Introduction This report is written for the purpose of assessment and is a summary of the Diamond Drilling, and Trenching carried out on the Obadinaw Property, Thunder Bay Mining Division,

5 Introduction This report is written for the purpose of assessment and is a summary of the Diamond Drilling, and Trenching carried out on the Obadinaw Property, Thunder Bay Mining Division, Northwestern Ontario, Canada. Work was carried out on claims TB , TB , TB , and TB These claims are held 50% by East West Resource Corporation of West Pender St., Vancouver, BC V6C ll6, and 50% Maple Minerals Corporation of Suite 2810, 130 King St. W, Toronto, ON, M5Z la9. Property Location The Obadinaw property is located approximately 130km west of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Its southern portion is located in the Moss Township, and its northeast and northwest portions are located in the Ames Township, and Brule Lake Area Township, respectively. The property is easily accessed by following Highway west out of Thunder Bay to Highway 11, then by turning south off of Highway 11 onto the Swamp Rd. The Swamp Rd. travels southwest through the property and there are several small roads and trails that turn east and west off of the Swamp Rd. These small roads and trails allow very good access to all of the claims that make up the Obadinaw property. Previous Work In 1970, F.R. Harris carried out a geological report ofthe Moss Lake Area (Geological Report 85). This report outlined the general geology, structural geology, and economic geology in the area. In 1997, LA. Osmani carried out a geological report of the Mineral Potential ofthe Greenwater Lake Area, (Geological Report 296). This report included Moss Township. Geology The property is situated in the Shebandowan Greenstone Belt (SGB). The geology of the area consists of Precambrian metavolcanics and metasediments, intrusive rocks including mafic, ultramafic and intermediate rocks, granite, and syenite. A few late felsic and intermediate intrusive rocks and late mafic intrusive rocks are also within the area. Dates and Figures The first drill was mobilized to the property on September 20 th, 2005 with diamond drilling being carried out by Wall~ Magnusson (Kakabeka, ON). Drilling of the first five holes commenced September 20t, 2005 and was completed on October 25 th, The second drill was mobilized to the property on October 15 th, 2005 with diamond drilling being carried out by Falcon Drilling (Prince George, BC). Drilling of the sixth hole commenced October 15 t h, 2005and was completed on October 18 th, A backhoe was mobilized to the property on September 28 t h, 2005 for trenching being carried out by L.T.L. Contracting Ltd. (Thunder Bay, ON). Digging of3 trenches commenced on September 28 th, 2005 and was completed on October 19 t h, Field work finished 2

QAQC Supervision of the drilling program was carried out by R. Middleton and L. Rajnovich and core logging was carried out by L. Rajnovich. Field support, inc1uding drill site location, was done by R. Middleton and L. Rajnovich. Core was transported to a secure facility (East West Resource Corporation field office, 11S8A Russell Street, Thunder Bay, ON). Trench sampling was done by L. Rajnovich and all sample locations were recorded by both GPS and a trench map in the field. Samples were taken to Accurassay in Thunder Bay, where complete analysis was carried out. Diamond Drilling Diamond drilling was carried out on the property during the dates of September 20 th to October 2S th, 200S by Wally Magnusson (Kakabeka, ON) and Falcon Drilling (Prince George, BC). A total of six drill holes were drilled on the property to test IP anomalies identified during an Induced Polarization Survey carried out on the property during February and April200S (Simoneau, 200S). Drill logs and cross sections (OBAD-OS-l, OBAD-OS-2, OBAD-OS-3, OBAD-OS-4, OBAD-OS-S, and OBAD-OS-6) can be found in Appendix A. Diamond Drilling Results OBAD-OS-l (667487E, S388170N, UTM IS, NAD 83, Claim ), was drilled to test IP anomalies identified during the Induced Polarization Survey. The drill hole was drilled at an azimuth of 13S 0 plunging at -4S o with a total depth of 61.87m. The drill hole intersected metagreywacke, a feldspar porphyry dyke, a lamprophyre dyke, a quartz vein and sand at the end ofthe hole. This drill hole was stopped due to the intersection of sand at a depth of61.s7m and therefore, the IP anomalies were not intersected in this hole. No samples of this drill hole were taken. OBAD-OS-2 (667S48E, N, UTM 15, NAD 83, Claim ), was drilled to test the IP anomalies intended to be intersected by OBAD This drill hole was drilled at an azimuth of plunging at with a total depth of I 84.40m. The drill hole intersected metagreywacke, several feldspar porphyry dykes, a lamprophyre dyke, and a quartz vein. No samples of this hole were taken. QBAD-OS-3 (669251E, N, UTM 15, NAD 83, Claim ), was drilled to test IP anomalies identified during the Induced Polarization Survey. The drill hole was drilled at an azimuth of 13So plunging at with a total depth of7.62m. This drill hole intersected boulders, silty sand, and sand. The drill hole was stopped due to no presence of bedrock, therefore, the IP anomalies were not intersected in this hole. No samples were taken of this drill hole. 3

