2 OPTIMIZACIJA I UNAPREĐENJE RADA BLOKOVA NA TERMOELEKTRANI NIKOLA TESLA A ON-LINE PRAĆENJEM STEPENA KORISNOSTI (SPECIFIČNE POTROŠNJE ) BLOKOVA Rezime Na Termoelektrani Nikola Tesla A, je o o izvršena zamenaupravljačkih sistemana svih 6 blokova, tako što su stari upravljački sitemi relejnog tipa, zamenjeni novim moernim DCS sistemima upravljanja.na blokovima A3 i A5 je instaliran TELEPERM XP kompanije SIEMENS, a na ostalim blokovima DCS sistem WIEW T POWER Instituta Mihajlo Pupin.Oba sistema omogućuju On Line praćenje parametara raa bloka, njihovo arhiviranje i alju obrau prema želji korisnika. Pošto ovi sistemi sarže i funkcionalne blokove za proračun entalpija, uvođenjem potrebnog broja merenja i usvajanjem vrenosti za veličine koje ne mogu a se mere, a prema izvršenim termotehničkim merenjima, napravljen je matematički moel za izračunavanje BRUTO i NETO stepena korisnosti blokova, tj. specifične potrošnje bloka BRUTO i specifične potrošnje bloka NETO. Zahvaljujući ovome, omogućeno je kontinuirano opraćenje svake promene vrenosti BRUTO ili NETO stepena korisnosti. Svaka promena stepena korisnosti se analizira, kako bi se utvrio razlog poremećaja a parametri koji su ostupili o nominalnih se vraćaju na iste. Osim toga, svaka optimizacija ili unapređenje procesa proizvonje električne energije, oslikava se na vrenosti BRUTO i NETO stepena korisnosti. Optimizacija ciklusa proizvonje, vii se na promeni vrenosti BRUTO stepena korisnosti, a smanjenje sopstvene potrošnje bloka, oražava se na poboljšanje NETO stepena korisnosti, onosno a li su i kolike su napravljenje uštee u procesu proizvonje el. energije, tj. potrošnji uglja, a samim tim smanjenju j emisije iij proukata sagorevanja i r. Since these systems contain the functional blocks for enthalpy calculation, require number of measurements was introuce an values were aopte for the non measurable variables, all accoring to performe thermo technicaltechnical measurements an consequently the mathematical moel was mae for calculation of GROSS an NET unit efficiency, i.e. specific GROSS unit consumption an specific NET unit consumption. Thanks to this continuous monitoring of each change of GROSS an NET efficiency was enable. Each change of efficiency is analyse in orer to etermine the reason of isturbance an parameters which h eviate from the nominal parameters are brought back to these values. In aition, each optimization or improvement of the electrical power generation process reflects on the GROSS an NET values of efficiency. Optimization of the generation cycle can be seen from the change of the value of GROSS efficiency an reuction of the auxiliary unit consumption reflects on the improvement of NET efficiency. This shows whether savings have been effecte in the process of electrical power generation, i.e. coal consumption an how big are these savings, which also implies the reuction of emission of combustion proucts etc. Ključne reči: stepen korisnosti, specifična potrošnja, entalpija... Izračunavanje č stepena korisnosti (specifične potrošnje) bloka Kao što je to u uvou već rečeno, na blokovima A3, A4 i A5 je nakon zamene sistema upravljanja, omogućeno izračunavanje entalpija u zavisnosti o pritisaka i temperatura. Sa obzirom a postoje irektna merenja svih osnovnih termoinamičkih parametara parnog bloka sa ogrevanjem pare i regenerativnim zagrevanjem glavnog konenzata i napojne voe, moguće je izračunati i entalpije na tim karakterističnim mestima, a koje su potrebne za alje izračunavanje stepena korisnosti, onosno specifične