Claim and Data Gathering Overview The Ronin and Dayton Placer Claims encompass the majority of the surface and suspected subsurface drainage systems on the benches above Rock Creek centered roughly on the historic Denver Bar. This area, especially the current path of Rock Creek, has been explored and mined for placer gold for more than a century. In addition, Regional GeoChemical Surveys available online from BCGS Geology also indicated high gold values from soil samples on Rock Creek and several of the streams in the surrounding area. Other factors that contributed to the selection of this area for exploration and development included proximity to roads and power and a lack of conflicting interests. The majority of the claim is not privately owned, although legacy placer claims and mineral claims overlap in some areas especially towards the existing channel of Rock Creek and around the historical War Eagle and Dayton mines. The specific claims covered by this scope of work are owned and operated by Warren Tessari representing Ronin Exploration Ltd. The tenure numbers for the overall group of adjacent claims are , , , and , and they are outlined in red on the index map in this report. The specific claim upon which this investigation was performed was This specific claim is also identified on Plan Map A in this report. Accesses to the claims are via Fish Lake Road on the east side and Mount Baldy Road on the west side of Rock (or Jolly) Creek, approximately 60km east of Osoyoos on Hiway 3. There is a substantial system of non-maintained forestry and mining trails throughout the claims. Access to the area where the radar work was performed in this study is approximately 6.5 km north of Hiway 3 on Fish Lake road. Approximately 2.5 km of 50 MHz radar data was gathered on October These paths were pre-selected to use the most apparently traversable ground based on readily-available satellite data and pre-data gathering orientation and line layout. These lines were intended to pursue the signature of a suspected pre-existing channel noted during an initial pass along Fish Lake Road the previous fall. Ronin/Dayton October 2011 Radar Report Page 4
Approximately 0.9 km of 50 MHz radar data was gathered on October These paths were laid out to fill in blanks in the data and focus on a likely channel signature noted throughout the October 14 data. Approximately 1 km of 50MHz radar data was gathered on October These paths were laid out roughly perpendicular to the original lines in order to pursue the suspected channel after it appeared to turn to the south. Overall approximately 4.5 km of radar data was gathered, in addition to lines gathered during first pass prospecting in October 2010 along Fish Lake Road, and lines gathered in an adjacent area during July The purpose of the Ground-penetrating Radar (GPR) survey was to identify target areas for drilling and gathering of samples from depth to be performed at a later date. Apparent subsurface channels, both current and historical, were noted in the data and transferred to topographic field maps quantitatively using non-differential GPS coordinates attached to the data. Further, intensive data gathering with both 100MHz and 50MHz radar systems is planned with a Real Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning system to facilitate the generation of a threedimensional subsurface map to direct drilling and correlate to drilling results. Figure 2: Satellite Imagery Overview of July & October Radar Lines N Ronin/Dayton October 2011 Radar Report Page 5
Radar Equipment, Methods, and Ground Conditions 50 MHz radar data was gathered by towing the radar transducer across targeted areas by foot. Field markers were placed to correspond with radar line starts and stops, and GPS tracks were gathered with the coordinates embedded in the radar data for future reference and evaluation. For this study the 50MHz Rough Terrain Antenna made by MALÅ Geoscience was used. The transmitter and receiver are both contained in a single, snake-like unit. The system operates at 50MHz with trace spacing based on elapsed time. The X3M/CU-II control module was connected to a Garmin GPS Map 76C to provide continual satellite positioning information for correlation to the radar data. All depth measurements were based on an estimated radar velocity for the expected soil type. For the purposes of this survey, all depths were relative rather than absolute and intended to be verified and corrected in the future through other forms of testing such as drilling. Specifically, depth was indicated by nanoseconds corresponding to the signal travel time to and from the radar unit. Based on the estimated soil conditions, a depth approximation in meters was also provided by the radar unit. Depth was not limited to ground water in this area, unlike the earlier adjacent scan in July This was a concern because the spring and early summer of 2011 had been abnormally wet and subsurface and surface water was apparent in many places. There appears to be an abundance of overlying glacial till in all areas, which is typically excellent material for radar penetration, and bedrock is visible on both sides of the suspected channel in areas. The topography, as shown on the index map, is variable and slopes overall towards the stream bed of Rock Creek and its tributaries. Both surface evidence and subsurface data indications show mixedsize material ranging from sand, to cobbles to boulders, and mostly well sorted throughout the area. Bedrock was apparent on both sides of the target area. Areas of obvious horizons, boulders or cobbles, bedrock, channel contours and other indicators were noted for consideration during the drilling program. These indications will also be confirmed by more intensive radar data gathering. Ronin/Dayton October 2011 Radar Report Page 6
Data and Diagrams Figure 3: Sample Radar Data RADAR LINE 77 HYPERBOLAS HORIZONS HORIZONS APPARENT WATER SATURATION This figure is an example of 50MHz radar data gathered during the previous survey of an adjacent area in July of the same year. The salient features include subsurface horizons or layers, apparent water saturation, and hyperbolas indicating features such as boulders or tree roots. The October radar data is provided in its entirety in the appendix to this report. The depth in the data is given in nanoseconds, which is the most accurate representation of signal return. Any depth estimates are based on an estimated velocity and are intended to be verified during further testing. Distances along the ground were not taken from legend across the bottom of the data. Real-time GPS tags were employed instead and transferred as waypoints to Garmin MapSource and Google Earth Pro. During to the alluvial drilling/sampling program that will occur based the radar data gathering and analysis, the signatures will be confirmed where possible. Features such as water saturation, larger cobbles and boulders, and reflective layers such as iron/magnetite from old flow channels have corresponded very closely to the interpreted radar data in previous studies in the area. Lines of radar data were gathered for the overall area and surrounding each individual proposed hole location for the placer test drilling program. Based on the data, the proposed hole sites will be adjusted to provide sampling points corresponding to likely subsurface channels. Ronin/Dayton October 2011 Radar Report Page 7

October 14,19,20 Ground-penetrating Radar Survey Results The following results are taken directly from the data files captured by the MALÅ X3M/CU-II control module connected to the Garmin GPS Map 76C. The "Depth" and "Noted Signatures/Indications" columns were added by the radar technician for analysis, and specify the approximate depth to and description of the significant or typical apparent feature described. Lines 98 and 99 are effectively one line. The data gathering was interrupted and caused a break in data capture during that specific pass. Line 104 ran mostly parallel to the suspected subsurface channels, and the rest of the lines ran roughly perpendicular. Line 105 was the first line in especially difficult terrain on October 20, and the first portion of the line has notable interference due to a loose connection. In addition, the last portion of the line does not have associated GPS data due to the cable being snagged and disconnected from the radar unit. The data crossing the likely channel signature, however, is readable and a GPS track was captured separate from the radar unit for approximate positional reference. The suspected subsurface channel indication was much clearer in some lines than others, as were horizons, boulder and cobble indications, etc. Bedrock was visible on the surface, at the beginning and end of some radar lines, and this is indicated in result table below. The positional data is given in decimal degrees because that is the format stored and exported by the MALÅ X3M/CU-II control module. Ronin/Dayton October 2011 Radar Report Page 9
