The fvourle re rtio (piston/piston rod) llows high clmping forces lredy t reltively low oil pressures. Due to the sturdy swing mechnism the ngle position of the clmping rm remins the sme fter slight collision with the workpiece during loding or unloding. lso collision during the clmping process is not criticl. The electricl switching devices re integrted in the electric control so tht on the clmping fixture no electricity is required. Description The pneumtic position monitoring consists of the stinless control housing with fit signl sleeve, to e connected to the switch rod of the swing clmp y mens of the delivered screw. Four fixing screws re included in our delivery. Pneumtic port Drilled chnnels The swing clmp with the mounted position monitoring is inserted into the loction hole nd is immeditely redy for use with the mounted O-rings. Wiper system The stndrd FKM wiper hs high chemicl resistnce ginst most cooling nd cutting fluids. The optionl metllic wiper protects the FKM wiper ginst mechnicl dmge due to ig or hot swrf. It consists of rdilly floting wiping disk nd retining disk. The metllic wiper cn e delivered lredy mounted ("M") or s n ccessory for retrofitting (see pge ). ttention! The metllic wiper is not suitle for dry mchining or minimum quntity luriction. lso in pplictions with very little grinding swrf, the stndrd FKM wiper hs etter protection effect.
