There are two wells with an average total abstraction rate of just under 3,000 m³/d. County Council have prepared a source protection scheme report for this source. August 2011

After about 3 take right (in front of cement factory) and continue straight over the M1 motorway, pass the R108 crossing and drive for about 2.5. The entrance to the site is on the right-hand side (in direction of water tower) shortly before the roundabout on N1. The first well is situated directly behind the gate and the second is half way through to the water tower.
