Objašnjeni su principi rada PAT senzora sa posebni osrto na prienu elektroproodnih polianilinskih nanokopozitnih aterijala polianilin/in 2 O 3 i etilendiain i fenilendiain polianilinskih nanokopozita kao osetljiih tankih slojea za detekciju CO, NO 2 i COCl 2. Prikazan je deo originalnih rezultata odeloanja PAT senzora koji su naenjeni detekciji poenutih gasoa. Rezultati dobijeni na bazi sopstenog odela poređeni su sa rezultatia iz literature. Pokazano je da se oi načino odeloanja ože uspešno odrediti koncentracija štetnih gasoa u okruženju. Pri procesu zaarianja u atosferi oko zaariača nalazi se čita niz aterija: gasoi, oksidi i soli etala, sastojci fluora, hroa i dr. [1]. Glane toksične aterije su azotni oksidi, ozon, ugljen-onoksid, angan i njegoi oksidi i jedinjenja fluora. Kod oih senzora se ugrađuju eleenati koji električni signal pretaraju u akustički talas, da bi se nakon određenog reena ponoo pretorio u električni. Aplitudska karakteristika oih eleenata je tipa filtra propusnika opsega učestanosti, pa se stoga oni često naziaju filtria. Koriste se u sisteia za daljinsko erenje koncentracija otronih gasoa i bojnih otroa, kao i u in situ onitoringu isparljiih organskih jedinjenja u zelji i odi [2]. Osnoni PAT eleent je pronađen godine [3]. Sastoji se od da interdigitalna pretarača (IDP) postaljena na podlogu od piezoelektričnog aterijala, kao što je na prier kristal karca ili LiNbO 3. Interdigitalni pretarač se sastoji od da niza učešljanih etalnih elektroda i služi za pretaranje električnog signala u akustički talas i obrnuto. Geoetrija i broj elektroda određuju centralnu učestanost PAT filtra. Izbor optialnog poliera za odgoarajući gas je jedan od osnonih zadataka proizođača heijskih PAT senzora. a detekciju CO, NO 2 i COCl 2 gasoa, koji se izeđu ostalog oslobađaju u procesu zaarianja, u PAT senzoria se kao osetljii slojei sa eliki uspeho koriste tanki filoi nanokopozitnog aterijala na bazi proodnog polianlina [4,5]. U oo radu je prikazan deo originalnih rezultata odeloanja PAT senzora koji su naenjeni detekciji poenutih gasoa. Pokazano je da se oi načino odeloanja ože uspešno odrediti koncentracija štetnih gasoa u okruženju. Proodni polieri Polieri po sojoj prirodi spadaju u izolatore (njihoa proodljiost je niža od 10 3 S 1 ) [6]. Sedadesetih godina prošlog eka otkrieni su proodni polieri koji prilače posebnu pažnju istražiača. Oo otkriće je ukazalo na noe ogućnosti njihoe priene. Poslednjih godina razijaju se se iše nanostrukture oih poliera u idu nanoštapića, nanožica, nanotuba, nanolakana i dr. Tako dobijeni aterijali pokazuju interesantne fizičko heijske osobine i oblast njihoe priene se širi (katalizatori, ebrane, zaštita od korozije, senzori i dr.) [7]. Mogu se lako sintetisati, heijski ili elektroheijski pute [8] i iaju dobre ehaničke osobine, pa je njihoa proizodnja jeftina. Proodni polieri su zbog sojih osobina posebno značajni na polju senzora. Princip rada oih senzora zasnia se na reakciji osetljiog sloja sa gaso koe je izložen. Te reakcije su različite i zaise od rste aterijala osetljiog sloja i rste gasa. Proena fizičkih osobina aterijala sa koncentracijo apsorboanog gasa je iskorišćena za tehniku detektoanja. PAT senzori pretaraju proene usled 233

Proodne poliere karakteriše konjugoani siste dostrukih eza, i prisusto dopanta što i oogućaa poećanje proodljiosti u odnosu na druge poliere. Proces dopiranja se postiže redoks reakcijaa ili reakcijo protonacije. Kao dopanti se koriste jedinjenja klasifikoana u 4 grupe [12]: prirodni dopanti: I 2, Br 2, AsF 2, Na, K, H 2 SO 4, FeCl 3 ; jonski dopanti: LiClO 4, FeClO 4, CF 3 SO 3 Na, BuNClO 4 ; organski dopanti: CF 3 COOH, CF 3 SO 3 Na, p- -CH 3 C 6 H 4 SO 3 H; polierni dopanti: PVS, PPS, PS-co-MA. Od stepena dopiranja i rste dopanta zaise fizičke osobine oih aterijala. Senzori na bazi oih poliera pokazuju isoku osetljiost, brzo reaguju i rade na sobnoj teperaturi [8,9]. Proodni polianilin Nanostrukturirani polianilin ia sa korisna sojsta koja ia i konencionalni polianilin, a ia i dodatne prednosti. Usled alih prečnika lakana (~50 n) oogućena je bolja difuzija gasa što doodi do bržeg odgoora senzora i njegoe bolje osetljiosti [9,10]. Takođe, dok odgoor (proena otpornosti R u odnosu na početnu otpornost R 0 ) kod drugih senzora zaisi od debljine fila, odgoor kod oakih senzora gotoo