Introduction This report summarizes the winter diamond drilling program carried out by Gravity West Mining Corp. and Mackenzie Jaims in the Voltaire Lake area. This second phase of drilling followed up on Phase 1 drilling completed during the fall of 2007 and took place from October 2007 to February 2008, totaling meters. The drilling focused on two areas, the Drake Hill area and the Chief Bay road area. Drilling in the Chief Bay area attempted to intersect a section of the Black Sturgeon fault as interpreted from modeling of VTEM data. Drilling in the Drake Hill area followed up on Cu-Ni-PGE mineralization encountered in hole VL-07-03A from Phase 1 of drilling. Property, Location and Access The Voltaire Lake property consists of 130 mining claims comprising 1822 claim units. Table 1 lists these claims. The recorded holders are Mackenzie Jaims and Gravity West Mining Corp. The claims in the area of the Phase 2 - diamond drilling program are shown in Figure 2. Figure 1 shows the general location of the Voltaire Lake property which lies in the Voltaire Lake, Candide Lake, Kitchen Lake, Ruffo Lake, Chief Bay, Caribou Island and Grand Bay areas of the Thunder Bay mining Division, Ontario. The property is about 130 km north of the city of Thunder Bay. Assess is by provincial highways 527 and 811, and a network of active and non-active logging roads. 3

History The property has seen little in the way of previous exploration. The western part of the property covers exposed Archean basement, specifically the eastern end of the Garden Lake greenstone belt. Like most greenstone belts in the Canadian Shield, it has been explored in the past for gold and base metals. However, none of this prior work has taken place in or near the Voltaire Lake property, and so will not be referred to here. Nickel-Copper-PGE Exploration in the Nipigon-Sibley Basin In 1997, Robert Fairservice, a Thunder Bay prospector, discovered platinum-group element (PGE) mineralization in a weathered peridotite near Seagull Lake, 75 km southeast of the Voltaire Lake property. This discovery led to widespread exploration for nickelcopper-pge mineralization in the Nipigon basin. These programs invariably targeted airborne magnetic and/or electromagnetic anomalies. A number of Proterozoic mafic to ultramafic intrusions were discovered which had previously not been recognized. Two programs were carried out in the area of the present property. In 2002, Gitennes Exploration Inc. tested a coincident magnetic-electromagnetic anomaly that straddles the western boundary of claim Ground magnetic and EM surveys were carried out to define the anomaly and three drill holes were put down. All three holes intersected mafic volcanics, tuffs, clastic metasediments and magnetite-chertsulphide iron formation interbedded with pyrite-rich graphitic argillite. All sulphidebearing material was analysed and no anomalous gold, PGE or base metal values were returned. In 2001, Canplats Resources Corp. and Colby Resources Corp. drilled five airborne EM anomalies near the eastern end of the main claim block of the present property. One of these holes was abandoned in overburden or weathered bedrock, and one cut only diabase and gabbro (possible an Archean gabbro in the basement, but this cannot be positively determined from the drill log). Three holes penetrated the diabase sill and (in two cases) underlying Sibley sediments and entered Archean basement. Of these three holes, JP cut biotite schist, and JP cut mafic volcanics with a band of magnetite-chert iron formation and graphitic argillite, and GR-01 cut granite gneiss. No anomalous metal contents were detected in the samples sent for analysis. The depth to basement information from this drilling is pertinent and useful information for the present program, showing that the basement lies well within the depth penetration capabilities of modern time-domain EM systems. Lake Nipigon Geoscience Initiative Largely as a consequence of the discovery of magmatic sulphide mineralization in the Seagull intrusion and the intense exploration activity for PGEs that followed, the Lake Nipigon Geoscience Initiative (LNGI) was conceived. The LNGI was a multi-year (2002 8

