3 1 PREPARATION OF DESCRIPTIVE REPORT FOR PILOT AREA IN CROATIA (SLOPE INSTABILITY AT GYMNASIUM IN VUKOVAR) Geological Survey of Slovenia was responsible for the task B1: Preparation of descriptive reports of each pilot area. A preliminary state of the art reports were basis for the pilot areas inspection, giving valuable input to organise field visit and prioritise activities during the inspection. Preliminary reports were important for the successful field work and creating guidelines for defining prevention measures. 2 QUESTIONNAIRE In order to collect and analyse existing information, publication, report and data for each of the four pilot areas a questionnaire of existing data on project partner's landslide case studies within RECALL project was prepared and sent to RECALL project partners to fill in (Table 1). A questionnaire was consisted of five main categories of data: spatial data, publications, equipment installed in pilot area, measurements taken and monitoring. In order to facilitate use of questionnaire basic guidelines for fulfil were also proposed (Table 2). Additional to the questionnaire, digital versions of the available datasets were also provided by partners. The results of this questionnaire were used mainly for the Geological Survey of Slovenia as the only technical partner in the project for preparation of descriptive reports for each pilot area. 9 4 CONCLUSIONS Croatian project partner prepared qualitative descriptions of existing and available data for slope instability at gymnasium in Vukovar. Received datasets were very helpful for pre-field preparation of experts from Geological Survey of Slovenia before their field visit of landslide areas. Open questions were discussed in collaboration with project partners directly on landslide area. EU Civil Protection pag. 9/9