da je nezaisan od njegoe debljine (slika 1). Response of conentional polyaniline and polyaniline nanofiber sensors of different thicknesses. Osetljiost senzora zaisi i od kaliteta nanesenog poliernog sloja na podlogu senzora. Veća disperzija sloja čestica polianilina doodi do bolje difuzinosti čestica gasa u fil poliera usled čega se poećaa osetljiost. Postoji iše tehnika nanošenja aktinog sloja, od čijeg izbora zaisi kalitet senzora [11,12]. Polianilin se izdaja eđu proodni polieria zbog jednostanog ehaniza kiselo baznog dopiranja i dedopiranja, tj. preođenja iz neproodljie fore eeraldin baza u proodljiu foru eeraldin so (slika 2). Kada je prisutan gas koji je po prirodi elektron akceptor, kao što je NO 2, on poera elektron iz aroatičnog prstena poliera i ukoliko polier pripada p-tipu proodnika dolazi do poećanja njegoe proodljiosti [8]. Postoji iše pristupa sintezi plianilinskih nanolakana od kojih su se kao eoa dobre pokazale polierizacija na granici faza i polierizacija etodo brzog ešanja [9]. a piezoelektrične podloge kod PAT senzora, najčešće se koristi karc (SiO 2 ). Veliki broj autora je istražiao senzore na bazi kopozitnih polianilina [8]. Sadek i koautori su pri ispitiali kobinoanje oksida indijua sa polianilinski nanolaknia za detekciju CO i NO 2 i ode će biti korišćeni rezultati njihoog rada [4] kao osnoa za upoređenje sa rezultatia našeg odeloanja. 234

He. ind. 64 (3) (2010) Kod PAT senzora, proena u elektroproodljiosti osetljiog sloja enja brzinu širenja akustičkog talasa. Proene u brzini doode do proene radne frekencije PAT senzora što je u indirektnoj ezi sa proeno koncentracije analiziranog gasa. Kod citiranih autora [4] osetljii nanokopozitni polianilinski sloj je nanesen na podlogu od LiNbO 3 preučenu sloje no. Kopozitni polier je dobijen heijsko polierizacijo onoera anilina u rastoru In 2 O 3 i uz prisusto aonijupersulfata (slike 3 i 4). C + O čie je olakšana razena elektrona sa azoto na polianilinu. Pokazano je takođe da lažnost ia eliki uticaj na rad oih senzora [4], eroatno zbog apsorboane ode na poršini lakana. Priećena je ala selektinost. Grupa autora sa kalifornijskog unierziteta ispitiala je nanokopozitne aterijale na bazi polianilina za detekciju fozgena [5]. U oo slučaju polianilinska lakna su dopirana određeni ainia. Aini koji su korišćeni su etilendiain, fenilendiain i njihoe soli. Bezbedna, dozoljena koncentracija fozgena za žie organize je 0,1 pp. Neodifikoan polianilin ne ože da ga detektuje na toj koncentraciji. Oi autori su pokazali da kopozitni aterijali polianilinskih nanolakana sa ainia daju dobar odgoor za detekciju fozgena pri koncentraciji anjoj od 0,01 pp. Odgoor ka fozgenu se puno razlikuje izeđu korišćenih aina i njihoih soli. U reakciji fozgena sa aino dobija se karbaoil- -hlorid koji dehidrogenuje u izocijanit. Ode nastaje hloroodonična kiselina usled čijeg prisusta polianilin prelazi iz eeraldin baza u eeraldin so oksidaciono stanje što rezultira u poećanju proodljiosti (slika 5). Slika 3. Rezultati pokazuju da fenilendiain polianilinski nanokopoziti daju bolji odgoor nego etilendiain polianilinski nanokopoziti što je posledica različite nukleofilnosti koja utiče na porast interakcije sa fozgeno. Vlažnost takođe utiče na rad i oih senzora tako što se proodljiost poećaa zbog poećanja razene naelektrisanja izeđu polianilinskih lanaca. Slika 4. Odgoor senzora je dat u proenaa radne frekencije usled reakcije sa analizirani gaso. a oba gasa odgoor je bio sporiji pri niži koncentracijaa gasa u odnosu na odgoor pri eći koncentracijaa. Priećeno je da elike koncentracije NO 2 gasa blokiraju nanokopozitni fil te da je senzor upotreblji za detekciju nižih koncentracija NO 2. U reakciji sa CO raste proodljiost sa porasto koncentracije gasa i pretpostalja se da je to zbog interakcije polianilina sa CO. CO pooću In 2 O 3 forira MODELIRANJE PAT SENORA A DETEKCIJU NO 2, CO I COCl 2 Izršena istražianja u oblasti PAT senzora za heijske gasoe pokazala su da postoje različiti tipoi senzora, na različiti način projektoani i izrađeni. Prikazan je etod za jednostano i brzo odeloanje PAT heijskih senzora koji se koriste i kod detekcije gasnih produkata toko zaarianja. Tipična struktura transerzalnog PAT senzora za gasoe prikazana je na slika 6. Apsorpcijo gasoa iz okruženja dolazi do proena ase ili proodnosti osetljiog sloja. Usled toga dolazi do proene brzine kretanja akustičkog talasa u podlozi, odnosno do proene njegoe učestanosti. 235

