12 Stormy Periods Normal 2016 cumulative Normal Last year, the basin saw normal precipitation from October through January. A few stormy periods in April and again in July accounted for much of the precipitation above average 12

13 On average, about 4 inches more snow fell in the Lake Winnebago basin compared to a normal year 13