This drill hole was drilled at an azimuth of plunging at with a total depth of 68.68m. This drill hole intersected metagreywacke and several feldspar porphyry dykes. No samples of this drill ho Ie were taken. OBAD-05-5 (670028E, N, UTM IS NAD 83, Claim ), was drilled to test IP anomalies identified during the Induced Polarization Survey. This drill hole was drilled at an azimuth of plunging at with a total depth of m. This drill hole intersected metagreywacke, basalt, chloritized metagreywacke, several feldspar porphyry dykes, and graphite bands and massive pyrite bands. No samples of this drill hole were taken. OBAD-05-6 (670909E N, UTM 15, NAD 83, Claim ), was drilled to test IP anomalies identified during the Induced Polarization Survey. This drill hole was drilled at an azimuth of plunging at with a total depth of m. This drill hole intersected metagreywacke, feldspar porphyry dykes, quartz veins, and chloritized metagreywacke. No samples were taken of this drill hole. Trenching Trenching on the property was carried out during September 28 th to October 19 th, A total of3 trenches were dug to reveal the extensions ofip anomalies identified during an Induced Polarization Survey. Trench 1 and 2 unearthed metagreywacke with a feldspar porphyry dyke intruding the metagreywacke parallel to bedding, Trench 3 unearthed metagreywacke with a unit of mafic volcanics positioned directly to the north of the metagreywacke. A feldspar porphyry dyke was also found to be intruding the mafic volcanics parallel to the bedding direction. Trench maps and sample descriptions are provided in Appendix B. Conclusions and Recommendations Drilling to date tested IP anomalies identified during an Induced Polarization Survey performed on the property. These IP anomalies tested by drilling consist dominantly of feldspar porphyry dykes with minor graphite bands with massive pyrite bands. Several other IP anomalies were identified during the survey in other parts of the property. Further drilling and sampling should be performed on the property, as well as a complete structural geology analysis of the structures paralleling the anomalies identified in the survey. 4

13 Drill Hole OBAD Om to 1.22m 1.22m to 61.57m CASING METAGREYW ACKE This fine-grained greywacke is light to dark grey and contains local quartz veins and veinlets parallel to bedding. The angles observed in the drill core are 50 degrees to the core axis. The bedding ranges in thickness from 0.5mm to 2-3cm. The tops of the beds are a darker grey, sand/silt and the bottoms of the beds are a light to medium grey, sand. The top direction of the greywacke is determined to be to the North, using the fining upward sequence observed in the beds. Pyrite is observed on 50-75% ofthe cleavage planes/fracture surfaces. Local quartz veins contain trace amounts of pyrite as well m to 26.53m: Feldspar Porpbyry Dyke - This porphyry dyke contains medium sized feldspar crystals and is observed at 60 degrees to the core axis. Two to three quartz veins, 0.5cm to lcm in thickness, are observed within the dyke. This dyke has been bleached, slightly sericitized, and contains 2-3% chlorite veinlets. Trace pyrite is observed within the porphyry dyke m to 33.53m: Lampropbyre dyke This lamproph}te dyke is crjoritized and rich in biotite and is observed at 70 degrees to the core axis. There is a sharp contact between the dyke and the greywacke. At the top end of the dyke, the greywacke looks like it has been quenched and at the bottom of the dyke there is a quartz vein, 2-3cm wide with trace pyrite m to 48.18m: Quartz vein - This quartz vein is milky white and is approximately 8cm in thickness. There is a light green/yellow carbonate within the quartz vein. There are no sulphides m to 61.87m 61.87m SAND END OF HOLE 2

16 DriU Hole OBAD-OS-2 Om to O.61m O.61m to m CASING METAGREYW ACKE This metagreywacke is fine grained, and beds are observed to range in thickness from 0.3cm to 10cm. A fining upward sequence is also observed, determining tops to the north. The bedding is 40 to the core axis and there are several quartz veins and veinlets throughout the hole. They range in thickness from 0.5cm to 4cm. Pyrite can be seen along fracture planes and the beds are rich in biotite. Several feldspar porphyry dykes, quartz veins, and one lamprophyre dyke are observed to crosscut the greywacke and are described below. 46.9Sm to 47.26m: Feldspar porphyry dyke fine to medium grained, medium grey purple in colour, local iron staining, trace pyrite along cleavage planes, quartz vein crosscuts the dyke at 30 to the core axis also and is lcm thick m to 71.04m: Quartz vein with 1-2% pyrite. pieces of the greywacke and chlorite in the quartz vein. 74,98m to 75.29m: Feldspar porphyry dyke fine to medium grained, medium grey-purple in colour, white/cream coloured feldspars, local iron staining, sheared 45 to core axis, trace pyrite along cleavage planes m to 88.72m: Lamprophyre dyke medium grained, dark grey in colour, sheared 60 to core axis, biotite rich, no sulphides. l02.74m to l03.03m: Feldspar Porphyry dyke medium grained, medium grey-purple in colour, sheared 40 to core axis, crosscutting greywacke at 40 to core axis, trace pyrite along cleavage planes. 2

