3 INTRODUCTION This report deals with the results of a Proton Magnetometer survey on a six claim block, held by Guillaume LeBlanc, in the north-east corner of Churchill Twp. The survey was conducted by E.E.L. for Mr. Guillaume LeBlanc. Complete survey coverage was done on the claims, as listed below, in Churchill Township, (See grid sketch figure 1) L L L L L L The grid maps show contoured magnetics of the area and are pre sented as Map l in the back.

4 LOCATION AND ACCESS The six claim block is directly 54 miles south of Timmins, by air. Access is by truck from Shining Tree, to the Grassy Lake road, north east of the town site. Truck access, north along the Grassy Lake road for four miles, will bring you to L O+OO/ baseline of Magnet ometer grid.

6 FLAGGED LINES A total of 5*3 miles of grid lines and baselines were compassed and flagged. The baseline runs AZ 1800 with crosslines every 300 feet from L 0+00 to L 3050 feet south. The cross lines were chained and read at 50 feet intervals.

7 GEOPHYSICAL SURVEYS 1. Magnetometer Survey The Mag survey was completed with a Scintrex MP-2 Proton Precision Mag, Stations every 50 feet along the lines were read. The results of the Magnetometer survey are presented as Map l {showing the contoured Mag of the survey area.) The results are summerized below.

8 MAGNETIC RESULTS There are two main areas of interest over the grid, and three secondary zones. Each is discussed seperately below. Ma.lor Zone A This zone strikes for approximately 1500 feet from L 0+00 to L 1500 south at an azimuth of 0850 * It appears to be a nearly vertical dipping response with a possible dip, slightly to the east. The zone is approximately 850 gammas above back ground. Ma,;1or flpne fi This zone is on strike with Zone A but on the south side of the road. It consists of two high areas of 1200 gammas above background. It strikes for 600 feet plus at an azimuth of 085O. Again this zone is of near vertical dip. The similarity of these two zones may suggest that they are of the same source which has been faulted along the access road. This faulting possibly strikes south east, northwest. There are numerous outcrops in the areas of the Mag trends which could varify the presence of the fault and possibly the conductive source.

9 Secondary Zone C This zone strikes off the grid to the south from lines 2700 feet south through feet south. Again this zone consists of two spot highs, paralleling each otheri about 200 feet apart. The zone is centered between stations 500 feet east and 900 feet east. Secondary Zone D This zone could prove to be interesting because of a mag low situated between two relatively high mag areas. The area of interest lies between lines 1800 feet south and off the grid to the south. Secondary Zone E This less significant zone strikes AZ 1200 from lines 0+00 at 500 feet south to L 600 feet south, 1500 feet east. Again it has two areas of high contained in the Mag trend.

10 RECOMMENDATIONS Bc CONCLUSIONS There is sufficient evidence of interesting Mag trends to promote further work of the claims. I would suggest a detailed geology survey over the Mag lines for surface exposure of the sources. Then further geophysics (possibly MaxMin or Pulse EM) to determine the conductivity, depth and dip of any conductive zones. Vertical loop may possibly trace the Mag trends and f next to VLF, the least expensive. Further work should be based on the EM of geology results.
