1 Stručni rad UD: :62332: BIBLID: (20)2p Određivanje dinamičkih karakteritika regulatora napona tatora i truje pobude elektromašinkog pobudnog itema a jednomernom budilicom Đorđe Stojić Slavko einović Milan Milinković Zoran Ćirić Dušan Jokimović Nemanja Milojčić Dušan Arnautović Elektrotehnički Intitut Nikola Tela ote Glavinića 8a 000 Beograd Srbija djordjetojic@ieentorg ratak adržaj: U ovom radu dat je prikaz procedure za određivanje vrednoti parametara regulatora pobude na onovu tep promene reference u praznom hodu Regulator pobude atoji e od PID regulatora i tiritorkog mota kao izvršnog organa U itemu pobude zatvorene u dve povratne prege: unutrašnja povratna prega po truji pobude i poljašnja povratna prega po truji pobude u lučaju trujnog regulatora odnono povratna prega po naponu tatora u lučaju naponkog regulatora Procedura za određivanje parametara opiuje određivanje ekvivalentnog pojačanja regulatora i tiritorkog mota U radu u određeni parametri regulatora na onovu merenja i nimaka a agregata A5 u TE olubara A ljučne reči: Pobudni item Strujni regulator Naponki regulator Jednomerna budilica Tiritorki mot Uvod Primer elektromašinkog pobudnog itema a jednomernom budilicom nalazi e u TE olubara A na agregatu A5 Izvršni organ regulatora pobude je punoupravljivi tiritorki mot koji napaja jednomernu budilicu U ovom radu predtavljena je procedura za određivanje vrednoti parametara regulatora korišćenjem merenja njihovih ulaznih i izlaznih veličina nimljenih na akvizicionim itemom na agregatu A5 u TE olubara A Prilikom projektovanja regulatora napona tatora i truje rotora inhronog generatora realizovane u trukture čiji u ekvivalentni modeli u kontinualnom domenu dati na Slikama (a) i (b) 69

2 (a) (b) Slika Ekvivalentni modeli u kontinualnom domenu regulatora (a) truje pobude i (b) napona tatora Ekvivalentan model regulatora atoji e iz dve celine: linearnog regulatora i ekvivalentnog modela izvršnog organa punoupravljivog tiritorkog mota U lučaju da pobudni item ima i budilicu zatvara e još jedna lokalna povratna prega po truji pobude generatora kao što je to prikazano na lici Pošto punoupravljivi tiritorki mot predtavlja nelinearni izvršni organ njegova funkcija prenoa data je u formi modela linearizovanog u okolini radne tačke generatora definiane njegovom nominalnom veličinama Takodje u lučaju pobuda a amopobudnim itemom napajanja tiritorkog mota ekvivalentno pojačanje tiritorkog pretvarača izmereno je za lučaj nominalne vrednoti napona tatora generatora koja e koriti za napajanje tranformatora pobude odnono za napajanje tiritorkih motova 2 Određivanje parametara ekvivalentnog linearizovanog modela tiritorkog pretvarača Ekvivalentno pojačanje tiritorkog pojačavača određuje e linearizacijom u okolini radne tačke tiritorkog pretvarača definiane nominalnim veličinama regulatora pošto tiritorki pretvarač predtavlja izvršni organ a nelinearnom izlaznom karakteritikom Merenje vrednoti ekvivalentnog pojačanja bi će izvršeno zajedno a određivanjem vrednoti ekvivalentnog pojačanja regulatora Pored pojačanja 70