25 Drill Hole OBAD-OS-4 Om to O.61m O.61m to 68.S8m CASING METAGREYWACKE This metagreywacke is fine grained and biotite rich and contains local quartz veins and veinlets that contain chlorite. The quartz veins and veinlets are parallel to bedding and sheared 45 to core axis. Local beds contain 1-2% garnet and trace pyrite is visible along fracture planes. Several local feldspar porphyry dykes are observed in the hole and are described below m to 30.81m: Metagreywacke with Garnets O.2cm to O.4cm in size, along fracture planes 5%, deep maroon red in colour. 44.S0m to 44.S1m: Feldspar porphyry dyke medium grained, medium grey in colour, no sulphides, sheared 45 to core axis m to 44.82m: Feldspar porphyry dyke medium grained, medium grey in colour, no sulphides, sheared 45 to core axis. 4S.12m to 45.1Sm: Feldspar porphyry dyke medium grained, medium grey in colour, sheared 45 to core axis, no sulphides. 46.9Sm to 47.24m: Feldspar porphyry dyke medium grained, medium grey in colour, sheared 45 to core axis, no sulphides m to 47.S6m: Feldspar porphyry dyke fine to medium grained, medium grey in colour, trace pyrite, sheared 45 to core axis, quart vein with 2-3% biotite. 2

29 Drill Hole OBAD-05-5 Om to O.61m O.61m to 82.63m CASING METAGREYWACKE This fme-grained metagreywacke is biotite rich, contains local quartz veins and veinlets parallel to bedding, and is sheared 40 to core axis. The quartz veins are typically 2-3cm to 5-6cm wide and contain trace to 1 % pyrite and chlorite. This section of core also contains a porphyry dyke and several local bands of graphite with bands of massive pyrite. They are described below m to 79.56m: Feldspar porphyry dyke medium grained, dark to medium grey in colour, sheared 45 to core axis, trace pyrite m to l04.55m BASALT This unit of basalt is very fine grained and has been chloritized. It is a medium green colour and contains several local quartz veins and veinlets throughout. It is sheared 45 to core axis and contains trace to 2-3% pyrite along fracture planes m to 99.06m: Local bands of graphite and bands of massive pyrite very fine grained, dark grey-black in colour, O.3cm to 10cm wide, 40 to core axis, massive pyrite bands are founds only with the graphite bands m to lo1.22m: Core is very broken up and rubbly. l04.55m to m CHLORITIZED METAGREYWACKE This unit ofmetagreywacke is chloritized to give it a medium green colour, which is very distinctive from the other metagreywacke in this hole. It is fme grained, sheared 50 to core axis, and contains local quartz veins and veinlets. Trace to 2% disseminated pyrite is also observed. 2

30 116.13m to m MET AGREYWACKE This metagreywacke is fine grained and is the same as seen in this hole above being biotite rich, and containing local quartz veins and veinlets parallel to bedding, and is sheared 40 to core axis. The quartz veins are typically 2-3cm to 5-6cm wide and contain trace to I % pyrite and chlorite. 33 DriU Hole OBAD-05-6 Om to 3.66m 3.66m to 1l.28m CASING MET AGREYW ACKE This metagreywacke is fine grained and contains local quartz veins and veinlets throughout. It is dark grey in colour and the bedding is 50 to core axis. Trace to 2% pyrite can be seen along cleavage planes and local chlorite veinlets are observed throughout the hole aswell. The beds range in thickness from 0.3cm to 1-2cm and they consist of sand bases with silty sand tops, indicating that the tops are to the north. 1l.28m to 14.35m FELDSPAR PORPHYRY DYKE This feldspar porphyry dyke is coarse grained and medium grey in colour. It has been slightly sheared to 60 to core axis, and trace to 2% pyrite can be seen disseminated throughout the unit. This dyke also contains approximately 10% biotite m to 94.52m METAGREYW ACKE This unit is the sa.'11e as seen above in the hole, being flne grained, and containing local quartz veins and veinlets throughout. Also, the dark grey colour and the bedding angles are at 50 to core axis. Trace to 2% pyrite can be seen along cleavage planes in the section aswell, and the chlorite veinlets are visible also m to 29.89m: Quartz vein 2-3cm wide, containing 2% pyrite and chlorite m to 44.81m: Quartz vein 2-4cm wide, containing 10-15% pyrite and 3% chlorite. 2

34 78.97m to 79.27m: Quartz vein milky white, trace pyrite, chlorite, and small fragments of metagreywacke m to 94.52m: Quartz vein - light green alteration along fractures, trace to 2% pyrite, chlorite, iron staining m to 97.56m METAGREYWACKE WITH 5-7% PYRITE This metagreywacke contains 5-7% pyrite along cleavage planes. It is the same as seen above in the hole, but it is slightly more dark grey-black in colour m to m METAGREYW ACKE This metagreywacke is the same as before, being fine grained and containing local quartz veins and veinlets throughout. It is dark grey in colour and bedding angles are at 50 to core axis. Trace to 2% pyrite can be seen along cleavage planes in the section aswell, and the chlorite veinlets are visible also m END OF HOLE 3
