Additional greens mower budget of $3,000 Motion to accept: Jackie Seconded Ernie Carried QUESTIONS Ernie Condition of play Raised a concern regarding Wednesday Night triples when one team is short a player. Should the game be rescheduled or play two against three with a ball adjustment. Conversation around this concern did not provide a solution. Suggestion Motion The executive to review the rule book. Look at the % point reduction for team playing short. Executive to clarify the rule for triples with one team playing short a player. Motion to accept: Ernie Seconded Michael Carried Ernie Clothing while playing Are the players required to wear white during club competitions? Conversation between members and executive. Status No member indicated a problem with casual wear for league matches, carnival, veggie tournament, 6 pac, or any other club function. Item closed. 12 Fundraising - Building Expansion Great to see the progress out of the ground. The city is doing it s very best to complete the work by May 20th, They will provide storage as needed. Club members to remove the old cupboards and appliances. City is purchasing new cupboards, appliances, at no additional cost to the club. No washrooms will be available until the renovation is complete and occupancy has been achieved. If the clubhouse is not ready by May 20th, then the city will provide a mobile office space. Jackie
