2 Fieldwork Geological investigations were conducted on August 27 th and 30 th, The author located and sampled bedrock exposures within the claim boundaries and determined strike and dips of the gneisses. Locations were determined using a compass and a Garmin Rino 120 G.P.S. Rock Types Quartzo-Feldspathic gneiss (granitic) (a) This rock consists mainly of potassium feldspar 40-50% and quartz % with minor amounts of garnet hornblende, and biotite. It ranges in texture from medium to course grained with varying amounts of gneissocity. Thicknesses range from several feet to a few inches where it is interlayered with biotote hornblende gneisses. Granitic Pegmatite (b) Comprises a minor amount of the underlying bedrock with quartz and potassium feldspar as the main minerals. It occurs as course grained crosscutting features and as medium grained layers within the gneisses. Hornblende/ Biotite Gneiss (c) Medium to fine grained gneissic to schistose. Grey to rusty in colour. This rock consists mainly of hornblende 30%, biotite 30-35%, sodic feldspar I 0-1 5%with minor amounts of garnet, pyrite and graphite. It was observed interlayered wit.~ the garnet, feldspar gneiss dt:scribed beiow. Sugary texture. Gamet Feldspar Gneiss Cd) Medium to course grained white and black mottled with sodic feldspar 50%, hornblende25%, quartz} 0% with garnet and minor graphite. It occurs interlayered with the hornblende biotite gneiss and the graphite gneiss. Graphite Gneiss(e) Medium to fme grained grey to rusty and greenish yellow rock, sodie feldspar 20-40%, quartz 20-35%, homblendelo-15%, with garnet, pyrite and graphite 2-4%. Graphite occurs as medium to course grained flakes (l-3mm.) with some preferred orientation. Summary Medium to coarse grained graphite gneiss occurs in several outcrops across the study area both along the strike of the lineation 25 to 45 degrees Northeast and across strike for 100 to 150 feet. dipping 35 to 47 degrees to the southeast. An estimated carbon content is estimated at 1 to 3 percent by weight with flake sizes estimated at 1-3mm. This unit is overlayen by quartzo feldspathic and biotite hornblende gneiss layers which form the escarpment cutting across the claim. The escarpment likely represents a fault scarp which could have been thrust horizontally and / or transversely.

3 Introduction This report describes the geology of the area within Mining Claim SO ,Butt Township, Ontario. A total of 1.5 days was spent in the field mapping outcrops, sampling and 1 day was spent preparing this report. This work is being submitted in compliance with the requirements for assessment work credits under the Mining Act of Ontario. Location and Access The Mining Claim is located north of McGuire Lake in the north - central portion of Butt Township, Ontario. It is bounded to the south by EO (Leased), and to the north by Mining Claim SO Access to McGuire Lake and Claim is attained by following Hwy. 518 northeast from Kearney, On. to the Forest Tower Road. Travel northeast towards Algonquin Park Tim River Access Pt. for approxiamately 12 km. Take the "mine" road towards the north for approx. 4 km. from the intersection. The claim can best be accessed by travelling north across McGuire Lake. Previous Work Geological Anthony Menard submitted a Geological Report on Claims SO , , , and on Augustl2, 1999 in which he identified within a northeast/southwest trending metasedimentary sequence bedrock exposures of graphite gneiss. Geophysical Noranda Exploration conducted an Induced Polarizaton Survey in 1975 which located anomalies north of McGuire Lake (formerly Sheehan Lake) within the present study area. A VLF survey was conducted in 1992 revealing an anomalous zone ofapproxiamately 2000ft in length. EM surveys were conducted by Vinecrest Management Services in 2005 which further delineated the conductive zones. Diamond Drilling Eight Diamond Drill Holes totalling 3094 were completed by December Drill log summaries identify a graphite zone extending across the claim which trends northeast/southwest. Thicknesses of 165ft.of 2.42% Cg were found in core from Drill Hole MLE-03. Geology The study area lies within the Parry Sound Domain of the Grenville Structural Province of the Precambrian Shield. Metasedimentary gneisses trend northeast/southwest and dip to the east at approximately 40degrees. Within the pelitic metasediments are medium to course grained graphite flakes which were likely formed as a result of regional (high grade) metamophism reaching granulite facies and transforming carbon into graphite. Further concentration may have occurred as a result of tectonic forces occurring at depth.

4 2~ Recommendations for Further work Drill Hole Core should be identified in detail to detennine correlation between rock types, grain size and graphite content. Thin sections should be made in order to conduct selected Petrographic studies. A Grid system for more detailed survey control with 30 meter lines and stations. An Induced Polarization Survey should be carried out to locate conductors under the overburden. Stripping and trenching should be carried out across selected graphite zones. Detailed Geological mapping with assays and petrology should be conducted on mineralized outcrops and in trenches. Richard R.
