9 First seminar in 2019 first drafting 9 Participating committees in the seminar planning Digitalization, seminar s early planning Climate and environment Urban transport and transport planning Planning Bridges Baltic Road Association Time and location , Helsinki (will be decided after the availability of venue place will be confirmed) Meeting venue is currently under search by the Finnish Transport Agency, which is currently coordinating the seminar early preparations. Early planning: preferably two-day seminar in Wednesday and Thursday, e.g. first day jointly seminar main theme and second day sub-topics and possible committee meetings. Possibility to take part in excursions, e.g. MaaS, mobility services, robot buses, city bikes, etc. Themes Main theme: Mobility as a Service Proposed sub-themes: Intelligent Transport Systems services (to be defined, e.g. from infrastructure perspective), mobility management, urban and cities Participants NVF committee and Baltic Road Association members, also possibility to invite specific partners. Possible open meeting? What is required and expected expenses?
