SUMMARY The Keefers-Hanna Gold group of mineral claims are located near the small settlement of Keefers, British Columbia, along the Fraser River some 19 kilometres (12 miles) north-northwest of the town of Boston Bar, BC. J.T. Shearer, M.Sc., P.Geo. BC holds title to 25 contiguous claims totalling 4, ha that form the property. The claims cover topography consisting of river terraces of gentle terrain to rugged mountainous tree covered slopes. Access into the property is by logging roads and Hydro roads, which were opened for the present, from Boston Bar. At the turn of the century the Keefers area experienced a brief period of placer gold activity and related lode gold prospecting. Placer gold found in Hannah Creek around the 1890 s is believed to have been sourced from gold zones known to occur along the creek. A number of old trenches, adits and short tunnels occur on the property. Recently (1982), the Geological Survey of Canada released geochemical data from a stream sediment survey conducted in the area, resulting in some claim staking by prospectors and junior companies. The claims are underlain by graphitic phyllite and siltstones intruded by a granitic plug. A large shearfault structure hosting massive dyke-like quartz veins and intensely weathered iron carbonate occurs within the sediments, adjacent to the granitic plug. Gold and arsenic geochem highs are associated with the above fault structure, referred to as the west structural zone. Pyrite and other sulfides were noted in parts of the dyke-like quartz veins. The Hanna East zone is also anomalous in gold and arsenic with a number of previous assay values ranging between.01 oz/ton to 0.5 oz/ton gold. This zone can be traced for approximately 150 metres (410 ft) and varies in width from 2. (6.5 ft) to 5 (16 ft) metres. The July to August 2010 program consisted of additional grid soil samples and prospecting/geology. Previous grab samples in 2010 assayed up to g/tonne in the quartz-arsenopyrite zone at the main East Hannah zone. A total of 5 drillholes were completed in February 2011 totalling m. Further drilling is recommended. The current prospecting and geological program was completed between September 1, 2013 and August 28, Respectfully submitted, J. T. Shearer, M.Sc., P.Geo. iii Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

INTRODUCTION Keefers-Hanna claim group is an early stage exploration property. It covers a portion of a geological structure referred to as the Kwoiek Creek Fault associated with an accretionary terrane complex. This fault system forms a zone of ductile deformation spatially related to a number of sedimentary-hosted orogenic gold (silver)-bearing zones. This report summarizes a geological and geochemical program along roads north and west of previous soil sampling. The properties offer excellent potential for extending existing gold mineralization and or making new discoveries along strike. The Hanna Gold mineral claims consist of a total of 25 contiguous units totalling 4, ha and were staked in 2007 to 2009 and presently are held by J. T. Shearer of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. The writer has been retained by the Homegold Resources Ltd. to oversee the preliminary exploration program and to evaluate the potential of the property based on existing results. The property is located immediately adjacent to the settlement of Keefers, BC and is approximately 19 km north-northwest of Boston Bar, BC. The claims are underlain by metasedimentary rocks which host a major fault structure consisting of sheared, massive quartz, iron carbonate, and decomposed talc and serpentine. A granitic plug intrudes the metasediments. The Hannah East Zone is composed of graphitic phyllite and fine grain siltstone carrying auriferous-arsenopyrite in places. The arsenopyrite mineralization occurs in quartz veins and in narrow silicified shears, and also appears to occur sporadically along tightly foliated limbs of altered (bleached) siltstone. Some fine visible gold was observed in narrow oxidized shears. Encouraging results were obtained from preliminary prospecting and sampling. 1 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