to 2005), multidisciplinary study of the Lake Nipigon area, focusing on the Sibley basin and especially on magmatic events within the basin. The LNGI was funded by the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation and managed by the Ontario Prospectors Association. It drew on the technical resources of the Ontario Geological Survey (OGS), Lakehead University and the Geological Survey of Canada. Although the uranium potential of the Sibley basin was not an issue when the LNGI began, much of the data generated by the LNGI was of a general nature and can be used to help select targets for uranium exploration. These included: the first detailed geological maps of much of the Sibley Basin; a high resolution airborne magnetic and gamma-ray spectrometer survey; detailed lake-sediment geochemical surveys; a medium-resolution gravity survey; a comprehensive synthesis of the stratigraphy and structure of the Sibley basin; and audiofrequency magneto-telluric profiling of the Sibley basin. The recent geological mapping of the Garden Lake belt by the OGS was not part of the LNGI, but was part of the government activity that resulted from the renewed interest in the area. The LNGI project area covers the eastern part of the Voltaire Lake property. An additional source of data is an airborne magnetic-em survey carried out by the OGS in 1999 over the Garden Lake and Obonga Lake greenstone belts (OGS, 2003), which covers the western part of the Voltaire Lake property. Post-LNGI Exploration One salient result of the LNGI was the discovery of a prominent positive gravity anomaly in the Kitchen Lake area. This anomaly occupies most of the area of the Stares Contracting Corp. claims (see fig. 3), but also extended somewhat further to the west, where Robert Fairservice held claims that expired in In 2004, he carried out prospecting, but located only outcrops of Nipigon diabase. In 2005, Rampart Ventures Ltd. Optioned the Stares Contracting Corp. claims and drilled a single hole (KL05-01) into the axis of the gravity anomaly. It passed through an unusually thick diabase sill and underlying Sibley sediments before entering the basement, which consisted of mafic volcanics without mineralization. Uranium Exploration in the Sibley Basin In the late 1970s and early 1980s, the unconformity-related uranium deposit model that had emerged from the Athabasca basin became better understood, exploration activities for uranium started to spread to other mid-proterozoic sedimentary basins. During this period a number of exploration programs were carried out in the Sibley basin, but it must be observed that, considering its relative accessibility, the Sibley basin was, and still remains, the least-explored of all such basins in Canada. All of the uranium exploration in that era took place well to the south of Voltaire Lake, and there is no documentary evidence that the Voltaire Lake property was ever prospected for uranium. 9

Since 2005, there has been renewed interest in the uranium potential of the Sibley basin. Companies active in the area include RPT Uranium Corp. (formerly Rampart Ventures Ltd.), Mega Uranium Ltd. and Benton Resources Ltd. with its partners Grandcru Resources Corp. and Tri-Gold Resources Corp. Geology The western part of the property covers the eastern end of the Garden Lake greenstone belt, a typical volcano-sedimentary belt of the Wabigoon subprovince, a structural domain within the Superior province. The eastern part of the property lies in the Sibley- Nipigon basin. Basement rocks are covered by flat-lying Sibley group sediments of mid- Proterozoic age, which are in turn intruded by Nipigon diabase sills of Keweenawan age. Diabase is the outcropping lithology over most of the basin part of the property. The eastern claim block of the Voltaire Lake property covers part of the Black Sturgeon fault. This is a structure that was active during and after the deposition of the Sibley sediments. It divides the Sibley basin into a two parts: a thicker western section and a much thinner eastern section. The fault has a substantial downthrow to the west, possibly several hundred meters. Figure 3 is a geological map taken from the Geology of Ontario. 10

Diamond Drilling Program Table 2 gives a summary of the Phase 2 diamond drilling program. The program consisted of eight drill holes totaling meters. Holes VL to VL were drilled in the Chief Bay Road Area. These holes were drilled vertically along a roughly east-west line running perpendicular to the interpreted strike of the Black Sturgeon Fault. Holes VL and VL were drilled in the Drake Hill area at the same location as hole VL-07-03A which contained promising Cu-Ni and PGE assays. All drilling was completed by Discovery Diamond Drilling Ltd. of Morinville, Alberta and Dorion, Ontario. Figure 4 shows the drill hole locations with topography in plan view. Drill Logs are given in appendix A, assay certificates are in appendix B and cross sections are attached. The target area was selected based on a conductivity-depth section derived from VTEM data by Condor Consulting Ltd. using Layered Earth proprietary software on license to Condor, which was interpreted to show a major offset of Sibley Group sedimentary rocks and diabase sills (Figure 5). The planned strategy employed to locate the fault was to drill holes on both sides of the interpreted fault structure and then to use the elevation differences between major contacts such as the Sibley Group/Archean unconformity as a vector to the actual fault location. VL was drilled to a depth of meters. VL intersected overburden to meters followed by Sibley Group sediments to meters, the hole then encountered a thick diabase sill to a depth of meters where the hole passed thorough Sibley Group sediments to and then entered Archean basement rocks consisting of hematized and fractured granite. 12

