3 Page 3 Mission Statement MPM is looking to make training more affordable, helping companies continue to train their staff through tough financial times. Our Aim is to work with businesses throughout the UK no matter what size they are and deliver a tailored approach to their Training needs. MPM will only deliver services to a very high standard with our aim being to become one of the preferred supplier for training across the UK. Our clients range from small companies through to multinational organisations and we pride ourselves on excellence and make a guarantee that MPM will deliver excellence in any service we provide to our clients. Although we are not a charitable organisation we will support a number of different charities with the two main ones being Tree Aid and The Woodland Trust. We have made the commitment to work these two partners because by doing so we are not only looking after the future of the woodlands in the UK, we are also helping to support many families in Africa. Our approach is simple, We listen, and then we deliver our Services to a very high standard

We have been formed to work with small and large business across the UK to help make training affordable. Over the last months training as not been at the top of most companies priority list due to the effects of the credit crunch. MPM Computers is looking to change that and by keeping our overheads low this enables us to be able to offer you the best prices on the market. This doesn t mean that the training you get is going to be less beneficial to your staff as we deliver training to a very high standard, making sure we work with you using TNA (training needs analysis) before any course has been delivered. The Trainers we have at MPM Computers have over 20 years experience, with a number of them joining us from other larger training providers as then want to be apart of the success of MPM Computers. If you have the facilities to train on site at your premises then we can supply a trainer within 24 hours notice, or if you prefer to take the training away from the office then we have a large number of prestigious training rooms with fantastic facilities across the UK. Were not just here looking for a quick deal, we are looking to form a strong working relationship together, so that when a training or recruitment requirement need arises you know that you can trust MPM Computers to offer you a complete solution. A number of our trainers have been recruited staff from other large training organisations ensuring we can offer you the experience along with a more tailored approach to your training needs. The team currently has 16 field trainers and 8 trainers who train onsite at our training centres across the UK. Our Trainers are experienced to deal with people at all levels and their friendly but professional approach ensures results are delivered. Training Facilities Onsite- We can deliver training Onsite at your premises, our team of field trainers work within business of all sizes across the UK, delivering both IT and Business Skills training courses tailored to suit the needs of each client. Off Site / Training Centres MPM has training centres all over the UK with high tech modern equipment we can ensure that training is delivered across both IT and Business Skills courses to a very high standard. E Learning Our technical team is currently working on developing a E Learning platform which we will look to launch in the spring of Helpline We have a Course Helpline which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering full advice and support on all of our courses.
