks (the Central Belt and part of the Eastern Belt), which are flanked to the west and east by sedimentary basins. Some of these eruptive centres can be identified with stocks or clusters of stocks of micromonzonite or microdiorite that have associated copper-gold mineralization such as at Copper Mountain. 9

Structural Geology It is believed that the mixing of rocks from diverse terranes occurred achieved at the time of plate collision by steep reverse faulting, imbricate thrusting and stacking of various oceanic and ocean margin lithologies with lenses of underlying gabbroic and ultramafic rocks. The concept of mixing of rocks from diverse terranes in the formation of the province has been widely recognized for the past 30 years. In the following figure the major tectonic belts and terranes in the Canadian Cordillera, simplified from Monger and Berg (1984)2. Illustration 5: Major Tectonic Belts and Terranes in BC The Intermontane Belt, has proven to be a wide strip of productive gold bearing rocks which stretch the length of the province. The following map shows a more recent colour version of the main geological terranes (strips of different tectonic plates) of British Columbia. The map is the copyright of British Columbia Geological Survey. 2 Monger, J.W.H. and Berg, H.C. 13 Illustration 6: Lithotectonic Terrane Map of Western Canada and Southeastern Alaska Nicola Belt, a northerly trending terrain some 25 miles wide extending from near the United States border to Kamloops Lake, united by similar stratigraphy and tectonics, and noted for its large number of copper mines and prospects. The terrain has as its fundamental rock unit the Upper Triassic Nicola Group, which is about 20,000 feet thick and appears to be composed mainly of basaltic andesite flows and pyroclastic rocks with greywacke, argillite, and reefoid limestone, although the stratigraphy is still poorly known. The belt is largely bounded by plutons but has older rocks on parts of its eastern periphery. Structurally it is characterized by much faulting which generally includes older eastwest and northwest trending structures cut by later north trending ones, the largest of which Summers Creek and Quilchena Creek to Nicola Lake and Moore Creek 3 3 Petro, Vic A. 14 Property Geology In this report discussion is limited to the CEE area in the northeast portion of the claims, and the Knob Hill in the western portion of the claims. The many other showings of mineralization were not further explored in this exploration program. Other mineralization on this large claim block includes Basaltic lava rubble flow tops that are mineralized with Bornite and Chalcocite. This type of mineralization is visually impressive when partially weathered to show malachite, however it is not economic. The central portion of the Nicola on D'Arcy mountain contains calcic flows and limy sediments in which skarn copper deposits have been found. The skarn type of copper mineralization includes magnetite and hematite and is similar to the Craigmont skarn deposit NW of Merritt, BC. It has had preliminary testing, but requires more exploration. An unresolved item is the 1970's soil survey SE of August lake that identified a gold soil anomaly, and the area south of the anomaly where recent exploration noted a partially exposed outcrop of epithermal alteration clays that might be related to a gold deposit. 12

CEE AREA The CEE area is in the northeast portion of Wildwest Gold Corp's. large claim group. This area has been mapped by the Geological Survey of Canada and by the BC Geological Survey as part of the Bromley granodiorite Intrusive Batholith. The intrusive megascopicaly appears to be a granodiorite with a few pale pink orthoclase feldspar phenocrysts and some hydrothermal alteration biotite books that are partially altered to sericite or muscovite. A new map by Geoscience BC shows the Bromley Intrusive in the NE corner of map covering a much larger area than it actually does. Recent exploration on the Wildwest ground shows that about the western half of the area shown as Bromley is actually underlain by Nicola Group rocks that contain the important skarn copper deposits. The mineralized Bromley is cut by a series of north trending vertical "Pink" dykes which are younger than all rocks they are in contact with. They may be Eocene in age. They are post mineralization, but at "Copper Farm" adit have chalcopyrite mineralization in their fault gouge contact with the country rocks. These "Pink" dykes can be strikingly seen a few Kilometers east of Princeton in the cliffs on each side of the highway and the Similkameen River where they cut both Nicola and Bromley rocks. The Bromley intrusive in the CEE area is mineralized with discrete grains of chalcopyrite. When fresher exposures are available there may also be chalcopyrite along fracture planes as there is a tendency for more malachite along these fracture planes. Just below the surface outcrops some mild malachite along with a little secondary Manganese stain can be seen. Nine rock samples collected by the author and prospector Steven Lawes averaged 0.45% Cu. The samples were delivered to ALS assay laboratory by the author and then subjected to CRU-QC (Crushing QCTest) followed by CRU 31 (Fine Crushing -70% < 2mm). Then the crushed material was sent through SPL-21 Split sample-riffle splitter. This was done before pulverizing to make sure that the large rocks in the sample material were fully and finely crushed before pulverizing to 85%<75um. Assaying was done with ME-MS41, an aqua regia ICP analysis. Two samples over 10,000 ppm Cu were reanalyzed using Me OG46. Individual copper values in ppm (parts per million) were as follows: > >