LOCATION AND ACCESS The claims are located in southwestern British Columbia (Figure 1) some 19km due north-northwest of the community of Boston Bar. The community is situated along the Fraser River and Trans Canada Highway, about 3 hours drive from the city of Vancouver. Access to the claims is by a series of public and seasonal logging roads for a combined distance of some 35-40km. It should be noted that some of the logging roads leading to the claims have recently been deactivated by the Ministry of Forests and would require upgrading for 4-wheel drive vehicle use. Also, helicopter can be chartered from the town of Hope approximately 30 minute ferry time to the claim site. Geographically, the claims lie along the eastern edge of the pacific ranges rugged coastal mountains. Topography ranges from 800m on the claim to 1,940m on the Apex claim. The group covers the south facing slope overlooking the Nahatlatch River valley which empties into the Fraser River. Most of the rock outcrop is limited to the higher elevations and creek valleys. Depending on elevation, seasonal exploration surveys can commence from about early April to mid-may and normally end by late November. 13 HISTORY Limited placer gold activity took place on some of the local streams in the early 1900 s. In 1932, the BC Ministry of Mines Annual Report noted that prospectors had found some very coarse gold in Log Creek. Part of the creek cuts along the western flank of the claim group. Potential source of some of this placer gold led prospectors to explore the Kwoiek Creek fault serpentine belt. In 1936, H. C. Horwood of the G.S.C. (Paper 36-7) briefly examined 3 gold and silver workings along the belt between Pyramid Mountain and Nahatlatch River (Figures 2 and 3), a strike length of some 15km. All these workings, consisting mainly of open cuts and shallow pits were reported to contain quartz veins with sulphide mineralization in altered sediments carrying minor amounts of gold and silver. The Geological Survey of Canada carried out a regional mapping program between , which included mapping of the Kwoiek Creek fault structure and related lithologies (S. Duffel and K. C. McTaggart, G.S.C. Memoir 262). In 1989, J. W. H. Monger (G.S.C.) updated and produced a structural terrain map of the area (Maps and ). Except for a brief period in , when limited exploration surveys were conducted to investigate the ultramafic rocks associated with the fault system for potential nickel the area has largely remained unexplored since the late 1930 s until the early 1980 s. In 1983, D. G. Cardinal with 2 field assistants and based on limited geological data, rediscovered the old Jubilee showing. A grab sample taken from one of the sheared oxidized structures containing abundant arsenopyrite, assayed oz/ton Au (26.0 gm/t). The old Serpentine and Summit showings were also located. The area was subsequently staked straddling the Kwoiek Creek fault system for some 10km along strike and in 1984 Hudson Bay Exploration & Development Co. Ltd. became the owner-operator of the claims. Between Hudbay conducted both reconnaissance geophysical (VLF-EM) and geochemical surveys along strike of the mineralized structure including 6 exploratory diamond drill holes (Figure 6) over the area now referred to as the Dot zone. Although Hudbay was encouraged by the results it concluded in an in-house report: with a dramatic increase in the price of gold, the claims might still have some potential, however at the present price levels of US $ per oz. it is no longer worth pursuing. The company consequently dropped the claims in Results of some of Hudbay s work can be studied from 2 assessment reports (AR and 13634) submitted to the BC Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources (EMR). Although the ground along the gold-bearing structure has been restaked several times over the last 20 years, not since 1985 has there been any serious attempt to explore for gold (silver). In 2002, D. G. Cardinal staked open ground covering the old Serpentine and Summit gold showings as the Apex claims. The importance of the gold (silver) potential along the Kwoiek Creek structure was further high-lighted when in , a joint-venture partnership conducted an exploration drilling program to test the old Paystreak gold showing now known as the Randi claims. The Randi and Apex claims share the common claim boundary (Figure 3). The results of this work were encouraging with several of the drill holes intersecting gold-bearing siliceous altered horizons. One of the better intercepts assayed 3.32 gm/t across 4.5m which also included 7.45 gm/t across 0.8m. In an assessment report (AR 27339) submitted to the EMR (2004) it was noted: 6 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

multiple silicified zones of gold-bearing quartz-sulfide veinlets have been found gold has been found along the mineralized zone for 1500m along strike. Although an aggressive exploration program was recommended on the Randi claims, no follow-up work has been carried out to the present day. This is due to outstanding contractual payments not fulfilled by the property owner to the drilling contractor. The ground was consequently tied up in litigation. The registered property owner subsequently went bankrupt and in 2008 a related party to the drill contractor was awarded 100% ownership of the Randi claims. The description of the Paystreak gold-bearing zone hosted in structurally controlled silicified sediments appears to be very similar both in gold content, alteration and quartz veining as found on the Apex zone, which occurs 2km along strike to the southeast. Both are spatially related to the Kwoiek Creek break. 7 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

