The green shoots was harvested from treated p lots at 2 h and 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 5 h, 7 h, 9 h, 14 h, 21 days after the treatment, and manufactured into green tea. The concen2 tration of fenvalerate2trans and fenvalerate2cis in made tea its infusion and infused leaves were determ ined by gas chro2 m atography. And dissipation behavior of fenvalerate residue in m ade tea and its infusion was investigated. Results indi2 3 : : (2006BAK02A04) ; (1127) : (1964 ),,,,. 2 cated that the residue level of fenvalerate2trans and fenvalerate2cis in m ade tea decreased gradually while the p lucking in2 terval increased. The residue of fenvalerate2trans and fenvalerate2cis in made tea from mg/kg and mg/kg at 2 h after the treatment decreased to mg/kg and mg/kg at 21 days at the dose of 20 ml /667 m 2, and from mg/kg and mg/kg at 2 h decreased to mg/kg and mg/kg at 21 days at the dose of 40 ml /667 m 2. The concentration of fenvalerate residue in tea infusion ( y) show quadratic function with that in made tea ( x). Quad2 ratic equation is y = x x ( fenvalerate2trans) and y = x x ( fenvalerate2cis). Ac2 cording to fenvalerate MRL ( m axim um residues levels) in tea in China, the percentage of fenvalerate residues intake a2 mounts possibly by drinking tea infusion comparing with AD I is %, which is sufficient for p rotecting human health. And according to fenvalerate MRL in tea in EU, the percentage of fenvalerate residues intake amounts comparing with AD I ( accep table daily intake), is %, which is on level and near the risk control level ( 10-6 ) of threshold effect chem ical.