VL was drilled 100 meters to the east of VL After 3.90 meters of overburden (diabase boulders) hole VL passed through Sibley Group Sediments from 3.90 to 7.18 m then diabase, ending at meters. The next hole was drilled 100 meters to the west of VL Hole VL passed through meters of overburden, followed by Sibley Group sandstone to meters where it then entered magnetic Sibley Group sandstone to meters. The hole then entered and diabase, ending at a depth of meters. VL was drilled 200 meters east of VL VL intersected meters of diabase; it then entered Sibley Group sandstone until meters where it then entered a small section of diabase to a depth of meters. The hole intersected Sibley sandstone from to meters, followed by another section of diabase to m, then back into sandstone to meters, with more diabase until meters. One last section of sandstone was intersected at to meters with the hole ending in diabase at meters. VL was drilled in between holes VL and VL-07-09, approximately 150 meters east of VL It passed through meters of overburden, then diabase to a depth of meters, followed by two packages of Sibley Group Sediments, the first was sandstone from to meters and the second from to meters which were magnetic sediments. VL then penetrated a diabase sill to the bottom of the hole ending at meters, with a small Sibley sandstone package at to meters. The hole was abandoned because the drill rods became stuck. Hole VL was drilled in the middle of VL and VL-07-06, just 50 meters east of VL VL cut diabase to a depth meters, followed by Sibley Group Sediments to meters, it then passed through a thin diabase sill and entered back onto Sibley Group sediments from to meters. The hole then entered a thick diabase sill to a depth of meters. The hole then passed through Sibley sandstone to a depth meters where it intersected the unconformity. Basement rocks consisted of altered granite and the hole was stopped at meters. Drilling of holes VL to VL did not succeed in intersecting what might be a simple Fault. However, it does show the possibility of a more complex fault system with a number of smaller structures. Based on the cross-section of the drill holes, a significant elevation difference between the unconformity elevation in VL and VL may exist and could represent the fault. However, as VL was abandoned before it intersected the unconformity, and the exact magnitude of the elevation difference remains unknown. Much more geologic information could have been gained through drilling all of the holes through to the Archean basement rocks. Drake Hill Area Drilling VL and VL were designed to follow up mineralization present in VL-07-03A drilled during the Phase 1 drill program and to explain a VTEM conductor that was 13

not clearly intersected by VL-07-03A. All three holes were collared at the same location and 157 degree azimuth with VL-07-03A drilled at a 60 degrees dip, VL drilled at a 50 degree dip and VL at a 70 degree dip. Hole 12 cut diabase from 6.39 to metres and Sibley Group sedimentary rocks from to the unconformity at metres. Basement rocks consisted of metagabbro to pyroxenite with a minor felsic to intermediate phase to a depth of , followed by: a siliceous, sulfide bearing cherty unit to metres, a sulfide-rich graphitic schist with quartz veining to metres, a mix of mafic metavolcanic rocks and felsic to intermediate intrusive to , a second graphitic unit including massive pyrrhotite to metres and diorite to the end of the hole at metres. 262 samples were sent for assay with a few returning Cu, Ni and Zn assays in the few thousand range. All assay results are shown on the logs in Appendix A. Hole 13 cut diabase from 2.30 to metres and Sibley Group sandstone from to the unconformity at metres. Basement rocks consisted of pyroxenite to metres followed by a porphyritic mafic intrusion to metres, diorite to metres, a sulfide-rich breccia to metres, diorite with a minor diabase intrusion to metres, another sulfide-rich breccia zone to metres and diorite to the end of the hole at metres. 50 samples were sent for assay and again several sections returned assays up to a few thousand Cu, Ni or Zn. The highest grade samples included Cu over 0.30 metres and another assayed Cu over 0.28 metres. Again all assay results are shown on the logs in Appendix A. 14

Discussion and Conclusions Drilling in the Drake Hill area has continued to intersect significant Cu-Ni-PGE mineralization and also shows potential for VMS style base metal mineralization. Further drilling of conductive anomalies is warranted. Drilling in the Chief Bay area did not succeed in its goal of intersecting the Black Sturgeon Fault. However, the holes that were not drilled through to basement could be extended to better evaluate evidence for a fault related offset of the unconformity and possibly determine the location of the fault. No anomalous radioactivity was found during the Phase 2 drill program. However, the discovery of graphitic basement units is promising from the standpoint of uranium mineralization and should be further evaluated by drilling particularly targeting conductors closer to the Sibley Group-Archean unconformity or major structural features.