FIELD PROCEDURE for PROSPECTING PROGRAM Work from September 1, 2010 to July 2, 2011 consisted of traverses along the newly opened road north and west of previous soil sampling lines. Samples collected in 2013 and 2014 were located using a Garmin 760SX GPS Unit and plotted using MapSource Software. 16 REGIONAL GEOLOGY Regional geological framework is prominently marked by a major break referred to as the Kwoiek Creek Fault traceable for some 35km trending northeasterly (Figure 3). The fault system represents a suturelike zone between 2 accreted terranes (Cadwallader and Bridge River terranes) and has produced a zone of ductile deformation favourable for hosting gold mineralization. 18 The Keefers-Hanna claim group straddles part of a serpentinized ophiolitic complex of the Bridge River terrane which is fault-bounded by the Kwoiek Creek fault system (Figure 3 and 3A). The fault system, composed of a number of first order structures, is suggested (J. M. Journeay and J. W. H. Monger, G.S.C., 1994) to represent an accretionary complex. On the property these structures form a series of steeply dipping, strike-slip faults and imbricated thrust faults bounding slices of low grade, greenschist facies sediments of Cayoosh Assemblage (Cadwallader terrane) and Bridge River complex. Due to metamorphism and complicated faulting, field identification between the 2 rock types can be difficult to distinguish although, the Cayoosh (Jurassic-Cretaceous) rocks are generally composed of coarser clastic sediments including argillite, shale, siltstone and minor sandstone and usually a lesser degree of metamorphism. The Bridge River terrane rocks (Mississippian-Middle Jurassic) are deep water pelagic sediments (cherts) and greenstone with ophiolite complexes. On the property these rocks are normally composed of chloritic altered phyllites and schists in fault contact serpentinized ultramafic rocks. 11 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

The claims cover the southeastern extension of the fault-bounded serpentinite rocks. The serpentinite is interpreted to pinch out near the southern boundary of the Dot claims, at this point the faults coalesce into a single structure to form the main strand of the Kwoiek Creek fault system. This coupling of the faults is spatially related to an area of gold enrichment found on the claims. Two syn-post accretionary intrusive stocks, probably of Tertiary age, intrude the accretionary complex along zones of structural weakness and are spatially related to the gold enrichment zones found on the Keefers-Hanna claim groups. The stock located adjacent and northeast of the Dot claims predominately consists of granodioritic composition. Dot Gold Zone is exposed on the northwestern bank of a steep creek gulley that flows south into the Nahatlatch River. The approximate dimension of the exposed zone is 40-50m wide by 60-70m high. It is composed of a series of sub-paralleling shear zones (second-third order structures) hosting shearedlensoid quartz veins and oxidized sulphide lenses hosted in altered phyllites and argillites. Between the quartz veins are lenses of altered metasediments that have been partly metasomatized and replaced with: silica-k-feldspar-biotite-magnesium/iron carbonate (ankeriteic-sideritic-magnesite)-chlorite-biotite and lenses of garnetiferous skarn. The larger quartz veins are generally weakly mineralized however, immediately adjacent to the veins the sediments are usually well silicified-carbonatized and highly mineralized with iron sulphides. The sulphide assemblage includes: pyrite-pyrrhotite-arsenopyrite and minor chalcopyrite and molybdenite. The altered mineral and sulphide assemblages suggest both mesothermal environment and late stage skarn overprinting. Based on soil-rock geochemistry and assays, gold (and silver) mineralization appears to be in most cases, associated with the arsenopyrite although not in all cases, as pyrite and chalcopyrite are also known to carry gold but to a lesser degree. Petrographical studies conducted by Hudbay found very fine ( mm) free Au with arsenopyrite and ( mm) free Au with pyrite and chalcopyrite. For exploration purposes and based on past sampling, elemental arsenic is found to be a good indicator and geochemical signature for possible buried gold mineralization. 12 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