potrošnje bloka. Svi maseni protoci koji figurišu u formulama su obijeni irektnim merenjima izuzev M & o7, M & ksp i M & zp koji se računaju u funkciji trenutne snage bloka prema ijagramima atim u prilogu, a prema materijalnom bilansu bloka atim o strane proizvođačacem-a CEM-a. Stepen korisnosti kotla se računa u funkciji temperature imnih gasova prema ijagramu koji je at u prilogu. U cilju izračunavanja stepena korisnosti bloka neto (η Bn ) uveeno je merenje sopstvene potrošnje na blokovima A3, A4, A5. Sopstvena potrošnja bloka se računa prema sleećem obrascu: P =(P +P +( 3*U*I*cosφ)/10 3 SP BA BB )/ η BT ge je: P BA (MW) potrošnja merena na sabirnici BA P BB (MW) potrošnja merena na sabirnici BB η BT (-) stepen korisnosti transformatora sopstvene potrošnje U (kv) napon napajanja napojne pumpe 1 sa opšte grupe I (A) struja napajanja napojne pumpe 1 sa opšte grupe cosφ(-) faktor snage Napojna pumpa 1 ima mogućnost napajanja sa sopstvene ili opšte grupe (najčešće je sa opšte grupe). Kaa napajanje napojne pumpe 1 nije sa opšte grupe taa je član na esnoj strani formule jenak nuli, a potrošnja napojne pumpe 1 ulazi u zbir P BA + P BB. 7 PRILOG Zavisnost stepena korisnosti kotla o temperature imnih gasova iza LUVA Series C 2. Primeri optimizacije raa bloka korišćenjem ovih procesnih funkcija Na osnovu ovih pokazatelja (specifična potošnja, onosno stepen korisnosti), izvršena je i optimizacija raa bifluksa. Saa se u nominalnom režimu raa bloka, temperatura međupregrejane pare reguliše isključivo pomoću trokrakih ventila na bifluksu (regulisanje rizgavanjm voe je eliminisano i koristi se samo u fazi kretanja bloka). Na priloženim ijagramima, br.1 i 2, za blok A5 vii se a ή bl.bruto bruto iznosi 36,5 % (q bl bruto = 9863 KJ/kwh) pri nominalnoj snazi bloka i pri nominalnim parametrima.

9 Blok A5 Stepen korisnosti na nominalnom teretu ijagram 2 Treba napomenuti a blokovi A4 i A5 nakon revitalizacije imaju sve osnovne parametre u projektovanim granicama i stepen korisnosti ή bl.bruto o 36,5 %, a projektovani stepen korisnosti za ove blokove je 37%. Na ijagramu broj 3 prikazana je promena stepena korisnosti bloka (pre svega ή bl neto) pri promeni opterećenja bloka. Prema tome, smanjenje sopstvene potrošnje bloka isključenjem 6 kv uređaja koji su u rau bloka sa nominalnom snagom previđeni a buu u rezervi (treća konenz pumpa, šesti mlin i r.) može se irektno pratiti na pomenutom ijagramu.

10 Blok A5 Promena stepen korisnosti pri promeni snage o tehničkog minimuma o nominalnog tereta. t Kursor plava vertikala na nom. teretu. t ijagram 3 Veoma značajnu i korisnu primenu u praksi imaju i veličine koje se koriste pri oređivanju stepena korisnosti bloka a to su kontinualno merenje potrošnje uglja, B(kg/s), onosno kalorične moći uglja H (KJ/kg) Na ijagramima broj 4 i 5 ata su va ekstremna slučaja koji se javljaju u praksi i to sa onjom toplotnom moći H= 8034,8 KJ/kg i H =4952 KJ/kg, pošto je ugalj koji se koristi u TENT u veoma nehomogen.u prvom slučaju blok je raio sa nominalnom snagom o 308 MW sa pet mlinova a u rugom slučaju nije mogao a se ostvari više o 214 MW sa svih 6 mlinova u rau. U prvom slučaju specifična potrošnja uglja je iznosila 1,192 Kg/KWh, a u rugom se penje na 2,012 Kg/KWh. Ako bi blok raio 7500 h goišnje, u prvom slučaju bi proizveo MWh električne energije više i za to sagoreo t uglja manje. Srećom ovako ekstremne situacije nisu tako česte, ali se tokom poslenjih goina kvalitet uglja kontinualno pogoršava, pa očekujemo a će homogenizacija uglja u runiku ati značajne rezultate.
