Dejong, seconded by Councillor Barkman, that Report No. MPDDI , dated August 3, 2012, from the Manager of Drainage and Electrical, regarding Matsqui Dyke - Seepage and Boils History, be received. MPDD Maintenance of Sediment Trap (MST-14) on Jansen Farm Moved by F. Keis, seconded by Councillor Barkman, that Report No. MPDDI , dated August 9,2012, from the Manager of Drainage and Electrical, regarding Maintenance of Sediment Trap (MST-14) on Jansen Farm, be received. MPDD Matsqui and McLennan Creek Pump Station Alarm System The Manager of Drainage and Electrical gave a verbal report on the Matsqui and McLennan Pump Station Alarm System. Amendments made to the Administration procedures are as follows:.1 The Operations Administration Manager will send an to the Operations Yard Managers to ensure that critical alarms are not on the ignore list..2 A copy of all alarms will be sent to the blackberrys of the Works Supervisors and the Manager of Drainage and Electrical. (The Works Supervisor 1-001, will oversee pump station alarms when they come in).. 3 The PLC program for the Matsqui and McLennan pump stations were changed to reset the station automatically after a power outage.

Dejong, seconded by D. Kampman, that Report No , dated August 9,2012, from the Senior Drainage and Wastewater Engineer, regarding the Clayburn Creek Update, be received. MPDDI NEW BUSINESS.1 High Seepage Level on the Property at the Corner of Kelleher and Sim Road Moved by T. Dejong, seconded by D. Kampman, that the verbal report from the Manager of Drainage and Electrical, regarding high seepage level on the property at the corner of Kelleher and Sim Road, be received; and that (a) staff investigate potential solutions and provide cost estimates at the next meeting; and a representative from the Building Department be invited to the next MPDDI meeting to discuss this issue.