LOCAL GEOLOGY Local geology underlying the claims comprises of steeply dipping, north-south trending sediments consisting mostly of graphitic phyllites, siltstones, and argillites. Along the western portion of the claims a major fault system was exposed during past stripping concordant with the trend of the sediments. The structure hosts highly fractured and sheared, massive to oxidized quartz and intensely weathered iron carbonate with decomposed serpentine-talc shears. The fault structure is 15 to 20 metres wide and can be traced for at least 1.25km and is believed to extend further. It occurs adjacent to a granitic plug. Near the eastern portion of the claims and lower reaches of Hanna Creek an interesting auriferousarsenopyrite quartz vein, referred to as the Hannah East Zone was encountered during the prospecting (refer to Fig. 4A). Previous stripping has exposed highly foliated graphitic phyllite and siltstone cut by a narrow, fine grain mafic dyke. A shear zone 2 to 3 metres wide and striking northnorthwesterly, parallel to the foliation was noted to carry mineralization in places. A bleached, fine grained siltstone can be observed associated with the shear zone and parts of the mineralized areas, which appears in part to reflect a local hydrothermal alteration halo. Assays of siliceous arsenopyrite mineralization returned values up to g/tonne gold in the 2010 program. Historically, the old trenches, open-cuts and short (approx. 60m) adit found along the zone were established by the Hannah family some time during the early 1900s. Based on recent verbal discussions with Mr. John Hannah, some visible gold was also noted in the adit when his grandfather was exploring the underground extension of the zone. In 1983, Carra Ventures Inc. Staked the area as the Hanna claims and, conducted geochemical and geological surveys and trenching. The Hanna East was trenched and sampled and a new zone referred to as the Hanna West was discovered. On the Hanna East zone, numerous soil and rock grab samples off the zone were highly anomalous in gold and associated arsenic. A geochemical soil survey traced the zone for at least 150 metres along strike with some of the historical gold-in-soil values ranging as high as 2,400 ppb Au. The newly discovered Hanna West zone included geochemical soil values that carried as high as 1,040ppb Au with historical silver values obtained from quartz structures carrying up to g/tonne Ag. Also, a geochemical soil anomaly containing as high as 1,810 ppb Au was defined located between the East and West Hanna zones.\\between April 16-18, 2010, D. Cardinal, P.Geo., assisted by prospector Ron Olynyk re-examined the Hannah East zone with J. T. Shearer, P.Geo. A reconnaissance soil geochemical grid was established over the zone and several rock grab samples collected from the old trenches. The old adit was located, the entrance is presently covered by slide material. The Hanna East Zone is hosted in steeply dipping, northwest trending, highly foliated quartz-graphitic schist. The zone is associated with intense silification everal metres wide including boudin-like arsenopyrite-rich quartz breccias. Tightly foliated f2 hinges also occasionally host seams of quartzarsenopyrite. Based on historical assays, gold is closely associated with the arsenopyrite assemblage. Sulphide assemblage includes arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite and lesser pyrite and minor chalcopyrite. Main alteration mineral is silica with scorodite-staining quartz veins. Narrow seams of argillic alteration occur along fractures. Fine, coarse textured, detrital gold was also obtained from historical panned silt concentrates from Hannah Creek. The creek flows south-westerly to south-easterly and cuts across the structural fabric, with its source near the Hanna West anomalous structure. 14 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

A number of gold and arsenic geochem anomalous zones were outlined from the survey. One of the anomalous zones, the Hannah East Zone mentioned above, clearly defines the gold-arsenopyrite quartz vein with values reading up to 23,981 parts per million (ppm) arsenic and 2,378 parts per billion (ppb) gold from previous sampling. A previous east-west line starting at the East Hannah area toward the West Hannah Zone, see Figure 5. Anomalous gold in soil results were received for the interval HBL-1125 to HBL-1225 with gold up to 169ppb. Arsenic gave values up to 1680ppm. A shorter interval of higher gold was noted at HBL-77W with gold up to 255 ppb. Prospecting along the access road to the north (Figure 5 & 6) show that the intrusive plug is more extensive than previously mapped. The intrusive is barren of significant mineralization. 15 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

