2 /0 Hengli hydrulic Hydrulic components Directionl vlve Type WE...L7X Function nd configurtions Directionl vlves of type WE re solenoid operted directionl spool vlves. They control the strt, stop nd direction of flow. The directionl control vlves consist of housing (1), one or two solenoids (), the control spool (3), nd one or two return springs (). In the de-energized condition the control spool (3) is held in the neutrl or initil position by mens of return springs () (except for impulse spools). The control spool (3) is ctuted vi wet pin solenoids (). To ensure proper opertion, cre must be tken tht the pressure chmber of the solenoid is filled with oil. The control spool(3) is moved to the expected position by solenoid() nd pushing rod(5). This gives free-flow from P to A nd B to T or P to B nd A to T. When solenoid () is de-energized, the control spool (3) is returned to its initil position by mens of the return springs (). The solenoids my lso control the control spool (3) by n optionl override button() under the de-energized condition. Type WE.. L7X/OF... (impulse spool, possible only for symbol D) This version hs switched positions, solenoids nd detent.
