Report cards w ill be print ed and sent hom e w it h your st udent at t he end of t he first grading period (aft er Oct ober 13, 2016). Beginning w it h t he second quart er t hrough t he end of t he year, report cards w ill no longer be print ed as parent s can view t hem t hrough t he Parent Port al of Pow erschool. New Securit y Syst em Inst alled at Jefferson This year, all Willoughby-Eastlake elementary schools will be using a new system called RAPTOR for guest entry into the building.

3 New Securit y Syst em Inst alled at Jefferson This year, all Willoughby-Eastlake elementary schools will be using a new system called RAPTOR for guest entry into the building. The high schools and middle schools phased in RAPTOR last year. RAPTOR is a visitor registration system that enhances school security by reading visitors' drivers' licenses, comparing information to a sex offender database, alerting campus administrators if a match is found, then (assuming no match was made) printing a visitor badge that includes a photo. All visitors must now follow these security guidelines when entering our building: - Sign-in and present a photo ID (driver's license) to office staff. - If you are picking up your child, you will be asked to remain in the office waiting area where your child will be sent. - Items to be dropped off should be given to the office staff. 4 GAME SHOW NIGHT The North Music Boosters would like to invite you to attend their "Game Show Night" on Saturday, November 12 from 6 to 11 PM at the Patrician Party Center. Join us at this, 21 and over, event for a delicious meal, dancing, open bar, baskets, silent auction and (of course) games! Whether you participate in the Minute-to-Win-It style games, or simply watch others play, you're sure to have a great time, while supporting the music program at North High School. Tickets are $45 each, or $320 for a table of eight, and can be purchased from any Music Booster Board Member, the Choir Director (Miss Laserson), the Band Director (Mr. Niederkorn) or by calling (216) Hope to see you there Saturday, November 12!
