2 783 THE COUNTY ALLOCATION OF REENUE (AMENDMENT) ACT 2017 No 35 of 2017 Dae of Assen: 6h December 2017 Dae of Commencemen: See Secion 1 AN ACT of Parliamen o amend he Couny Allocaion of Revenue Ac; and for conneced purposes ENACTED by he Parliamen of Kenya as follows 1 This Ac may be cied as he Couny Allocaion of Revenue (Amendmen) Ac 2017 and shall be deemed o have come ino force on 27h July Secion 5 of he Couny Allocaion of Revenue Ac in his Ac "he principal Ac" is amended in subsecion (2)- (a) in he inroducory phrase by deleing he words "Column I" appearing immediaely afer he words "shall be as se ou" and subsiuing herefor he words "Column J"; and (b) by insering he following new paragraph immediaely afer paragraph (g) (h) condiional allocaions financed by a gran from he World Bank for Kenya Devoluion Suppor Programme (KDSP)- level 2 known as KDSP Performance ("level 2") Gran se ou in Column I of he Third Schedule 3 The principal Ac is amended by deleing he Third Schedule and subsiuing herefor he following new Schedule Shor ile and commencemen Amendmen o secion 5 of No 23 of 2017 Amendmen o he Third Schedule of No 23 of 2017