Numerical average of 9 samples is ppm Cu, or expressed more conventionally is 0.45% Cu. Table 2: Sample IDs, Collection Dates, GPS, Lithology, Cu (ppm), Analytical Procedure Six grab samples taken August 24 and 25, 2014 by Anglo American geologists in "monzonite" averaged 0.33 % copper with ranges from to % copper. The western edge of this area extends into Upper Triassic Nicola Group volcanics. Recent mapping around the eastern edge of the Nicola rocks for Wildwest Gold Corp. has identified two eroded volcanic neck feeder pipes that are adjacent to a copper, magnetite skarn containing chalcopyrite mineralization. During the course of this work chalcopyrite mineralized Bromley intrusive was uncovered adjacent to the necks and skarn. This mineralized Bromley intrusive appears identical to the CEE copper mineralization. The CEE copper bearing outcrops as of September 2014 have been traced for 300 metres East-West, and 200 metres North-South. The mineralization boundaries have not yet been defined due to a combination of lack of time and overburden cover. 14

Illustration 7: Plan Map with Copper Geochem (CEE Area) The presently identified area of copper mineralization in the Bromley intrusive extends from E to East, and N-S from N to N. 15

The mineralized Bromley adjacent to the volcanic feeder pipes and skarn mineralization is 466 metres westerly from the westernmost presently known CEE mineralization. Illustration 8: Plan of Copper Assays (collected by Anglo-American) 16

The copper mineralized Bromley is at E and N. It is interesting to speculate on whether they are connected. If so then the total East-West extend could be 766 metres. Assessment Report 6309 dated May 10, 1977 for Mt. D'Arcy Explorations Ltd. covers the CEE area 1976 diamond drilling of two holes on the then CEE claim. DDH 76-1 was drilled to 492 feet at minus 45 degrees on a bearing of N60W, and DDH 76-2 was drilled 120 feet at minus 45 degrees along a bearing of N35W. Both holes had low copper assays mostly in the 0.01% range with a high of 0.06% Cu in one assay. The location of the holes has not yet been ascertained in the field and are not yet related to the recent surface samples. Detailed field mapping is recommended. Within report 6309 there is mention of a previous geochemical soil survey and an outline of an "Anomalous Copper" area plotted on the attached surface map in the report. The CEE project is worthy of further exploration. 17

KNOB HILL AREA The Knob Hill area is modern claims staked over lapsed Crown grant Claims. Past reports and BC Government Minfile Reports state:4 "syenodiorite projects above the surrounding overburden forming a small hill known locally as Knob Hill. The syenodiorite outcrops over an area1000 metres long and up to 600 metres wide." This years exploration work traversed extensively over Knob Hill and the author can unequivocally state that there is NO syenodiorite exposed anywhere on Knob Hill. ALL the exposures of bedrock on Knob Hill are Nicola volcanics, mainly basaltic flows, some with considerable magnetite content. There are several narrow faults that contain quartz veins and sulphide mineralization in them, but no syenodiorite either as an intrusion or dyke with or without mineralization. The traverses were recorded with a GPS, and notes taken at waypoints to describe the rock types and the veins found. In the dark coloured Nicola volcano-sediments there were minor areas where lighter blotchy patches a few centimetres across could be seen that were interpreted as minor propylitic alteration It was concluded that there is no Copper Mountain type of igneous intrusions or dykes present on Knob Hill. 4 "Knob Hill Minfile." Minfile. BC Govt., n.d. Web. 28 Nov <http%3a%2f%2fminfile.gov.bc.ca%2fsummary.aspx %3Fminfilno%3D092HSE011>. Also included as Appendix 4 18

Conclusions The Knob Hill area does not warrant further exploration for a potential syenodiorite intrusive. The CEE are represents a potential large area of copper mineralization hosted within the Bromley Batholith. It is presently under explored. Nowhere have the limits to this typical copper porphyry mineralization been exposed. There are large areas surrounding the known exposures that have not had their outcrop exposures examined, or had any trenching on the overburden covered areas. Nor is there any pertinent recent geophysics. The CEE represents a valid exploration target for a large open pit copper mine in a district with infrastructure in an avowed mining town. 19
