The vlves consist siclly of the housing (1), roller/plunger (2), spool (3), return springs (4), nd pushing rod (5). In the unoperted condition, the spool (3) is held in the initil position y the return spring, while in operted condition, the spool (3) is pushed to the expected position y roller/plunger (2) conquering the return springs (4). Crtridge throttle The use of throttle insert is required, when, due to given operting conditions, flows cn occur during the switching processes tht exceed the performnce limit of the vlve. In order to chieve the specified dmissile flow vlues, we recommend full flow filtrtion with 25 µm. The flow forces cting within the vlves lso ffect the flow performnce. With 4 wy vlves the specified flow dt thus pply to norml opertion with 2 volume flow directions (e.g. from to A nd t the sme time return flow from B to T) (see tle). If only one flow direction is ville, in criticl cses, the dmissile flow cn e significntly smller (e.g. when using 4 wy vlve s 3 wy vlve, due to locked connection A or B).