PREVIOUS 2011 DIAMOND DRILLING The Hannah zone has limited rock exposure as a result, the structural fabric cannot be readily observed immediately in the area of the zone. However, the zone is traceable for at least 100 meters based on an older trench along its southern end, and an access road leading to the hydro transmission line cuts part of the northern section (see attached drill hole plan map below). The road partly cuts through a section of the zone, also partly exposing the foliation. The foliation, as observed along the road cut for meters, appears to be shallow dipping (25-30 degrees) to the east and abruptly changes dipping steeply to the west coincidental with the Hannah zone. The sense suggests that a recumbent (F2) fold occurs along this area and that it may be structurally controlling the mineralization. The road cut also partly exposes a highly siliceous mineralized zone, which appears to occur along or near the hinge of the fold axis. Drilling also suggests a possible recumbent F2 fold with the Hannah zone occurring along the fold axis and/or along one or more of the fold limbs. Holes HC01 and HC02 (see map below) did not appear to appear to intersect the mineralized zone although, sections of weak mineralization were intersected consisting mostly of fine disseminated pyrrhotite. On surface, an older trench (circa early 1980s) exposes a well mineralized quartz breccia zone (see map above) with historical anomalous gold values, which may be part of the mineralized fold hinge observed along the northern section of the zone noted above. If this is the case, it may be that both holes could have intersected an unmineralized lower limb of the recumbent fold. This may also explain why no mineralized quartz breccia structures were encountered in the old drift, which extends towards the trenching, as the mineralized structures do not appear to be steeply dipping as initially thought by the author. Drill hole information is as follows: Drill Hole Number Location Declination From Vertical 18 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna Azimuth Depth Elevation Date E N HC o m 385 Feb. 12, 2011 HC o m 385 Feb. 13, 2011 HC o m 395 Feb. 15, 2011 HC o m 395 HC o m 377 Total: m Holes HC03 and HC04 positioned about 50 meters to the north of HC01 & 2, both intersected mineralized quartz breccias. HC03 orientated to the east at -53 degree dip intersected the mineralized quartz breccia between meters and carries disseminated sulphides including pyrite, pyrrhotite and arsenopyrite. HC04 drilled to the southeast and at oblique angle to the trend of the Hanna zone, with a dip of -60 degrees, may have intersected the fold hinge. Here, an interval between meters, encountered sections of mineralized quartz breccia carrying disseminated pyrite, pyrrhotite and arsenopyrite. Hole HC05-11, positioned along the northern end of the Hannah zone and orientated to the west at -60 degdrees, collared into a highly siliceous felsic dyke hosting narrow quartz veinlets with disseminated

arsenopyrite. From meters, the hole intersected a siliceous-mineralized hornfelsic alteration. Beyond this depth no further mineralization was encountered. This hole appears to have been positioned near the lower section of the fold hinge as a result, intersected only portion of mineralized zone partly exposed at surface. All of the holes encountered intense foliation. Schistoisty (S1/S0) changes abruptly over short distances along drill core and ranges anywhere from right angles to parallel to the core axis. Numerous, tight asymmetric (F2) and crenulated (S2) thin quartz micro-folds are observed in all of the core as well as, numerous boudinage quartz lenses. Abundant sooty to graphitic slickensides occur along planes of schistosity. Photos 1 and 2 demonstrate the intense foliation encountered along the Hannah zone. 19 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

GEOLOGY and GEOCHEMISTRY Traverses were made along the main access road (see Figures 5 & 6). Results of the XRF assays are plotted on Figure 6. Assays were conducted by using an XRF Unit factory calibrated (Cert No ) on October 30, 2013, Instrument # Type Olympus DPO-2000 Delta Premium. The instrument was calibrated using Alloy Certified reference materials by ARM1 and NIS5 standards. Only certified operators were employed and that were experienced in XRF assay procedures. Read times were 120 seconds or greater. Anomalous arsenic was encountered in Samples KM-14, KM-16 and KM-20 at 80ppm, 83ppm and 195ppm respectfully. Serpentinite was mapped along the road at sample KM Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

