It was an awesome week! I loved being able to give you presents & sale items!!! Speaking of sales, keep an eye out for the 12 days of Christmas starting December 10 th! Each day for 12 days I will send an with a special that will only be good for that one day! Oh what fun it is.i love this time of year! Also we will be starting Jingle for January!! Ohhhh what is that???...watch your for updates! If you are signed up for our finish your UFO s there are only 17 days left this year to bring in those completed UFO s and get your free fat quarter!! What is this you ask???? Well, all you have to do is bring in a list of the projects you want to complete in 2017 and each time you complete one you bring it in and show it off and you get a free fat quarter!!! (Only 10 projects per year per person please) Please turn in your list by February 1 st! Due to popular demand we will be offering 2 embroidery block of the month options you can choose from either Snow Parade or Winter Wonderland! Both will meet the 1 st Wednesday of each month! Just let me know which one you would like to do! So far we only have people signed up for the blue colorway for Asteria, so we will not be offering the red colorway at this time! We have had so many people interested in Arcadia we will be starting a 2 nd BOM in April, so sign up fast if you are interested so that I can get your fabric ordered! Health Update: My cancer numbers started creeping back up so I have started maintenance which means that I go in every other week for an injection of chemo to keep the cancer cells under control. This chemo is not as harsh as what I had before, so far the only side effect I have noticed is fatigue, definitely something I can work with! Leona is doing GREAT! She is gaining her strength back and her hair is just a growing!!! She will be back at the shop helping with classes starting in January!!! Whoot whoot!! Thank you all so much for all of the prayers and well wishes, they mean so much to us! Happy quilting and painting! This makes a large batch, so if your food processor isn't large enough, you may want to do this in two batches. Spoon mixture into an airtight container. To make a cup of hot cocoa, measure 1/3 cup of hot cocoa mix into a large mug and pour 1 cup of hot milk or hot water on top. Stir until everything is completely combined and top with marshmallows or whipped cream if you desire 2

4 Asteria Aptly named for the Goddess of the Stars, it is a celestial master piece in blue and white or red and white! The finished quilt measures 106" x 106". And is an 9-Month Block Series starting January 25 th, Each month there is a new block to make and instead of making one you will make several of the same block. There is even a bonus quilt pattern each and every month that features the current month block designed into another whole quilt. The way Asteria blocks are put together is so stunning; it is all pieced with straight lines but appears curved. This quilt can be made by a confident beginner. 5 Snow Parade The North Pole Marching Band is passing by the snow queen has been crowned the crowds are cheering, and the Snow Parade has begun! This fresh and jubilant 66 square quilt is brimming with winter fun! Hand embroidery, crayon tinting, and easy piecing make this quilt a must do! We will start January 4 th and meet the 1 st Wed. of each month! $18.50 per month includes all fabric even binding & backing!! Does not include thread or crayons. Snowmen Embroidery block of the month Happy Snowmen frolic in a Winter Wonderland surrounded by a deep border of swirling snowflakes! This 64" x 71" quilt is a, easy to follow pattern that can be stitched in any color that coordinates with your fabrics...or, with tiny crystal beads sparkling on the snowflakes? So much winter FUN!! Mystery Quilt 2017 Good grief, the pattern I was hoping to do came in and will absolutely NOT work for the mystery, so I went back to the drawing board and have a couple of options that I am looking into.i promise to have more info in the next newsletter so that we can get the spool rolling!!! I am so excited to announce Our First Mini Retreat March 5 th 2017 (9 to 5). We will be making a table runner (picture coming soon)! Class Policies Class Registration: All classes are filled on a first-come, first serve basis. Classes fill FAST and are limited in size. Registration fee is due at sign up. Phone registrations are welcome with a credit card. Class Refund Policy: We may cancel a class if the minimum number of students is not met seven days before the class begins. If we cancel a class we will gladly refund your money. If you need to cancel or withdraw from a class please let us know as soon as possible so that we will not continue to cut kits for you, no class fee refund will be given if the class has already started.
