9 RE 275/08.08 WEH /WH Hydrulics osch Rexroth G 9/38 Function, section: ype WEH Directionl vlves of type WEH Vlves of type WEH re directionl spool vlves with electrohydrulic ctution. he control the strt, stop nd direction of flow. hese directionl vlves siclly consist of the min vlve with housing (), min control spool (2), one or two return springs (3.) nd (3.2), s well s pilot vlve () with one or two solenoids (5.) nd/or (5.2). Min control spool (2) in the min vlve is held in the zero or initil position y springs or through pressuriztion. In the depressurized condition, the two spring chmers () nd (8) re pressureless connected to the tnk vi pilot vlve (). he pilot vlve is supplied with pilot oil vi pilot line (7). he supply cn e provided internlly or externlly (externlly vi port ). When the pilot vlve is operted, e.g. solenoid, pilot spool (0) is pushed to the left nd spring chmer (8) is therefore pressurized to pilot pressure. Spring chmer () remins pressureless. he pilot pressure cts on the left side of min control spool (2) nd shifts the ltter ginst spring (3.). In the min vlve, port is consequently connected to nd to. When the solenoid is de-energized, pilot spool (0) returns to its strting position (except for impulse spool). Spring chmer (8) is unloded to the tnk. he pilot oil is drined internlly (vi chnnel ) or externlly (vi chnnel ). n optionl mnul override (9) llows pilot spool (0) to e moved without energiztion of the solenoid. Note!