ADJACENT PROPERTIES in the AREA Exploratory drilling program conducted in 1984 and 1985 by Hudbay consisted of 6 exploratory drill holes and was designed to test the gold-bearing structure (Dot zone). Drill hole GL84-1 was drilled at an oblique angle into the zone (at -48 ). The best intercept between 18.98m-26.73m a 7.77m interval, assayed 3.3 gm/t Au and 4.8 gm/t Ag. This intersection also includes: 4.0 gm/t Au and 4.8 gm/t Ag over 5.48m and ; 7.0 gm/t Au and 6.5 gm/t Ag over 1.22m. It consists of highly altered silicified-carbonatized metasediment hosting disseminated arsenopyrite and pyrite. Drill hole GL8402 was drilled from the same site as GL84-1 but orientated approximately northeast and semi-parallel to the creek which intersected a wide section of talcose shears. The creek probably represents the extension of the Kwoiek Creek fault system as a result no significant Au values were intersected. Hole GL84-3 and 84-4 were drilled across the creek (southeast) and opposite of the main zone. These holes did not intersect any significant mineralization and suggest that the mineralized zone is probably faulted off and/or offset. Holes GL85-5 and 85-6 were orientated at approximately right angles to the mineral zone (at -49 and -55 respectively) encountering wide intersections of altered and skarns mineralization including disseminated sulphides, silicification, iron carbonate and K-spar replacement. Holes 5 and 6 were drilled some 250m to the northwest of GL84-1 (Figure 5) along trend of the zone. Hole 5 intersected 3 narrow sections assaying: 1.9 gm/t Au, 1.0 gm/t Ag over 0.42m; 1.9 gm/t Au, 7.2 gm/t Ag over 0.23m and; 2.0 gm/t Au, 2.1 gm/t Ag over 0.3m. Hole 6 intersected 3.0 g/t/ Au, 2.7 gm/t Ag over 1.14m and; 3.6 gm/t Au, 6.5 gm/t Ag over 0.59m. Drill Hole Summary Hole Number Interval (m) Au gm/t Ag gm/t Comments GL84-1 Inclu. The zone was tested to a depth of 160m. VLF-EM surveys conducted by Hudbay along strike suggest the zone may extend 2000m or more. It is likely the EM signature is responding to graphitic shears, however this would also indicate that the EM is picking up a series of dilatent structures which could represent a ductile deformation zone related to the fault system, favourable for hosting the extension of the Dot gold-bearing mineralization. 21 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

Apex Zone is located some 8 km northwest of the Dot zone along strike and along the same deformation and structural system. Apex anomalous gold-bearing mineral zone is traceable approximately 3 km along strike and has never been drill tested. It covers 2 historical showings referred to as the Serpentine and Summit showings. The Apex zone is well exposed along a steep escarpment overlooking a valley referred to as Hanging Valley. The zone along the escarpment is structurally controlled (second-third order structures) and highly oxidized with large, weakly mineralized quartz veins some up to a metre wide hosted in sheared and altered metasediments. The phyllitic schists between and adjacent to the quartz veins have been altered and replaced by silica, iron carbonate, chlorite and disseminated pyrite, arsenopyrite and minor chalcopyrite. A grab sample taken off the escarpment assayed 4.7 gm/t Au. This mineralized structure can be traced a further km to the south-southeast where a number of the old workings were re-discovered consisting of a number of shallow pits and open-cuts. One of the cuts was partly re-opened. Several samples collected from this cut ranged between gm/t Au. Approximately 200m to the southeast and along strike an old pit was partly uncovered some of the better gold values included 1.29 and 2.3 gm/t. All of the samples collected were highly anomalous with respect to arsenic, ranging from 8,440 ppm to 23,551 ppm are highly altered with silica, iron carbonate, disseminated sulphides and quartz veinlets. A grab sample collected at the contact with the quartz monzonite returned 3.61 gm/t Au. In the seasons Hudbay conducted grassroots soil geochemical and VLF-EM surveys over the area. The gridlines were 300 metres apart with sample stations at every 50m. This work is documented in assessment Report AR The company delineated a significantly high soil geochemical arsenic anomaly (200 ppm-1,305 ppm) associated with sporadically elevated (25-30 ppb) Au values. This soil anomaly is located about 1km southeast and on strike with the above noted old workings and suggests to be the structural extension of the Apex zone. This area is heavily covered with vegetation with no outcrop. Two silt samples taken from a small stream which cuts through this area returned 90 ppb Au, with the highest value taken adjacent to the quartz monzonite intrusive returning 630 ppb Au. No follow-up work was carried out by Hudbay although the company assessment report (13167) stated The arsenic anomalies may be pointing to a deeper gold-bearing system but at this time it is not considered economically feasible to pursue it further. Following the acquisition of the claims by D. Cardinal, several of the soil geochemical lines established by Hudbay in the area of the high arsenic geochem were re-sampled, using a hand auger to penetrate deeper into the soil profile. A number of the soil samples returned elevated Au values with the highest value at 300 ppb. Many of the samples contained >1000 ppm As. It is evident from these reconnaissance surveys that, where arsenic produces a strong geochemical signature, potential for gold in-situ should not be ignored. The old workings and the arsenic (gold) geochemical anomaly to the southeast appear to occur along the same structure this would extend the Apex zone for some 3km along strike. This structure is spatially related to the Kwoiek Creek fault system and is immediately adjacent to the quartz monzonitic stock which probably played a key role in the mineralization. 23 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

CONCLUSIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS The property is located within favourable geological units for hosting several types of mineral deposits. Stream sediment survey identified anomalous gold in one of the smaller streams within the property. The May to August and April 2010 fieldwork confirmed that gold does occur at anomalous levels. Arsenic and gold were found within samples in the area of the property. Nickel and chromium are also found in float of anomalous values. The property has not received enough exploration activities to properly evaluate the mineral potential that may exist. Previous stripping on the East Zone exposed quartz and arsenopyrite veins occurring along narrow shears and along limbs and folded axis of tightly foliated, fine grain siltstones. On surface, the mineralized zone appears to vary in width from 2 to 5 metres with an exposed strike length of approximately 150 metres. The host rock is hydrothermally altered, bleached siltstone and phyllite carrying disseminated to massive lenses of arsenopyrite and quartz. Some fine visible gold was noted in a narrow (2 metre) shear occurring in weathered arsenopyrite cavities. Samples collected in 2010 assayed up to g/tonne gold. The Hannah property (tenure ) hosts several sub-paralleling northwest trending structures, some of which are gold-bearing as evident by the East and West Hannah zones. Historical geochemical data suggests other potential gold-bearing structures located between these 2 zones. Placer gold panned from the Hannah Creek Basin (see attached figure), from one of the adjacent placer claims, a sample given to D. Cardinal, was observed under binocular microscope to contain predominately fine, crystalline needles and wire-like gold. The gold resembles in-situ source. The genesis for the source of gold found in the East and West Hanna zones is believed to be structurally controlled, epigenetic-mesothermal sedimentary-hosted orogenic type environment. The post deformation intrusive stock located to the west and adjacent to the structures also probably played in the remobilization of auriferous-bearing solutions. Given the positive results in the 2010 soil samples it appears that further sampling is warranted to determine the gold source within these small streams. It is suggested that a two-phase exploration program be implemented with the details of the second phase to be determined once the results from the first phase are received. The first phase of exploration could include mapping and prospecting in conjunction with detailed stream sediment sampling in the tributaries of Hanna Creek within the property. Reconnaissance soil lines could be conducted on a north-south grid in the areas of the anomalous stream sediment samples. Six, one-kilometre lines at 200m line spacing and 25m samples spacing would result in about 240 samples and would cover the property. Some repairs to the existing access road are required prior to commencing fieldwork. Presently the old road is not drivable by pick-up due to excessive windfall, brush growth and cutslope sloughing covering the road. It is suggested that a backhoe/excavator be contracted to repair the road to pick-up standards and widths. This will result in significant timesavings in travel and sample handling. A permit will be required to do the minor excavator work. The Keefers-Hanna property is an early stage exploration property with a limited amount of exploration work to date. It is located within the same bedrock type that hosts the Bralorne-Pioneer mines which 24 Geological and Geochemical Assessment Report on the Keefers-Hanna

are world class mesothermal precious metal deposits. The best exploration target type of the property is judged to be epithermal precious metal vein type deposits. Prospecting along the access road to the north (Figure 5 & 6) show that the intrusive plug is more extensive than previously mapped. The intrusive is barren of significant mineralization.
