24 materre CARATTERISTICHE E CARATTERE The surfaces of the Materre series evoke traditional Andalusian cotto flooring. The colors, textures and flaws are deliberately reproduced, thus making each individual tile unique. Thanks to a special process whereby the tile body is glazed before firing and pressing, Rex is able to create 12 mm-thick tiles whose surfaces feature unique aesthetic properties. Les surfaces de «Materre» font revivre le revêtement de sols en terre cuite traditionnelle de l Andalousie. Grâce aux couleurs, aux sensations tactiles et aux imperfections volontairement reproduites, chaque pièce est vraiment unique. Un procédé particulier, basé sur l application de l émail avant la cuisson et le pressage de la pâte, permet à Rex de réaliser des surfaces ayant des caractéristiques esthétiques exceptionnelles dans l épaisseur 12 mm.
