2 INTRODUCTION! A program consisting of a ground magnetic survey has recently been completed on the property of Loydex Resources Inc. in the Keigat Lake Area, Ontario; on a project known as the Sandy Point Project. PROPERTY; The property consists of six (6) contiguous unpatented mining claims located in the District of Kenora - Patricia Portion, Red Lake Mining Division. The claims are registered with the Ministry of Natural Resources of Ontario, under the following claim numbers KRL inclusive. LOCATION S, ACCESS The claims are located approximately 115 km northeast of Red Lake/ Ontario. Access to the area is by float or ski equipped aircraft from either Red Lake, Ear Falls or Sioux Lookout, Ontario.

3 2) GENERAL GEOLOGY The rocks of the area are of Early Precambrian age, being part of the Birch-Uchi metavolcanic/metasedimentary belt. The rocks are mainly of volcanic origin but include minor amounts of slate, greywacke, conglomerate, tuff and iron formation. SURVEY METHOD S INSTRUMENT DATA The magnetic survey was carried out on grid lines prepared prior to the survey. The survey instrument is a Scintrex MP-2 Portable Proton Magnetometer. The magnetometer measures the vertical component of the earth's magnetic field. Readings were taken at 100 foot intervals with extra detail in places of interest. These results are plotted as gammas on the enclosed map.

4 -3- Results of Ground Magnetic Survey There is only one strong magnetic anomaly on the property. This anomaly is labelled A and occurs on line 5E, striking north along the line with a slight change in strike to the NNW on claim The anomaly must be considered important as prospecting on line 5E station 4S on an old pit has a chip assay across 7.5 feet of oz. Au/T. The chip assay occurs in an altered recrystallized magnetite-chlorite iron formation. Recom mendations It is recommended that additional prospecting on the peninsula intersected by line 5E be completed along with a humus geochem survey. If these surveys are encouraging, diamond drilling is recommended. L.J. Nelson May 1st, 1985.
