Preheat ven t 350 degrees. 2. Sift the first five ingredients tgether. In anther bwl, slwly mix tgether the rest f the ingredients fr the cupcakes. Add the dry ingredients t the wet and mix until well cmbined. 3. Fill paper lined muffin tins abut 2/3 full. Bake fr minutes, turning the pans nce at the halfway mark. Stick a tthpick in the middle f ne t see if it cmes ut clean fr dneness. Cl befre frsting. 4. Fr the frsting,. 5. Mix cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smth. Add the sugar slwly. Mix n high until it's fluffy. 2