4 3 Određivanje parametara regulatora truje pobude na onovu odziva truje pobude generatora i napona pobude budilice Određivanje modela regulatora truje pobude u kontinualnom domenu na onovu odziva truje pobude generatora i napona pobude budilice vrši na onovu poznatih vrednoti reda trukture i odnoa parametara digitalnog regulatora uz merenje njegovog ekvivalentnog pojačanja korišćenjem odziva upravljačkih veličina u realnom vremenu Naime ekvivalentni dikretni model regulatora truje pobude moguće je definiati u formi matrične diferencne jednačine odgovarajućeg reda a ignalom greške truje pobude kao ulaznom i komandom ugla tiritorkog pretvarača kao izlaznom veličinom Analizom funkcije prenoa regulatora truje pobude date na Slici 2 (a) može e zaključiti da e radi o itemu drugog reda Pošto je u lučaju agregata A5 TE olubara A Lead-Lag član regulatora neaktivan odnono a = b = 0 potrebno je odrediti vrednoti parametara funkcije prenoa prvog reda regulatora truje pobude U jednačini (4) dat je prikaz diferencne jednačine koja predtavlja dikretni model kontinualne funkcije prenoa koja povezuje ignal greške truje pobude generatora i deo napona pobude budilice koji potiče od greške truje pobude (2) Drugi deo napona pobude potiče od lokalne povratne prege tj truje pobude generatora ako e truja pobude ne menja trenutno a promenom napona pobude možemo da pretpotavimo da ukupna promena napona pobude budilice u trenutku promene reference truje pobude potiče od greške truje pobude Pošto je dinamika tiritorkog mota () za više redova veličine brža u poređenju a dinamikom regulatora prilikom identifikacije parametara trujnog regulatora tiritorki pretvarač biće modelovan ekvivalentnim pojačanjem TM Otuda ledi da ekvivalentna funkcija prenoa između ignala greške i napona pobude budilice ima oblik: G e TM c Pole diketizacije prenone funkcije (2) periodom odabiranja T = 002 dobijamo prenonu funkciju modela u Z domenu: (2) (3) gde definiše proporcionalno dejtvo a 2 / definiše integralno dejtvo ada jednačinu (3) napišemo u vremenkom domenu dobijamo: k k e k e k 2 (4) 72

5 Pošto je na pobudi agregata A5 u TE OLUBARA podešena vrednot odnoa parametara 2 / = 0988 jednačinu (4) moguće je izraziti kao k k e k 0988 e k k gde u veličine (k) i e (k) dobijene merenjem odziva regulatora prilikom tep poremećaja reference regulatora Signal greške truje pobude dobija e na onovu izmerene vrednoti truje pobude i referentne vrednoti truje pobude poznate prilikom izvođenja ekperimenta tep poremećaja kao e k k I * f I f Na onovu diferencne jednačine (5) merenja truje i napona pobude budilice kao odgovarajuće reference truje pobude i moguće je izmeriti vrednot pojačanja iz (5) korišćenjem rezultata ekperimenta tep promene referentne vrednoti truje pobude generatora Naime na Slici 3 dati u prikazi truje pobude generatora i napona pobude budilice za tep poremećaj generatora u praznom hodu (5) (6) Slika 3 Odzivi (a) napona pobude budilice i (b) truje pobude generatora za tep promenu referentne vrednoti truje pobude a 90%-00% truje praznog hoda u trujnoj regulaciji Na onovu nimaka tep odziva truje pobude generatora i napona pobude budilice odnono vrednoti promene truje pobude i napona pobude 73

6 budilice I f i na Slici 3 kao i jednačine (4) moguće je izračunati vrednot ekvivaletnog pojačanja regulatora truje pobude i tiritorkog pretvarača kao I f A 33A A (7) pošto je u trenutku tep promene reference truje pobude = (k)- (k-) e (k)=i f i e (k-)=0 Na onovu jednačina (3) i (7) može e predtaviti dikretni ekvivalent regulatora truje pobude a tiritorkim pretvaračem modelovanim ekvivalentnim pojačanjem za periodu odabiranja T =002 kao z 0988 z 0988 G f z 03 z z (8) ontinualni ekvivalent (9) funkcije prenoa (8) može e dobiti primenom bilinearne tranformacije 0 6 G fc 03 (9) Takođe linearizovana funkcija prenoa između ignala greške truje pobude i napona pobude a uključenom dinamikom tiritorkog pretvarača može e predtaviti kao 06 G fctm (0) 32 Određivanje parametara regulatora napona tatora na onovu odziva napona tatora i napona pobude budilice Model regulatora napona tatora u kontinualnom domenu određuje e na ličan način metodi primenjenoj u poglavlju 3 za određivanje vrednoti parametara regulatora truje Analizom funkcije prenoa regulatora napona tatora date na Slici 2 (b) može e zaključiti da e radi o itemu drugog reda Pošto je u lučaju Agregata A5 TE olubara A Lead-Lag član regulatora neaktivan odnono a = b = 0 potrebno je odrediti vrednoti parametara funkcije prenoa prvog reda regulatora napona tatora 74

