2 2018 SALE OF STANDING STRAW SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. The Vendor will take every care to cut the crop as close to the ground as is normal and practically possible. 2. The Vendor will co-operate as far as possible with the intended Purchaser(s) over viewing and with the Purchaser(s) after the sale. 3. The Vendor will be responsible for contacting the Purchaser(s) of each Lot as soon as combining in each particular Lot commences. 4. The Vendor will explain access routes to intending Purchasers viewing, and these must be strictly adhered to. 5. In the case of any dispute between the Vendor and the Purchaser(s), the Auctioneer's decision shall be final and binding. 6. The Purchaser(s) will be responsible for clearing the Straw from the land within 21 days of the day on which combining finishes, unless earlier clearance is stated. 7. All Lots are to be paid for on the day of sale. 8. The Straw in each Lot will be at the Purchaser's risk from the time combining in each particular Lot finishes. 9. The area on each field is believed to be correct and shall be taken as set out in the Catalogue. 10. Each Lot will be sold on a "price per acre" basis. For part acreages the area shall be calculated to the nearest half acre downwards (i.e., 14.4 Acres will be calculated at 14 Acres, and Acres will be calculated at 15.5 Acres). NOTE: To Assist Prospective Purchasers (a) (b) Lot numbered cards will be attached to the access gates of respective Lots Or displayed on site in other prominent positions Identification plans for all the lots are available on request from the Auctioneers.
