1 or Bucket Ensemble Commissioned or Cook Wissahickon Percussion Ensemble About: is a high energy iece written or ercussion bucket ensembles The rhythms ound throughout the iece are based o o 16th note check atterns This iece can be used as a sulimental tool ater the students have learned their basic 16th note check atterns, or as a un method to hel teach 16th note check atterns through music erormance Notation Key: Center (Low Sound) - Play in the center o the bucket Rim (High Sound) - Play on the rim o the bucket Side o Drum - Strike on the right or let side o drum (as written) Stick Click - Click sticks together as i they were hand clas Right Drum - Play on the layers drum to your right Let Drum - Play on the layers drum to your let On Ground - Pick the bucket on both sides and hit o the ground Perormance Notes: Players should erorm in a straight line and art assignments should be slit in this order: 1, 2, 1, 2, etc Perorm with high energy while making it sound and look entertaining