7 U jednačini (3) dat je prikaz diferencne jednačine koja predtavlja dikretni model kontinualne funkcije prenoa koja povezuje ignal greške napona tatora i deo napona pobude budilice koji potiče od greške napona tatora () Drugi deo napona pobude potiče od lokalne povratne prege tj truje pobude generatora ako e truja pobude ne menja trenutno a promenom napona pobude možemo da pretpotavimo da ukupna promena napona pobude budilice u trenutku promene reference napona tatora potiče od greške napona tatora Pošto je dinamika tiritorkog mota () za više redova veličine brža u poređenju a dinamikom regulatora prilikom identifikacije parametara trujnog regulatora tiritorki pretvarač biće modelovan ekvivalentnim pojačanjem TM Otuda ledi da ekvivalentna funkcija prenoa između ignala greške napona tatora i napona pobude ima oblik G v e z TM c () Pole diketizacije prenone funkcije () periodom odabiranja T = 002 dobijamo prenonu funkciju modela u Z domenu (2) gde 3 definiše proporcionalno dejtvo a 4 / 3 definiše integralno dejtvo ada jednačinu (2) napišemo u vremenkom domenu dobijamo k k e k e k 3 4 (3) Pošto je na pobudi Agregata A5 u TE olubara A podešena vrednot odnoa parametara 4 / 3 = 0998 jednačinu (3) moguće je izraziti kao k k e k 0998 e k 3 k (4) gde u veličine f (k) i e (k) dobijene merenjem odziva regulatora prilikom tep poremećaja reference regulatora Signal greške napona tatora dobija e na onovu izmerene vrednoti napona tatora i referentne vrednoti napona tatora poznate prilikom izvođenja ekperimenta tep poremećaja kao e k k * (5) 75

8 Na onovu diferencne jednačine (4) merenja napona tatora i napona pobude budilice kao odgovarajuće reference napona tatora i moguće je izmeriti vrednot pojačanja 3 iz (4) korišćenjem rezultata ekperimenta tep promene referentne vrednoti napona tatora Naime na Slici 4 dati u prikazi napona tatora i napona pobude budilice za tep poremećaj generatora u praznom hodu Slika 4 Odzivi (a) napona pobude budilice i (b) napona tatora za tep promenu referentne vrednoti napona tatora a 90%-00% napona praznog hoda u naponkoj regulaciji Na onovu nimaka tep odziva napona tatora i napona pobude odnono vrednoti promene napona tatora i napona pobude i na Slici 4 kao i jednačine (4) moguće je izračunati vrednot ekvivaletnog pojačanja 3 regulatora truje pobude i tiritorkog pretvarača kao (6) pošto je u trenutku tep promene reference truje pobude = (k)- (k-) e (k)= i e (k-)=0 Na onovu jednačina (2) i (6) može e izveti dikretni ekvivalent regulatora napona tatora a tiritorkim pretvaračem modelovanim ekvivalentnim pojačanjem za periodu odabirana T =002 kao 76

9 z 0998 z 0998 G z z z (7) ontinualni ekvivalent (8) funkcije prenoa (7) može e dobiti primenom bilinearne tranformacije 0 G c (8) Takođe linearizovana funkcija prenoa između ignala greške truje pobude i napona pobude a uključenom dinamikom tiritorkog pretavarača može e predtaviti kao 0 G ctm (9) 33 Određivanje pojačanja lokalne povratne prege Ako e ukine poljašnja povratna prega po naponu generatora u lučaju naponkog regulatora ( = 0) ili poljašnja povratna prega po truji pobude u lučaju trujnog regulatora ( = 0) moguće je izmeriti pojačanje lokalne povratne prege odnono pojačanje lokalne povratne prege zajedno a pojačanjem mota TM U tabeli date u vrednoti napona pobude budilice koje odgovaraju određenim trujama pobude generatora Struja pobude praznog hoda nalazi e u opegu truja pobude iz tabele Da bi e odredilo pojačanje lokalne povratne prege potrebno je izračunati promene napona pobude budilice i truje pobude generatora Tabela [A] ugao[ ] U[] (9) 77