Koristeći analogiju izeđu ehaničkih i električnih eličina i teorea iz osnoa elektrotehnike, prea slici 7 ože se izračunati: ΔF F 2 20 Δ F F = = 2 20 F20 = << 0 (3) Iz jednačina (1) (3) i korišćenje poznate relacije izeđu brzine,, talasne dužine, λ, i učestanosti, f, dobija se relatina proena učestanosti f usled prisusta osetljiog sloja: Δf f Δ ρ h = = = 0 0 ρsλ0 (4) gde je h debljina osetljiog sloja. Kada je senzor podrgnut dejstu gasa koncentracije C dolazi do dodatne proene učestanosti, Δf, koja se ože izračunati kao [14]: Δ f = KC Δf / ρ (5) gde je K koeficijent raspodele gasa u osetljio sloju i gasa u okruženju. Koeficijent K zaisi od izbora para osetljii sloj gas. Proena učestanosti Δf zaisi od tipa piezoelektrične podloge, centralne učestanosti i rste osetljiog sloja. REULTATI I DISKUSIJA Na bazi razijene etode odeliranja napraljeni su i konkretni proračuni za gasoe za koje postoje eksperientalni podaci u literaturi [4,10]. a sloj polianilin/in 2 O 3 debljine 0,4 μ na LiNbO 3 kod PAT senzora učestanosti 107,2 MHz, proena učestanosti izazana koncentracijo CO od 500 pp, izračunata korišćenje jednačine (1), iznosi 2,016 khz. a isti senzor za koncentraciju NO 2 od 2,12 pp proena učestanosti iznosi 2,28 khz. a sloj polianilin/in 2 O 3 debljine 0,4 μ na karcu PAT senzora učestanosti 107,2 MHz proena učestanosti izazana koncentracijo CO od 500 pp, izračunata korišćenje jednačine (1), iznosi 3,58 khz. a isti senzor za koncentraciju NO 2 od 2,12 pp proena učestanosti iznosi 4,05 khz. U literaturi [4] prikazani su eksperientalni rezultati za CO i NO 2 PAT senzore SH tipa učestanosti 107,2 MHz, sa sloje polianilin/in 2 O 3 na LiNbO 3. Autori naode da: proena učestanosti izazana koncentracijo CO od 500 pp iznosi 2 khz i proena učestanosti izazana koncentracijo NO 2 od 2,12 pp, iznosi 2,5 khz. Nueričke rednosti dobijene na osnou prikazanog odela PAT senzora eoa se alo razlikuju od eksperientalnih rezultata, što je i za očekiati, jer odel daje relatino uprošćenu sliku PAT senzora i ne uzia u obzir slučajne uticaje i greške toko izrade senzora i toko erenja. Mnogo je jeftinije i brže izršiti odeloanje prea željeni karakteristikaa senzora, a onda ga napraiti i eksperientalno testirati, nego praiti razne kobinacije i se ih ispitiati. Iajući oo u idu se iše se rši pro odeliranje, pa se onda projektuju, proizode i testiraju senzori. AKLJUČAK Poređenje dobijenih rezultata na bazi sopstenog odela sa rezultatia iz literature [4] idi se odlično slaganje, što pokazuje alidnost odeloanja. Može se zaključiti da korišćenje podloge od karca daje bolju osetljiost. Pored toga senzori na karcu su i teperaturno stabilniji. Kako bi se racionalizoao postupak projektoanja noih senzora, njego obaezni deo treba da bude odeloanje. Prikazani etod odeloanja je dao odlične rezultate i ože biti prienjen prea specifični zahteia. Računski odel prikazan u radu ože se sa uspeho prienjiati kod PAT gasnih senzora. 236

Ristić Goša Institute, Belgrade, Serbia (Professional paper) In this paper the possibilities of applying sensors based on filters with surface acoustic waes (SAW) for the detection of harful products in welding processes are analyzed. This reiew discusses the sensing echanis and configurations of the sensors. The principles of SAW sensors are considered with special ephasis on the application of conducting polyaniline nanocoposites as sensitie thin layers in sensors for the detection of CO, NO 2, and COCl 2. The literature suggests the use of In 2 O 3 as a dopant for CO and NO 2 detection sensors, and ethylenediaine and phenylenediaine in COCl 2 sensors. The paper presents original results of odeling of sensors that are designed for detection of CO and NO 2 for which there are experiental data in the literature. The results obtained based on this odel are in excellent agreeent with results fro the literature, which shows the alidity of odeling. Based on the deeloped odeling ethods, calculations were done for sensors for the detection of these gases in which the structure was the surface of quartz. Fro these odeling results it can be concluded that the use of the quartz substrate proides better sensitiity. In addition, the quartz sensors are therally stable.
