With the integrted spool position sensor (LVDT), the ctul position of the spool is continuously recorded nd mde to follow the trnsmitted commnd vlue. y mens of this internl position control, minimum hysteresis nd excellent dynmic chrcteristics re ssured. The Plug & Ply vlves re fctory set nd djusted nd hve therefore high vlve-to-vlve reproduciility. With protection clss IP67 for the electronics, these vlves re suitle for hrsh environmentl conditions. Proportionl to the electroniclly trnsmitted commnd vlue, the spool stroke, the spool opening nd the vlve volume flow increse. The control tkes plce vi n nlogue interfce or fieldus interfce (CNopen, J1939 or Profius DP). The prmeteristion tkes plce y mens of the free of cost prmeteristion nd dignostics softwre «PSO» or vi fieldus interfce. The US prmeteristion interfce is ccessile through screw plug. «PSO» is Windows progrm in the flow digrm style which enles the intuitive setting nd storing of ll vrile prmeters. PPLICTION Proportionl spool vlves re perfectly suitle for demnding tsks due to the high resolution, lrge volume flow nd low hysteresis. They re used where good vlve to vlve reproduciility, esy instlltion, comfortle opertion nd high precision re very importnt. The integrted controller reliefs the mchine control nd opertes the xis (position, ngle, pressure, etc.) in closed control loop.
