1 Quilt N Paint News Creative Hands Quilt Shop and Decorative Painting Store 1907 W Foxwood Drive, Raymore, MO (816) February 2016 Hello All: A Note from Sheryll Store Hours: Sunday: Closed Monday: Closed Sorry I am so late this month, I have been working on the newsletter a little at a time when I was feeling up to it. Needless to say I should have started a lot sooner!! I miss you all so much! I made it through my first 30 days!!! Let me tell you that is a very big accomplishment! I am starting to feel a little better; unfortunately the chemotherapy gave me an ulcer so now I am dealing with that! Oh well, there are much worse things that could of happened! So I have been blessed!!! Thank you all so much for all of the well wishes, prayers, cards, and for continuing to support the shop! One of the things keeping me going each day is looking forward to seeing all of you again! I think I will have a return party in May to celebrate! So stay tuned for more details to come! Check out some of the new things that are at the shop! Little wall hangings! Placemats & the cutest t-towels! Lots of new patterns & stuff!!! Tuesday through Friday 10-5 Saturday 10-3 If you need me to stay late all you have to do is call and let me know! Please remember to call the shop on inclement weather days to make sure we are open! Oh my gosh, remember when I said I was going to find a couple of smaller projects for BOM s??? Well I hit the jackpot! I found 2 projects that we are going to do! One for third quarter and one for fourth! They are so so so cute! Oh wait, did I say that they were going to be mystery BOM s?? I think I did! So, I will have to think about what I else I can tell you all, so stay tuned!!!! Have you seen Cheryl s rag teddy bear at the shop??? He is absolutely adorable! Come on in and check him out! From antioxidants to protein, this creative snack provides an assortment of essential nutrients. Ingredients 1 box of multigrain Chex cereal 1 large jar of dry roasted peanuts 1 small bag of pretzel twists 2 packages of dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup light oil Instructions 1. Mix together the cereal, nuts and pretzels. 2. Melt the chocolate with the oil over lowest heat on a stovetop. 3. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the dry mixture. 4. Place in a pan and freeze firm. 5. Break apart mixture and place into a serving container. 2

I have been working on designing our row (Cheryl is patiently waiting on me so that she wan convert my paper design to fabric!). I hope you are looking forward to this nationwide shop hop as well! Class Policies Class Registration: All classes are filled on a first-come, first serve basis. Classes fill FAST and are limited in size. Registration fee is due at sign up. Phone registrations are welcome with a credit card. Class Refund Policy: We may cancel a class if the minimum number of students is not met seven days before the class begins. If we cancel a class we will gladly refund your money. If you need to cancel or withdraw from a class please let us know as soon as possible so that we will not continue to cut kits for you, no refund will be given if the class has already started. General Rules: 1. As a courtesy to others, no babies or children under 8 are allowed. Children over 8 are welcome to attend if they have paid the regular class fee and are accompanied by an adult registered for the same class. 2. Please arrive early for classes, as they will begin on time. 3. Please check each class description for supplies you need to bring or come early and we ll be happy to assist you with finding what you need (a discount of 20% off will be given on class day only for any purchases) 5
